this paper,we propose a class of smoothing-regularization methods for solving the mathematical programming with vanishing *** methods include the smoothing-regularization method proposed by Kanzow et ***[***.,2013,55(3):733-767]as a special *** the weaker conditions than the ones that have been used by Kanzow et *** 2013,we prove that the Mangasarian-Fromovitz constraint qualification holds at the feasible points of smoothing-regularization *** also analyze that the convergence behavior of the proposed smoothing-regularization method under mild conditions,i.e.,any accumulation point of the stationary point sequence for the smoothing-regularization problem is a strong stationary ***,numerical experiments are given to show the efficiency of the proposed methods.

基于固废制备人造石颗粒材料耐久性试验

以玄武岩石粉、电石渣、脱硫石膏固体废弃物为原料,利用水热固化技术,制备玄武岩石粉人造石颗粒材料,探讨基于固废制备玄武岩石粉人造石颗粒材料的耐久性。通过开展耐水、耐酸和冻融循环试验,结合SEM微观表征,以质量损失率和强度损失率为评价指标,对人造石颗粒材料在不同原料钙硅比(Ca/Si)条件下的耐久性进行分析。试验结果表明:人造石颗粒材料整体耐水性能良好,增大原料Ca/Si,有利于提高人造石颗粒材料的耐水性,当Ca/Si达到1.0时,其软化系数可达0.894;酸蚀可导致人造石颗粒材料质量损失与强度损失,增大原料Ca/Si可提高人造石颗粒材料的耐酸腐蚀性能;冻融循环会使人造石颗粒材料内部会产生裂隙,从而导致其强度下降,当Ca/Si为0.9和1.0时,人造石颗粒材料强度损失率最小,仅为18.7%,其抗冻融性能相对最佳。

Objective:To explore the effect of the combined application of the Shock Index(SI)and the Early Warning Score(EWS)in patients with acute gastrointestinal ***:Seventy patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to a hospital from June 2022 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 35 patients in each *** control group received conventional emergency care measures,while the observation group received SI combined with NEWS emergency care *** treatment effects in both groups were ***:The observation group had shorter waiting times for consultation(4.45±1.59 minutes),intravenous access establishment(6.79±2.52 minutes),hemostasis time(4.41±1.52 hours),and hospital stays(8.39±2.13 days)compared to the control group,which had times of 5.46±1.34 minutes,8.41±2.16 minutes,5.16±1.47 hours,and 10.26±2.98 days,*** differences were statistically significant(P0.05).However,after systematic emergency management,the serum indexes in both groups significantly improved,with the observation group showing greater improvement than the control group,and these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,only one case of cardiovascular complications occurred during the rescue period,with an incidence rate of 2.86%.In contrast,the control group experienced eight cases of complications,including hemorrhagic shock,anemia,multi-organ failure,cardiovascular complications,and gastrointestinal rebleeding,with an incidence rate of 22.85%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of SI combined with EWS emergency care measures in patients with acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage can effectively improve serum indexes,shorten resuscitation t

Mapping the knowledge domain of crash risk in older drivers studies: A scientometric analysis

With the rapid global progression of population aging， the traffic safety of older drivers has emerged as a worldwide concern， resulting in a significant surge in the number of manuscripts on this subject. This study employed scientometric analysis to scrutinize 1652 original manuscripts concerning research on older drivers. To visually depict the current state of knowledge in the field， Mapping Knowledge Domain (MKD) was employed for scientometric analysis， shedding light on the evolution of this research area. Firstly， a statistical analysis was conducted to scrutinize the development of research on older drivers. Secondly， VOSviewer was utilized for manuscript co-citation analysis， revealing five primary research topics: cognitive function and crash risk， visual processing impairment and crash risk， potential consequences of changes in driving patterns， involvement of older drivers in crashes， as well as identifying and enhancing factors contributing to unsafe driving. Thirdly， CitNetExplorer was applied to identify core publications and their reference relationships. Research predominantly focused on visual function， cognitive function， and physical health. Fourthly， VOSviewer’s keyword co-citation analysis pinpointed research hotspots in the last five years concerning older drivers: driving risk factors， driving fitness evaluation， impact of distraction on driving， and impact of visual impairment on driving. Finally， based on the aforementioned discussions and the situation in China， some feasible research directions are proposed. This paper summarizes the overall trends in the study of older drivers and the risk factors for traffic accidents. These findings can serve as a reference for improving the driving and road traffic safety of older drivers.

Given that chemical warfare agents(CWAs) pose some of the largest threats to humankind, social stability, and world peace,considerable attention has been drawn to the development of the corresponding detection, decontamination, and treatment techniques. The versatile functionality and distinctive recognition potency of macrocycles enable their customized design for specific tasks, such as chemical sensing, catalysis, or separation. Hence, supramolecular materials are well suited for the establishment of CWA countermeasures. Herein, we summarize the recent progress in the development of macrocycle-based materials for counteracting several representative CWAs, including nerve, blister, blood, incapacitating, choking, and irritating agents, providing a foundation for further advances in this field and fostering practical translational terms.

【目的】研究新疆天山云杉Picea schrenkiana ***种子雨时空动态分布规律和种子萌发状况,为预测森林群落的演替趋势,并为保护天山森林生态系统的物种多样性提供科学依据。【方法】在林场设置3块面积为1 hm^(2)天然林永久固定监测样地,采用机械布局的方法以10 m×10 m的样方为单位,在样方中心设置1个种子雨收集器,每个样地共100个收集器。采用方差/均值(C_(x))、负二项指数(K)、聚集度指标(I)、Cassie R M指标(CA)等4种空间分布类型评价方法判别种子雨空间分布状态。此外,进行种子萌发试验,分别测定种子千粒重、发芽势和发芽率。【结果】9月下旬至10月中旬散种量较高;2022年的种子雨总量极显著高于2021年的种子雨总量;C_(x)为2047.01、K为1.02、I为2046.01、CA为0.99,4个指标均显示种子空间分布呈聚集分布;各样地高峰期的天山云杉种子千粒重显著高于初始期和末尾期的天山云杉种子千粒重;而种子雨初始期和高峰期的种子平均发芽势与平均发芽率差异不显著,但都显著高于末尾期的种子的平均发芽势和平均发芽率。【结论】天山云杉种子的散种量存在较大的年际变化,且种子空间分布呈聚集分布,落种高峰期为9月下旬至10月中旬,此时种子质量最大,平均发芽率和发芽势最高。

Elucidating the anti-obesity phytochemicals in chenpi and their molecular mechanisms

Obesity has become a significant global public health issue. Previous studies have found that the chenpi has the anti-obesity activity. However， the anti-obesity phytochemicals and their mechanisms are still unclear. This study investigated the anti-obesity phytochemicals and molecular mechanisms involved in treating obesity by chenpi through network pharmacology and molecular docking. Seventeen bioactive phytochemicals from chenpi and its 475 related anti-obesity targets have been identified. The KEGG pathway analysis showed that the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway， MAPK signaling pathway， AMPK signaling pathway， and NF-kappa B signaling pathway are the main signaling pathways involved in the anti-obesity effect of chenpi. According to molecular docking analysis， the phytochemicals of chenpi can bind to central anti-obesity targets. Based on the ADMET analysis and network pharmacology results， tangeretin exhibited the lowest predicted toxicity and the highest potential for anti-obesity effects. In the in vitro lipid accumulation model， tangeretin effectively suppressed the FFA-induced lipid in HepG2 cells by upregulating the PI3K/Akt/GSK3β signaling pathway based on the result of q-PCR and Western Blotting. The outcomes of this research give insights for future research on the anti-obesity phytochemicals and molecular mechanisms derived from chenpi， also providing the theoretical basis for developing anti-obesity functional foods based on chenpi.
