Dynamic DNA nanotech.ology plays a significant role in nanomedicine and information science due to its h.gh.programmability based on Watson-Crick base pairing and nanoscale *** DNA mach.nes and networks h.ve been widely used in various fields,including molecular imaging,biosensors,drug delivery,information processing,and logic *** serve as crucial components for information compilation and transfer,allowing th. conversion of information from diverse application scenarios into a format recognized and applied by DNA ***,th.re are only a few encoder designs with.DNA ***,th. molecular priority encoder is h.rdly *** th.s study,we introduce allosteric DNAzyme-based encoders for information *** design of th. allosteric domain and th. recognition arm allows th. input and output to be independent of each.oth.r and freely *** pre-packaged mode design ach.eves uniformity of baseline dynamics and dynamics *** also integrated non-nucleic acid molecules into th. encoder th.ough.th. aptamer design of th. allosteric ***,we developed th. 2^(n)-n encoder and th. EndoⅣ-assisted priority encoder inspired by immunoglobulin's molecular structure and effector *** our knowledge,th. proposed encoder is th. first enzyme-free DNA encoder with.DNA output,and th. priority encoder is th. first molecular priority encoder in th. Fracture mech.nism of inclusions in th.ck plate center under tensile loading

Segregation of solute atoms in th. center of th.ck plates of th. tempered steel can cause an inh.mogeneous structural transformation and generate micron-sized inclusions,wh.ch.leads to lamellar tearing of th.ck plate and decreases th. plasticity and *** formation and fragmentation mech.nisms of micron-sized inclusions,like MnS and(Nb,Ti)C,in th. center of th.ck plates were investigated by using th.rmodynamic calculations,finite element simulations,and electron backscatter diffraction ch.racterization *** results sh.w th.t micron-sized inclusions nucleate and grow in th. liquid ph.se,and under tensile loading,th.y exh.bit th.ee fragmentation *** local stress during th. fragmentation of inclusions is lower th.n th. critical fracture stress of adjacent grains,and ph.se boundaries can effectively impede crack propagation into th. *** existence of a low proportion of h.gh.angle grain boundaries(58.1%)and h.gh.Kernel average misorientation value(0.534°)in th. segregation band promotes inclusions fragmentation and crack *** difference in crack initiation and propagation direction caused by th. morph.logy of inclusions and ph.sical properties,as well as different matrix arrest abilities,is th. main reasons for th. diversity of inclusion fragmentation.

Bioch.r is a reactive carrier as it may be partially gasified with.steam in steam reforming,wh.ch.could influence th. formation of reaction intermediates and modify catalytic ***,th. Ni/bioch.r as well as two comparative catalysts,Ni/Al_(2)O_(3) and Ni/SiO_(2),with.low nickel loading(2%(mass))was conducted to probe involvement of th. varied carriers in th. steam *** results indicated th.t th. Ni/bioch.r performed excellent catalytic activity th.n Ni/SiO_(2) and Ni/Al_(2)O_(3),as th. bioch.r carrier facilitated quick conversion of th. -Oh.from dissociation of steam to gasify th. oxygen-rich.carbonaceous intermediates like C=O and C-O-C,resulting in low coverage wh.le h.gh.exposure of nickel species for maintaining th. superior catalytic *** converse,strong adsorption of aliph.tic intermediates over Ni/Al_(2)O_(3) and Ni/SiO_(2) induced serious coking with.polymeric coke as th. main type(21.5%and 32.1%,respectively),wh.ch.was significantly h.gh.r th.n th.t over Ni/bioch.r(3.9%).Th. coke over Ni/bioch.r was mainly aromatic or catalytic type with.nanotube morph.logy and h.gh.*** h.gh.resistivity of Ni/bioch.r towards coking was due to th. balance between formation of coke and gasification of coke and partially bioch.r with.steam,wh.ch.created developed mesopores in spent Ni/bioch.r wh.le th. coke blocked pores in Ni/Al_(2)O_(3) and Ni/SiO_(2) catalysts.

During steam reforming,th. performance of a catalyst and amount/property of coke are closely related to reaction intermediates reach.ng surface of a ***,modification of reaction intermediates by placing Mg-Al-h.drotalcite above Ni/KIT-6 catalyst in steam reforming of glycerol was conducted at 300 to 600°*** results revealed th.t th. catalytic activity of Ni/KIT-6 in th. lower bed was enh.nced with.eith.r Mg1-Al5-h.drotalcite(containing more acidic sites)or Mg5-Al1-h.drotalcite(containing more alkaline sites)as upper-layer *** in situ infrared ch.racterization of steam reforming demonstrated th.t Mg-Al-h.drotalcite catalyzed th. deoxygenation of glycerol,facilitating th. reforming of th. partially deoxygenated intermediates over Ni/***-Al-h.drotalcite as protective catalyst,h.wever,did not protect th. Ni/KIT-6 from formation of more ***,th.s did not lead to furth.r deactivation of Ni/KIT-6 wh.le Mg5-Al1-h.drotalcite even substantially enh.nced th. catalytic stability,even th.ugh.th. coke was much.more significant th.n th.t in th. use of single Ni/KIT-6(52.7%vs.28.6%).Th. reason beneath.th.s was ch.nge of th. property of coke from more aliph.tic to more ***5-Al1-h.drotalcite catalyzed deh.dration of glycerol,producing dominantly reaction intermediates bearing C=C,wh.ch.formed th. catalytic coke of with.carbon nanotube as th. main form with.smooth.outer walls as well as h.gh.r aromaticity,C/h.ratio,crystallinity,crystal carbon size,th.rmal stability,and resistivity toward oxidation on Ni/KIT-6 in th. lower *** comparison,th. abundance of acidic sites on Mg1-Al5-h.drotalcite catalyzed th. formation of more oxygen-containing species,leading to th. formation of carbon nanotubes of rough.surface on Ni/KIT-6.

Pacific decadal oscillation(PDO).During th. positive ph.se of PDO,a sh.llower th.rmocline in th. central Pacific is responsible for th. stronger trade wind ch.rging(TWC)mech.nism,wh.ch.leads to a stronger equatorial subsurface temperature *** dynamic process strength.ns th. connection between NPMM and *** with.th. negative ph.se of PDO,a sh.llower th.rmocline over south.astern Pacific allows an enh.nced wind-evaporation-SST(WES)feedback,strength.ning th. connection between SPMM and *** 35 Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Ph.se 6(CMIP6)models,we examined th. NPMM/SPMM performance and its connection with.ENSO in th. h.storical *** great majority of CMIP6 models can reproduce th. pattern of NPMM and SPMM well,but th.y reveal discrepant ENSO and NPMM/SPMM *** intermodal uncertainty for th. connection of NPMM-ENSO is due to different TWC mech.nism.A stronger TWC mech.nism will enh.nce NPMM *** SPMM,few models can simulate a good relationsh.p with.*** intermodel spread in th. relationsh.p of SPMM and ENSO owing to SST bias in th. south.astern Pacific,as WES feedback is stronger wh.n th. south.astern Pacific is warmer.
