随着现代社会的发展,医学社会学越来越被社会重视,也逐渐成为教学、科研和实际工作的迫切需要。从中国传统医学社会学的思想和特点、西方医学社会学的引入与发展、医学社会学中国化的发展和创新三个方面明确医学社会学中国化的含义:以开放的心态学习全人类健康与社会发展的文明,既引入外来学术,将其本土化,也输出我国学术,阐明新时代中国特色的医学社会学。这不但丰富和推动了世界医学社会学的发展,也为全球卫生治理提供了中国思想、中国方案,为构建人类卫生健康共同体贡献中国智慧。

Reasonable allocation of storage and computing resources is the basis of building big data *** the development of IoT(Internet of Things),more data will be brought.A three-layer architecture includes smart devices layer,edge cloud layer and blockchain-based distributed cloud *** is used in IoT for building a distributed decentralize P2P architecture to deal with the secure issue while edge computing deals with increasing volume of *** caching is one of the important application *** order to allocate edge cache resources reasonably,to improve the quality of service and to reduce the waste of bandwidth resources,this paper proposes a content selection algorithm of edge cache *** algorithm adopts markov chain model,improves the utilization of cache space and reduces the content transmission *** hierarchical caching strategy is adopted and the secondary cache stores slides of contents to expand the coverage of cached content and to reduce user waiting *** node cooperation is adopted to expand the cache space and to support the regional preference of cache *** with the classical substitution algorithm,simulation results show that the algorithm in this paper has higher cache hit ratio and higher space utilization.

Test case prioritization(TCP) technique is an efficient approach to improve regression testing activities. With the continuous improvement of industrial testing requirements, traditional single-objective TCP is limited greatly, and multi-objective test case prioritization(MOTCP) technique becomes one of the hot topics in the field of software testing in recent years. Considering the problems of traditional genetic algorithm(GA) and swarm intelligence algorithm in solving MOTCP problems, such as falling into local optimum quickly and weak stability of the algorithm, a MOTCP algorithm based on multi-population cooperative particle swarm optimization(MPPSO) was proposed in this paper. Empirical studies were conducted to study the influence of iteration times on the proposed MOTCP algorithm, and compare the performances of MOTCP based on single-population particle swarm optimization(PSO) and MOTCP based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) with the MOTCP algorithm proposed in this paper. The results of experiments show that the TCP algorithm based on MPPSO has stronger global optimization ability, is not easy to fall into local optimum, and can solve the MOTCP problem better than TCP algorithm based on the single-population PSO and NSGA-Ⅱ.

In order to discover the main causes of elevator group accidents in edge computing environment, a multi-dimensional data model of elevator accident data is established by using data cube technology, proposing and implementing a method by combining classical Apriori algorithm with the model, digging out frequent items of elevator accident data to explore the main reasons for the occurrence of elevator accidents. In addition, a collaborative edge model of elevator accidents is set to achieve data sharing, making it possible to check the detail of each cause to confirm the causes of elevator accidents. Lastly the association rules are applied to find the law of elevator Accidents.

To the Editor:Creatine kinase(CK),also called creatine phosphokinase,is primarily located in the cytoplasm and *** can be used to diagnose cardiac diseases such as myocardial infarction,viral myocarditis,and pericarditis because it is a vital kinase directly related to intracellular energy operation,muscle contraction,and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)*** studies have confirmed in recent years that serum biomarkers such as elevated CK are associated with Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and its related pathological protein.[1]Previous research indicated that systemic conditions,particularly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,are significant risk factors for cognitive impairment,and dysfunction of peripheral organs may also contribute to cognitive decline and AD.[2]However,the connection between CK and AD remains ***,to investigate the association between CK and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)AD pathology biomarkers,we analyzed data from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI),a global multi-centered database.

1999年我国进入老龄化社会,截至2017年底,全国≥60周岁老年人口2.4亿人。目前,我国人均预期寿命76.4岁,健康平均预期寿命约68.7岁,提示老年人将会有8年左右的时间与疾病相伴;其主要特征表现为,慢性病患病率呈上涨趋势,失能老年人不断增加,老年人心理状况关注度不够,而且老年人健康水平呈现地区差异。老年人患病现状不容忽视,加强西部和农村地区医疗服务水平,提升对于老年人心理和精神关注,制定统一评价标准促进健康评估,推进新型医养结合模式,建立责权对等的老年保障体系,全社会、多维度齐抓共管保障老年人健康,对我国积极应对老龄化社会的构建,实现健康中国战略目标至关重要。

星地激光通信无波前传感器优化算法仿真分析

在星地激光通信中,大气扰动会降低通信质量,在通信的接收端对大气扰动进行补偿,能提高通信质量。通信中的强闪烁等会出现波前探测器不能探测出波前畸变的情况,需要采用无波前探测器的成像校正技术来实现星地激光通信中大气扰动的补偿。为了实现星地激光通信中大气扰动的实时补偿,对改进遗传、模拟退火和模式逼近法这三种优化控制算法进行了仿真,并从算法的收敛速度、校正效果、稳定性和变形镜操作次数等四个方面进行了比较和分析。仿真结果表明:遗传算法收敛速度慢,但将归一化光强从0.079 5提升到0.99,适合于对静态像差的校正;模式逼近法只需要2次迭代就能将归一化光强从0.079 5提升到0.862,适合于星地激光通信中大气扰动的实时校正。
