BACKGROUND Computed tomography(CT)has become a routine preoperative examination for tibial plateau fractures(TPFs).Assessing the location of the fragment and intercondylar eminence fracture can provide clinicians with valuable information;however,the evaluation of traumatic meniscal lesion(TML)and arthroscopic management are *** To predict TML by three-dimensional skeletal anatomy changes in unilateral TPF and bilateral TPF on preoperative thin layer *** Acute fracture of tibial plateau patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery between December 2017 and December 2019 were included in this retrospective *** type,zone,and location of TMLs were diagnosed based on the operation records and/or arthroscopic *** of three-dimensional fracture morphology included the following:Frontal fragment width of plateau,sagittal fragment subsiding distance(FSD),sagittal fracture line distance,sagittal posterior tibial slope,and transversal area ratio of fragment area)on preoperative CT three-dimensional *** correlation of TML with skeletal values was calculated according to unicondylar TPFs and bicondylar *** A total of 67 patients were enrolled in this study,among which 30 patients had TMLs,lateral/medial(23/7).FSD was a particularly positive factor to predict TML,with odds ratio of 2.31(1.26-5.63).On sagittal view of CT,FSD degree of 8 mm and posterior tibial slope exceeding 11.74°implied enhanced risk of TML in bicondylar *** coronal view,once fragment width of plateau surpassed 3 cm,incidence of TML reached 100%.On transverse view,area ratio of fragment as enhanced risk of 5.5%and FSD>4.3 mm for predicting TML were observed in unicondylar *** TML can be predicted by different parameters on preoperative CT views according to unicondylar fractures and bicondylar TPFs.

To elucidate the mechanisms of regulating the microstructure uniformity in 7050 aluminum forgings through surface cumulative plastic deformation(SCPD),the microstructure under different solution treatments was investigated using metallographic observation(OM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The findings demonstrate that the most uniform microstructure in the forgings is achieved with a solution treatment at 470℃for 30 *** SCPD process generates a significant number of needle-shaped precipitates,resulting in a higher dislocation density and stored *** treatments alleviate the pinning effect of second-phase particles and facilitate static recrystallization(SRX)in forgings,leading to a reduction in grain ***,mechanical testing results demonstrate 7%−13%increase in tensile strength and more uniform elongation of the forgings in different directions.

Phase-matching enhanced quantum phase and amplitude estimation of a two-level system in a squeezed reservoir

Squeezed reservoir engineering is a powerful technique in quantum information that combines the features of squeezing and reservoir engineering to create and stabilize non-classical quantum states. In this paper, we focus on the previously neglected aspect of the impact of the squeezing phase on the precision of quantum phase and amplitude estimation based on a simple model of a two-level system(TLS) interacting with a squeezed reservoir. We derive the optimal squeezed phase-matching conditions for phase φ and amplitude θ parameters, which are crucial for enhancing the precision of quantum parameter estimation. The robustness of the squeezing-enhanced quantum Fisher information against departures from these conditions is examined, demonstrating that minor deviations from phase-matching can still result in remarkable precision of estimation. Additionally, we provide a geometric interpretation of the squeezed phase-matching conditions from the classical motion of a TLS on the Bloch sphere. Our research contributes to a deeper understanding of the operational requirements for employing squeezed reservoir engineering to advance quantum parameter estimation.

OBJECTIVE: To reach consensus on the diagnostic criteria of syndrome of dampness obstruction in idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN) patients by literature research and expert investigation(interviews and a Delphi method). METHODS: Our study was consistent with T/CACM 1336-2020. We searched the monographs and references published in the past 40 years(1983-2022), and established the diagnostic criteria pool of waterdampness syndrome and dampness-turbidity syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) based on literature by using frequency statistics and correlation analysis. Expert investigation(interview method and two rounds of Delphi method) was used to form the diagnostic criteria of water-dampness syndrome and dampnessturbidity syndrome of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Clinical diagnostic test research was carried out, and compared with “Diagnostic Criteria for dampness syndrome”(T/CACM 1454-2023) to evaluate the authenticity, reliability and clinical application value of the standard. RESULTS: A total of 122 relevant guides, standards, monographs and documents were included through searching books and Chinese databases. Four experts were interviewed and two rounds of delphi method(75 experts nationwide) were carried out. The experts' opinions are relatively concentrated and the differences are small. Based on the weight of each index, the diagnostic criteria indexes of water-dampness syndrome and dampness-turbidity syndrome were selected. After discussion by the core group members, the diagnostic model of "necessary symptoms and optional symptoms" was established, and the final diagnostic criteria of waterdampness syndrome and dampness-turbidity syndrome were established. One hundred and ninety-one inpatients and outpatients of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2023 were included in Diagnostic test study. Improved Algorithm for Distributed Localization in Wireless Sensor Networks

Mechanism analysis of effect of MgO on reduction swelling behaviour of iron pellets in CO/H_(2)atmosphere based on first-principles calculations

To explain the influence mechanism of MgO on the consolidation and reduction characteristics of roasted iron pellets,the properties and structure of pellets were investigated from *** indicated that the MgO addition decreased the reduction swelling index(RSI)and reduction degree of pellets in both CO and H_(2)*** the stepwise reduction process of Fe2O3→Fe3O4→FeO,the reduction behaviour of pellets in CO and H_(2)was similar,while the reduction rate of pellets in H_(2)atmosphere was almost twice as high as that in CO *** the stepwise reduction process of FeO→Fe,the RSI of pellets showed a logarithmic increase in CO atmosphere and a linear decrease in H_(2)*** investigated by first-principles calculations,C and Fe mainly formed chemical bonds,and the CO reduction process released energy,promoting the formation of iron ***,H and Fe produced weak physical adsorption,and the H_(2)reduction process was endothermic,inhibiting the generation of iron *** Mg2+doping in FexO,the nucleation region of iron whiskers expanded in CO reduction process,and the morphology of iron whiskers transformed from“slender”to“stocky,”reducing RSI of the pellets.

Dark energy effects on surface gravitational redshift and Keplerian frequency of neutron stars

Research on the properties of neutron stars with dark energy is a particularly interesting yet unresolved problem in *** analyze the influence of dark energy on the equation of state,the maximum mass,the surface gravitational redshift and the Keplerian frequency for the traditional neutron star and the hyperon star matter within the relativistic mean field theory,using the GM1 and TM1 parameter sets by considering the two flavor symmetries of SU(6)and SU(3)combined with the observations of PSR J1614-2230,PSR J0348+0432,PSR J0030+0451,RX J0720.4-3125,and 1E *** is found that the existence of dark energy leads to the softened equations of the state of the traditional neutron star and the hyperon *** radius of a fixed-mass traditional neutron star(or hyperon star)with dark energy becomes smaller,which leads to increased *** existence of dark energy can also enhance the surface gravitational redshift and the Keplerian frequency of traditional neutron stars and hyperon *** growth of the Keplerian frequency may cause the spin rate to speed up,which may provide a possible way to understand and explain the pulsar glitch ***,we infer that the mass and the surface gravitational redshift of PSR J1748-2446ad without dark energy for the GM1(TM1)parameter set are 1.141 M_(☉)(1.309 M_(☉))and 0.095(0.105),*** corresponding values for the GM1(TM1)parameter set are 0.901 M_(☉)(1.072M_(☉))and 0.079(0.091)if PSR J1748-2446ad contains dark energy withα=*** J1748-2446ad may be a low-mass pulsar with a lower surface gravitational redshift under our selected models.
