Leaf senescence,the final stage of leaf development,is influenced by numerous internal and environmental *** far,how biotic stresses such as pathogen infection regulate leaf senescence is ***,we found that the premature leaf senescence caused by a soil-borne vascular fungus Verticillium dahliae in Arabidopsis was impaired by the mutation of a protein elicitor from *** 1(PevD1).Constitutive or inducible overexpression of PevD1 accelerated Arabidopsis leaf senescence.A senescence-associated NAC transcription factor,ORE1,was targeted by ***1 interacted with and stabilized ORE1 protein by disrupting its interaction with the RING-type ubiquitin E3 ligase *** of ORE1 suppressed the premature senescence caused by overexpressing *** of ORE1 or PevD1 led to enhanced ethylene production,and ORE1 mediated PevD1-induced ethylene biosynthesis by directly binding to the ACS6 ***-of-function of ACSs suppressed ***-induced leaf senescence in ORE1-overexpressing ***,PevD1 also interacted with Gossypium hirsutum ORE1(GhORE1),and virus-induced gene silencing of GhORE1 delayed ***-triggered leaf senescence in cotton,indicative of the existence of a conserved mechanism in ***,our study demonstrates that *** induces leaf senescence by secreting the effector PevD1 to regulate the ORE1-ACS6 cascade,providing new insight into biotic stress-induced senescence in plants.

Background: Primary cardiac lipoma is very rare, and no consensus has been developed regarding its ideal treatment strategy. This study reviewed the surgical treatment of cardiac lipomas in 20 patients over 20 years. Methods: Twenty patients with cardiac lipomas were treated at Fuwai Hospital, National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College from January 1, 2002, to January 1, 2022. The patients' clinical data and pathological reports were retrospectively analyzed, and the follow-up with a range of 1 year to 20 years was conducted. Results: The cardiac lipomas were located in the right atrium (RA) or superior vena cava (SVC) in seven patients (35%) (RA in six patients and SVC in one patient), left ventricle in eight patients (40%) (left ventricular chamber in four patients and left ventricular subepicardium and myocardium in four patients), right ventricle in three patients (15%) (right ventricular chamber in one patient and right ventricular subepicardial layer and myocardium in two patients), subepicardial interventricular groove in one patient (5%), and pericardium in one patient (5%). Complete resection was achieved in 14 patients (70%), including seven patients with lipomas in the RA or SVC. Incomplete resection occurred in six patients (30%) with lipomas in the ventricles. No perioperative deaths occurred. Long-term follow-up was conducted for 19 patients (95%), including two (10%) who died. Both patients who died had lipomas incompletely resected due to ventricles involvement, and preoperative malignant arrhythmias persisted post-operatively. Conclusions: The complete resection rate was high, and the long-term prognosis was satisfactory in patients with cardiac lipomas that did not involve the ventricle. 在条纹投射技术中,投影机光强非线性是影响测量精度的关键因素之一。投影机非线性会在条纹信号中引入高阶谐波,从而导致位相测量结果中出现波纹状误差。投影机非线性的自适应校正方法,也即自校正方法,可以从测量数据中直接估计投影机输入输出光强曲线或位相误差函数,从而避免了繁琐的前标定过程,并因此在应用中具备很强的适应性。文中拟对投影机非线性自校正算法的研究进展作一个系统性的概述。这些方法中,其一,是从采集的条纹图像中利用迭代拟合算法直接估计投影机的非线性曲线,并依据其校正位相误差;其二,是从单幅测量位相图中识别并移除由非线性引起的位相误差;其三,是利用两幅不同频率的测量位相图估计误差系数,并补偿其影响。实际测量结果表明:上述自校正方法,在无需标定数据条件下,可以有效地解决投影机非线性误差问题,有助于提高条纹投射技术的测量精度。

Marsdenia tenacissima injection,a standard Marsdenia tenacissima extract(MTE),has been approved as an adjuvant therapeutic agent for various *** previous study showed that MTE inhibited the proliferation and metastasis of prostate cancer(PCa)***,the underlying mechanisms and active ingredients of MTE against PCa were not completely *** study revealed that MTE induced significant decreases in cell viability and clonal growth in PCa *** addition,MTE induced the apoptosis of DU145 cells by reducing the mitochondrial membrane potential and increasing the expression of Cleaved Caspase 3/7,Cyt c,and *** vivo,DU145 xenografted NOD-SCID mice treated with MTE showed significantly decreased tumor *** staining and Western blot confirmed the pro-apoptotic effects of *** pharmacology analysis collected 196 ingredients of MTE linked to 655 potential targets,and 709 PCa-associated targets were retrieved,from which 149 overlapped targets were screened *** enrichment analysis showed that the HIF-1,PI3K-AKT,and ErbB signaling pathways were closely related to tumor *** blot results confirmed that MTE increased the expression of p-AKT^(Ser473) and p-GSK3β^(Ser9),and decreased the expression of p-STAT3^(Tyr705) in vitro and in vivo.A total of 13 compounds in MTE were identified by HPLC-CAD-QTOF-MS/MS and UPLCQTOF-MS/*** docking analysis indicated that six compounds may interact with AKT,GSK3β,and *** conclusion,MTE induces the endogenous mitochondrial apoptosis of PCa by regulating the AKT/GSK3β/STAT3 signaling axis,resulting in inhibition of PCa growth in vitro and in vivo.
