Post-traumatic peritendinous adhesion presents a significant challenge in clinical *** study proposes the use of diamond-like carbon(DLC)deposited on polylactic acid(PLA)membranes as a biophysical mechanism for anti-adhesion barrier to encase ruptured tendons in tendon-injured *** results indicate that PLA/DLC composite membrane exhibits more efficient anti-adhesion effect than PLA membrane,with histological score decreasing from 3.12±0.27 to 2.20±0.22 and anti-adhesion effectiveness increasing from 21.61%to 44.72%.Mechanistically,the abundant C=O bond functional groups on the surface of DLC can reduce reactive oxygen species level effectively;thus,the phosphorylation of NF-κB and M1 polarization of macrophages are ***,excessive inflammatory response augmented by M1 macrophage-originated cytokines including interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)is largely *** biocompatibility evaluation,PLA/DLC membrane is slowly absorbed within tissue and displays prolonged barrier effects compared to traditional PLA *** studies show the DLC depositing decelerates the release of degradation product lactic acid and its induction of macrophage M2 polarization by interfering esterase and PLA ester bonds,which further delays the fibrosis *** was found that the PLA/DLC membrane possess an efficient biophysical mechanism for treatment of peritendinous adhesion.

20世纪30年代,鲁迅救国救民的焦灼心理同其被强化了的左翼立场相结合之后,产生了新的思想碰撞和认知维度,这在其杂文中表现得最为明显。出于革命启蒙、反思国民性、消除社会尤其是文坛弊病等思想主旨,鲁迅杂文着重从文化和人性角度审视中国政治、历史、文化、社会和人生问题。透过鲁迅杂文的指引,左翼文艺界确证了革命启蒙、救亡图存、联合抗日和文艺大众化的基本方向,确证了知识分子观照底层民众和民族国家命运的“当代责任”,更确证了智者思考人类“终极”命运的历史使命。在某种意义上,鲁迅杂文全面提升了中国左翼文学的精神品格,抬高了“左联”的社会和文化地位,强化了左翼文艺界的批判力度,更实现了与世界左翼文艺界的平等对话。

中国左翼知识分子依凭阶级意识的分野,不但抛开了传统观念中家族意识的牵绊,还打破了辛亥革命以来建构的“国民”神话,他们直接以“阶级”的概念将大众命运与国家体制联系起来。“阶级”属于“群”和“集团”的概念,面对阶级兄弟的苦难遭际,“个”必须与“群”相结合并共同战斗才能获得政治权利和真正的“个性解放”。左翼立场使得左翼文学作品凸显了一个中国古典文学很少见的主题模式,即对劳苦大众的“启蒙”最终演变成了“推崇”,进而使得“大众”的主体形象得以建构。抓住阶级意识、群体意识和大众意识这三个维度,也就把握住了左翼文学思潮的主导趋向、价值取向、政治立场和文化选择。

Fault Diagnosis for Service Composition by Spiking Neural P Systems with Colored Spikes

A variety of web services have emerged with the rapid development of the Internet. These services are often of a single function. The value-added services can be achieved by combing with multiple *** processing speed and stability of existing methods in service composition were not very well and seldom consider the fault diagnosis and handling methods for the service, which results in a greater probability of the service composition failure at run time. We use spiking neural P systems with colored spikes to model the fault of available service, component, and connector in the service composition. The proposed model can be used to locate a fault and handle it correctly when the service combination fails, the advantage of efficiency and stability of proposed method has been proved by comparing with the method of Petri net.

Text similarity measurements are the basis for measuring the degree of matching between two or more texts. Traditional large-scale similarity detection methods based on a digital fingerprint have the advantage of high detection speed, which are only suitable for accurate detection. We propose a method of Chinese text similarity measurement based on feature phrase *** language processing(NLP) technology is used to pre-process text and extract the keywords by the Term frequency-Inverse document frequency(TF-IDF) model and further screen out the feature words. We get the exact meaning of a word and semantic similarities between words and a How Net semantic dictionary. We substitute concepts to get the feature phrases and generate a semantic fingerprint and calculate similarity. The experimental results indicate that the method proposed is superior in similarity detection in terms of its accuracy rate,recall rate, and F-value to the traditional and digital fingerprinting method.

T cells, including both CD4^(+) and CD8^(+)T cells, play a pivotal role in mediating various inflammation and immune disorders. A long-standing challenge in T cell-based immunotherapy is to precisely inactivate or delete the pathogenic T cells in inflammation and autoimmune diseases, or to selectively expand the immunocompetent T cell in tumor or other immune compromised situations, without inducing global immunosuppression or zealous immune activation respectively. To achieve this, a specific marker is needed to differentiate the pathogenic or immunocompetent T cell among the rests. Indeed,recent progress of immunology strongly suggests that CXC chemokine receptor 6(CXCR6, CD186) is such a kind of marker. Here, we review the emerging role of CXCR6 as a novel target for immunotherapy and discuss the underlying mechanism. We propose that CXCR6-based immunotherapy will play a significant role in autoimmune, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH), tumor, coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) and even ageing-related inflammatory infliction.

Common features in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage following superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass in steno-occlusive cerebrovascular disease

Five patients treated for intracranial cerebral hemorrhage after superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass in Xuwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing, China, from 2005-2011 were included in this study. Prior to superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass, all patients showed diminished cerebrovascular reactivity and an ipsilateral ischemic lesion. Intracranial cerebral hemorrhage developed within 1-4 days following superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass. Transcranial Doppler showed increased middle cerebral artery velocity of 50-100% in the operated hemisphere. These findings suggested that focal hyperperfusion, an ipsilateral ischemic lesion and diminished cerebrovascular reactivity are the important characteristics of intracerebral hemorrhage following superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass in patients with steno-occlusive cerebrovascular disease.

咪唑啉酮类除草剂能有效防治谷子田的单、双子叶杂草,为探究谷子对咪唑啉酮类除草剂抗性的分子机制,于抗性品种(R)和敏感品种(S)出苗后15 d均匀地喷洒甲咪唑烟酸,通过高通量RNA-Seq测序分析抗性和敏感谷子品种中差异表达的基因和代谢途径。结果表明,2个品种在除草剂处理后,与光合作用和代谢途径相关的基因均被下调,特别是在敏感品种中下调更为显著。同样,敏感品种在除草剂处理后,与脂肪酸延伸相关基因表达也显著下调。5个随机选择基因的实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)的结果与深度测序的结果一致。上述相关基因可能在谷子对咪唑啉酮类除草剂的抗性中起重要作用。

TEM Study of Microcrack Nucleation and Propagation for 310 Stainless Steel

TEM in situ tensile tests of 310 stainless steel show that a dislocation free zone (DFZ) forms if the displacement keeps constant after dislocations are emitted from a crack tip. The elastic DFZ is gradually thinned and the stress in the DFZ will reach the cohesive strength, resulting in nucleation of nanocracks in it and their bluntness into voids. If continuously tensioning, the inhomogeneously thinning ahead of the crack tip, initiating and connecting of microcracks or microvoids will be observed rather than a DFZ, nanocracks' initiation and bluntness into voids. The inverse pile-up ahead of a loaded crack tip can move back to the crack tip when unloading.

Mechanism of the December 2015 Catastrophic Landslide at the Shenzhen Landfill and Controlling Geotechnical Risks of Urbanization

This paper presents findings from an investigation of the large-scale construction solid waste （CSW） landslide that occurred at a landfill at Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, on December 20, 2015, and which killed 77 people and destroyed 33 houses. The landslide involved 2.73 - 106 m3 of CSW and affected an area about 1100 m in length and 630 m in maximum width, making it the largest landfill landslide in the world. The investigation of this disaster used a combination of unmanned aerial vehicle surveillance and multistage remote-sensing images to reveal the increasing volume of waste in the landfill and the shifting shape of the landfill slope for nearly two years before the landslide took place, beginning with the creation of the CSW landfill in March, 2014, that resulted in the uncertain conditions of the landfill＇s boundaries and the unstable state of the hydrologic performance. As a result, applying conventional stability analysis methods used for natural landslides to this case would be difficult. In order to analyze this disaster, we took a multistage modeling technique to analyze the varied characteristics of the land- fill slope＇s structure at various stages of CSW dumping and used the non-steady flow theory to explain the groundwater seepage problem. The investigation showed that the landfill could be divided into two units based on the moisture in the land：（1） a front uint, consisted of the landfill slope, which had low water content; and （2） a rear unit, consisted of fresh waste, which had a high water content. This struc- ture caused two effects-surface-water infiltration and consolidation seepage that triggered the landslide in the landfill. Surface-water infiltration induced a gradual increase in pore water pressure head, or piezometric head, in the front slope because the infiltrating position rose as the volume of waste placement increased.
