Impact of Mo/Ni alloying on microstructural modulation and low-temperature toughness of high-strength low-alloy steel

The high-strength low-alloy steel plates with varying Ni/Mo contents were manufactured using the thermos-mechanical control *** investigation was conducted to explore the effect of Ni/Mo microalloying on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the *** results revealed that the increase in Ni content from 1 to 2 wt.%reduced the transition temperature of ferrite and the growth range of ferritic grain was narrowed,which promoted grain *** optimized combination of grain size,high-angle grain boundaries(HAGBs),and martensite-austenite(M-A)islands parameter contributed to the excellent impact toughness of S1 steel at-100℃(impact absorbed energy of 218.2 J at-100℃).As the Mo increases from 0 to 2 wt.%,the matrix structure changes from multiphase structure to granular bainite,which increases the average effective grain size to~4.62 pm and reduces HAGBs proportion to~36.22%.With these changes,the low-temperature impact toughness of S3 steel is *** addition,based on the analysis of the characteristics of crack propagation path,it was found that M-A islands with low content(~2.21%)and small size(~1.76 pm)significantly retarded crack propagation,and the fracture model of M-A islands with different morphologies was further ***,correlation between behaviour of delamination and toughness was further analysed by observing delamination size and impact energy parameters.

To enhance the DC electrical performance of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE),the graftable antioxidant methacrylic acid 2-hydroxy-3-(4-anilinoanilino)propyl ester(GA),which contains carbonyl and amino groups,and the crosslinking coagent trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA),which contains carbonyl groups,are individually or co-grafted onto *** slightly higher deep trap density introduced by higher grafting concentration of TMPTMA results in more significant suppression effect of conductance current and enhanced breakdown strength at a lower temperature,while the suppression effect for the conductance current at 90°C becomes weakened due to limited trap ***,the deeper energy level introduced by GA suppresses the conductance current and improves the electrical strength of XLPE at 90°C more *** co-grafting,the conductance current of XLPE in a wide range temperature can be significantly reduced,especially for the temperature dependence of conductance current,which is beneficial to suppress the field strength *** results of thermally stimulated current and molecular simulation show that the polar groups of two monomers introduce deep charge traps in *** co-grafting system ensures the rationality of the crosslinking reaction kinetics and does not affect the cable manufacturing.

Objective:To assess the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of standardized extract of Cotinus coggygria(***)in different animal ***:*** extracts(25,50,and 100 mg/kg)were administered to rats and mice(n=6)during hot plate,tail-flick,acetic acid-induced writhing,and formalin tests to determine its analgesic *** anti-inflammatory activity of *** extracts was evaluated by histamine and carrageenan-induced paw edema,cotton pellet-induced granuloma,and acetic acid-induced peritoneal capillary dye leakage ***:*** extracts(50 and 100 mg/kg)significantly alleviated thermal and chemical-induced pain in rodents(P<0.05).It also demonstrated notable anti-inflammatory properties by mitigating histamine and carrageenan-induced paw edema,granuloma deposits,and vascular permeability(P<0.05).Moreover,*** extracts remarkably reduced TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,COX-2,and oxidative stress in rat paws(P<0.05).Carrageenan-induced histological aberrations in hind paw tissues were effectively(P<0.05)mitigated by treatment with *** ***:*** *** show analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects via inhibition of COX-2 and inflammatory and oxidative mediators.

In this paper,a dual deep Q-network(DDQN)energy management model based on long-short memory neural network(LSTM)speed prediction is proposed under the model predictive control(MPC)*** initial learning rate and neuron dropout probability of the LSTM speed prediction model are optimized by the genetic algorithm(GA).The prediction results show that the root-mean-square error of the GA-LSTM speed prediction method is smaller than the SVR method in different speed prediction *** predicted demand power,the state of charge(SOC),and the demand power at the current moment are used as the state input of the agent,and the real-time control of the control strategy is realized by the MPC *** simulation results show that the proposed control strategy reduces the equivalent fuel consumption by 0.0354 kg compared with DDQN,0.8439 kg compared with ECMS,and 0.742 kg compared with the power-following control *** difference between the proposed control strategy and the dynamic planning control strategy is only 0.0048 kg,0.193%,while the SOC of the power battery remains ***,the hardware-in-the-loop simulation verifies that the proposed control strategy has good real-time performance.
