BACKGROUND Rectus abdominis separation(DRA)affects pelvic stability and body *** studies have explored the effects of manual massage on early postpartum DRA and postpartum *** To analyze the curative effect of massage on early postpartum DRA and its impact on postpartum depression and thus its ability promote the overall psychosomatic rehabilitation of postpartum *** Data were retrospectively collected on 70 primiparous women with postpartum DRA who underwent rehabilitation at the Postpartum Rehabilitation Center of Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September *** patients were divided into the Group S(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment)and Group L(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with manual massage treatment).Baseline data,the edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and lower back pain before and after treatment were *** No significant differences were found in the baseline data,rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and VAS and EPDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the distance between rectus abdominis and waist circumference in Group L were significantly smaller than those in Group S(P<0.05).Furthermore,lower back pain(VAS score)and the EPDS score in Group L were significantly lower than those in Group S(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Manual massage can significantly reduce early postpartum DRA,waist circumference,and back pain and improve the patient’s mental state and postpartum depression.

Deliquescence and efflorescence are the two most important physicochemical processes of aerosol particles. In deliquescence and efflorescence cycles of aerosol particles, many fundamental problems need to be investigated in detail on the molecular level, including ion and molecule interactions in supersaturated aerosols, metastable solid phases that may be formed, and microscopic structures and deliquescence mechanisms of aerosol particles. This paper presents a summary of the progress made in recent investigations of deliquescence and efflorescence processes of aerosol particles by four common spectral techniques, which are known as Raman/electrodynamic balance, Fourier transform infrared/aerosol flow tube, Fourier transform infrared/attenuated total reftection, and confocal Raman on a quartz substrate.

The conformational behaviors of monosodium glutamate （MSG） in a dehydration process were studied by Micro-Raman spectroscopy in combination with Hartree-Fock calculations using 6-3 1＋G^＊ method. The dehydration process of the MSG droplet was performed by decreasing the ambient relative humidity （RH）. The intensity ratio of the 935 cm^-1 band to 884 cm^-1 band （I935/ 1884） kept decreasing when RH decreased. By optimizing the geometries with different fixed dihedral angles, the downtrend of （I935/I884） is found to be due to the reduction of MSG molecular volume.

FTIR-ATR technology is used to study the efflorescence kinetic of Na2SO4 and mixed Na2SO4/CTAB *** the RH decreased linearly,the v3-SO42 band shifts from 1094 cm1 to 1132 cm1,suggesting the phase transition of Na2SO4 from solution to crystal phase（Ⅲ）.For pure Na2SO4 aerosols,the ERH is 75.1%RH,whereas the efflorescence point of mixed Na2SO4/CTAB aerosols（74.2%） is *** further analysis of IR differential spectra,the ratio of Na2SO4 crystals in mixed aerosols is only 62.7%and the heterogeneous nucleation rate of Na2SO4 in Na2SO4/CTAB mixed aerosols is lower than that in pure Na2SO4 *** showed that CTAB assembled into reversed micelle and part Na2SO4 droplets are in the core to form core-shell structure,and CTAB shell prevents core Na2SO4 solutions from ***,the counter ion Br for CTAB reversed micelle can interact with Na＋ ions,which decreases the crystallization rate of free Na2SO4 droplets and ERH is delayed.

The CoMo/Al2O3 catalysts with different metal loading were studied by low temperature in situ FT-IR using CO as probe molecule which appears to be a powerful method by giving rise to signals specific for unpromoted and promoted Mo *** result revealed that the increase of CoMoS phase on the catalyst surface improves the HDS activity and *** ratio of active site number of CoMoS and MoS_2 correlates linearly with HDS selectivity,which provides an effective tool for developing industrial selective HDS catalysts.

The high NO_(3)^(−)concentration in fine particulate matters(PM_(2.5))during heavy haze events has attracted much attention,but the formation mechanism of nitrates remains largely uncertain,especially concerning heterogeneous uptake of NOX by aqueous *** this work,the heterogeneous uptake of NO_(2) by sodium acetate(NaAc)droplets with different NO_(2) concentrations and relative humidity(RH)conditions is investigated by microscopic Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(micro-FTIR).The IR feature changes of aqueous droplets indicate the acetate depletion and nitrite formation in humid *** implies that acetate droplets can provide the alkaline aqueous circumstances caused by acetate hydrolysis and acetic acid(HAc)volatilization for nitrite formation during the NO_(2) heterogeneous ***,the nitrite formation will exhibit a pH neutralizing effect on acetate hydrolysis,further facilitating HAc volatilization and acetate *** heterogeneous uptake coefficient increases from 5.2×10^(−6) to 1.27×10^(−5) as RH decreases from 90%to 60%due to the enhanced HAc ***,no obvious change in uptake coefficient with different NO_(2) concentrations is *** work may provide a new pathway for atmospheric nitrogen cycling and secondary nitrite aerosol formation.

Background： Estrogen is one of the most important reproductive steroidal hormones and plays a critical role in the maintenance of pregnancy, and its function is mediated by estrogen receptor 1 （ESR 1）. The polymorphisms ofESR 1 were involved in recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA）; however, the association between ESRI polymorphisms and RSA remains controversial. The present meta-analysis was aimed to clarify the association between ESRI Pvull （-397C/T, rs2234693） and Xbal （-351 A/G, rs9340799） polymorphisms and the risk of RSA. Methods： All the included articles were retrieved from PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang Med Online Database up to January 3,2018. Data were processed in the Stata 12.0 software. The odds ratios （ORs） and 95% confidence intervals （95% Cls） were calculated using fixed-effects models （FEM）/random-effects models （REM）. Results： Seven case-control studies with 836 cases and 1164 controls were included in the study. Generally, the ESR 1 polymorphisms were not associated with RSA in any of the genetic analysis models. However, it was found that as rs9340799 polymorphism was related to increased risk of RSA in non-Asian group in the homozygous genetic model （OR = 2.40, 95% CI = 1.05-5.50, P = 0.039）. Moreover, in Asian group, rs9340799 polymorphism was found to be related to decreased RSA risk in both the heterozygous model （OR = 0.53, 95% CI = 0.33-0.85, P = 0.009） and the dominant genetic model （OR=0.55, 95% CI = 0.30 0.98, P = 0.042）. Conclusions： Generally. there was no significant association between the polymorphisms of ESRI and the risk of RSA. However, subgroup analysis indicated that ESR1 rs9340799 polymorphism was related to increased RSA risk in the non-Asian group while associated with decreased RSA risk in Asian group.
