BACKGROUND Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a destructive condition most commonly affecting young and middle-aged *** leading consequence of ONFH is often a significant articular *** joint-preserving surgical treatments are urgently needed for patients with early stage ONFH when outcomes of treatment are in general better than the advanced stage *** To introduce a new surgery procedure called percutaneous expanded core decompression and mixed bone graft technique,which is a new way of jointpreserving surgical *** The clinical data of 6 patients with ONFH diagnosed and treated with the procedure called percutaneous expanded core decompression and mixed bone graft technique at The First Hospital of Qiqihar from March 2013 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed;the follow-up ended in December *** There were 6 male patients with an average age of 43 years in our *** results have been obtained from the comparison of Harris hip score,visual analogue scale,and imaging examination before and after *** This new modified technique is simple,safe,and *** serious perioperative complications were observed in our *** of the single blade expandable reamer are *** adjuvant substance is inexpensive and easy to ***,this technique is an effective joint-preserving surgical treatment for patients with early stage of ONFH.

We propose two simple ansaetze that allow us to obtain different analytical solutions for two generalizeal versions of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation, such as the averaged dispersive-managed fiber system equation and the extended nonlinear Schrodinger equation which describe the femtosecond pulse propagation in monomode optical fiber. Among these solutions we can find solitary wave and periodic wave solutions representing the propagation of different waveforms in nonlinear media.

Magnetic interaction between magnetic particles is of great significance in the fields of magnetic separation and functional materials.A good understanding of interaction mechanism of magnetic particles would further boost its promising industrial *** hereby present our work which visualizes the movement behavior of magnetic spheres in magnetic fields employing high-speed imaging and simulates the dynamic behavior of spheres using an Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)based on finite element *** this paper,we investigated the stress tensor,magnetic force,and dynamic behavior of magnetic spheres in magnetic fields,especially magnetic energy density in different *** show that there are four relatively independent regions of magnetic energy density distribution in external spatial domains of a single sphere *** force will generate when the energy density in the spatial region between two spheres is relatively high,while a repulsive force will generate when the energy density in the spatial region between two spheres is relatively *** magnetic sphere spontaneously moves towards the region with high energy density and stays away from the region with low energy *** total magnetic energy in magnetic spheres’domains(V_(1))and external spatial domains(V_(2))increases,but the magnetic energy in the external spatial domain decreases over time during the aggregation *** magnetic spheres ultimately arrange in chain-like structures oriented along magnetic field *** hereby proposed a novel and efficient approach to predict the movement trends and final state of magnetic particle swarm from the view of energy density.

In order to explore the correlation of 3 different methods of evaluating the degree of skin redness, 45healthy Chinese subjects aged 18～45 were recruited to attend a human efficacy evaluation test. An emulsion product which declares soothing and repair efficacy was used each time in the morning and evening for 4 *** methods, including visual assessment, image analysis and instrument measurement, were taken to test the related indices of skin redness degree respectively. The improvement of skin redness and the correlation of 3methods were evaluated by comparing the changes of each index before and after using the product. The results show that the face redness degree score and the image analysis a*value significantly reduce at all time points after using the sample (P <0.05), while the instrument probe a*value significantly reduce at the time point after using for 2 weeks (P <0.05). The correlation coefficient of the face redness degree score and the instrument probe a*value is more than 0.33 and less than 0.67, and the significance level is less than 0.01. Therefore, the sample has soothing and repair efficacy for improving skin redness; and the methods of visual assessment and instrument measurement present moderate positive correlation.

In this paper,we exploited a unique procedure for obtaining thorny gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)with controllable length of thorns without using seeds and surfacta nts.A larger number of Ag+ions was added into the reaction system containing with HAuCI4 and NH2 OH·HCl,so as to forming colloidal *** could induce the growth of thorny Au *** morphology of Au NPs changed from short-thorns,longthorns to no-thorns,as the amount of AgNO3 *** obtained Au NPs exhibited shapedetermined surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)activity toward rhodamine 6 G(R6 G);indicating their potential for use in SERS-based detections and analysis.

【目的】昆虫常在色彩、纹理或形态上和背景相似,具有伪装性,识别难度大。本研究旨在探索基于深度学习的伪装昆虫前背景自动分割方法。【方法】将显著目标检测算法(salient object detection algorithm)、大模型图像分割算法(large-scale model-based image segmentation algorithm)以及伪装目标检测算法(camouflaged object detection algorithm)应用于伪装昆虫数据集,该数据集包括10类昆虫共1 900张图片;并进一步针对现有伪装目标检测算法的不足,提出了一种基于DGNet(deep-gradient network)的网络模型改进方法,即ZDNet(zoom-deep gradient network)。在构建该模型时,充分运用图像特征增强、交错图像金字塔、梯度诱导和跳跃式特征融合等技术。利用伪装目标检测公开数据集COD10K与CAMO构建了包含螽斯、蜘蛛等10个目昆虫的图像数据集,结合迁移学习进行网络训练,将经过训练的模型用于分割伪装昆虫。【结果】现有的伪装目标检测模型用于伪装昆虫前背景分割时,其分割性能明显优于显著目标检测模型和大模型分割图像。同时,ZDNet在性能上也明显优于现有的伪装目标检测算法,获得的S度量值、最大F度量值、平均F度量值、最大E度量值、平均E度量值和平均绝对误差(mean absolute error,MAE)分别为0.890, 0.865, 0.824, 0.966, 0.951和0.020。【结论】研究结果证明了ZDNet网络模型能够获得很好的伪装昆虫前背景分割结果,有利于提高昆虫识别的性能,也进一步拓宽了伪装目标检测方法的应用范围。

Ethylene trithiocarbonate reacted with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate to furnish tetramethyl thiopyran-4-spiro-2＇-（1,3- dithiolane）-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylate,a new thiopyran-4-spiro-2＇-（1,3-dithiolane） heterocyclic compound,as the minor product together with the major product dimethyl 2-thioxo-1,3-dithiole-4,*** new heterocycle was probably formed through a[2 ＋ 2]cycloaddition between ethylene trithiocarbonate and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate followed by a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition or[4 ＋ 2]*** structure of the new compound revealed that the thiopyran ring and 1,3-dithiolane moiety were perpendicular to each other.
