Assessment of ecological geological vulnerability in Mu Us Sandy Land based on GIS and suggestions of ecological protection and restoration

Eco-geological vulnerability assessment is a significant research topic within the field of eco-geology,but it remains poorly *** Mu Us Sandy Land,located in the central part of the farming-pastoral ecotone in northern China,plays a critical role in maintaining the ecological security pattern in this ***,this sandy land also faces severe sandy desertification and ecological *** study conducted a regional eco-geological vulnerability assessment of the Mu Us Sandy Land using a comprehensive index evaluation method based on eco-geological theories and survey *** construct an appropriate index system for the eco-geological vulnerability assessment of the Mu Us Sandy Land,the study considered the sandy land’s unique characteristics and identified 15 factors of five categories,namely geology,meteorology,soil,topography,and *** paper calculated the comprehensive weights of all the indices using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the entropy weight method(EWM).Furthermore,it established the eco-geological vulnerability index(EGVI)and obtained the assessment *** results showed that the eco-geological vulnerability of the Mu Us Sandy Land gradually intensifies from east to west,manifested as vulnerable eco-geological conditions ***,extremely vulnerable zones are found in the northwestern and southeastern parts of the study area,highly vulnerable zones in the western and southern parts,moderately vulnerable zones in the central part,and slightly and potentially vulnerable zones in the eastern and southern *** with high spatial autocorrelations include the northern Uxin Banner-Otog Banner-Angsu Town area,the surrounding areas of hongdunjie Town in the southeastern part of the study area,the hongshiqiao Township-xiaohaotu Township area,Otog Front Banner,and Bainijing Town,which should be prioritized in the ecological conservation and ***,the paper proposed suggestions for

BACKGROUND Breast cancer(BC)metastasis to the gastrointestinal tract is uncommon,colonic metastasis from BC(CMBC)is even *** SUMMARY This report describes a 44-year-old female patient with metastatic triple-negative BC in the ascending colon who underwent laparoscopic radical right *** patient had undergone left modified radical mastectomy only 15 months ago and stopped chemotherapy just 3 months *** diagnosis of CMBC was made based on the previous history of BC and positive results of several specific immunohistochemical markers(gross cystic disease fluid protein 15,mammaglobin,GATA-binding protein 3,and cytokeratin 7)for breast *** CMBC should be highly cautious in patients with a previous history of BC,especially triple-negative BC,and further examination to aid in diagnosis.

随着嵌入式系统的广泛应用,其需求正变得越来越复杂,需求分析成为嵌入式系统开发的关键阶段,如何准确地建模和描述需求成为首要问题.系统地调研嵌入式系统的需求描述,并进行全面的比较分析,以便更深入地理解嵌入式系统需求的核心关注点.首先采用系统化文献综述方法,对1979年1月–2023年11月间发表的相关文献进行识别、筛选、汇总和分析.通过自动检索和滚雪球等检索过程,筛选出150篇与主题密切相关的文献,力求文献综述的全面性.其次,从需求描述关注点、需求描述维度、需求分析要素等方面,分析现有嵌入式需求描述语言的表达能力.最后,总结现有嵌入式系统软件需求描述所面临的挑战,并针对嵌入式软件智能合成任务,提出对嵌入式系统需求描述方法表达能力的要求.

Metal ions play crucial roles in various biologi-cal functions,in-cluding maintain-ing homeostasis,regulating mus-cle contraction,and facilitating enzyme ***,accurately simulating the interaction between metal ions and amino acid side chain analogs using high-level wave function theories remains challenging due to the significant computational costs *** this study,deep potential molecular dynamics(DeePMD)simulation was employed to investigate the solvation structure of the Mg^(2+)-Ac^(−)ion pair in aqueous *** address the computational bottleneck associated with expensive quan-tum mechanics(QM)methods,the Deep Kohn-Sham(DeePKS)approach was utilized,which allows us to generate highly accurate self-consistent energy functionals while significantly re-ducing computational *** root mean square error and mean absolute error of energies and atomic forces indicate close agreement between DeePKS predictions and QM strongly constrained and appropriately normed(SCAN)***,the neural network potential(NNP)generated using the SCAN-level dataset predicted by DeePKS exhibits high-er accuracy compared to previous work,which employed a moderate BLYP *** potential of mean force for the Mg^(2+)-Ac−system was further examined,revealing a prefer-ence for monodentate coordination of Mg^(2+)with a~5.8 kcal/mol energy barrier between bidentate and monodentate ***,this work provides a comprehensive,precise,and reliable methodology for investigating metal ions’properties in aqueous solutions.

Quantum decoder design for subsystem surface code based on multi-head graph attention and edge weighting

Quantum error-correcting codes are essential for fault-tolerant quantum computing,as they effectively detect and correct noise-induced errors by distributing information across multiple physical *** subsystem surface code with three-qubit check operators demonstrates significant application potential due to its simplified measurement operations and low logical error ***,the existing minimum-weight perfect matching(MWPM)algorithm exhibits high computational complexity and lacks flexibility in large-scale ***,this paper proposes a decoder based on a graph attention network(GAT),representing error syndromes as undirected graphs with edge weights,and employing a multihead attention mechanism to efficiently aggregate node features and enable parallel *** to MWPM,the GAT decoder exhibits linear growth in computational complexity,adapts to different quantum code structures,and demonstrates stronger robustness under high physical error *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed decoder achieves an overall accuracy of 89.95%under various small code lattice sizes(L=2,3,4,5),with the logical error rate threshold increasing to 0.0078,representing an improvement of approximately 13.04%compared to the MWPM *** result significantly outperforms traditional methods,showcasing superior performance under small code lattice sizes and providing a more efficient decoding solution for large-scale quantum error correction.

Ribosome profiling and single-cell RNA sequencing identify the unfolded protein response as a key regulator of pigeon lactation

Pigeons and certain other avian species produce a milklike secretion in their crop sacs to nourish offspring, yet the detailed processes involved are not fully elucidated. This study investigated the crop sacs of 225-day-old unpaired non-lactating male pigeons(MN) and males initiating lactation on the first day after incubation(ML). Using RNA sequencing,ribosomeprofiling,andsingle-cell transcriptome sequencing(scRNA-seq), we identified a significant up-regulation of genes associated with ribosome assembly and protein synthesis in ML compared to MN. Results from scRNA-seq analysis identified 12distinct cell types and 22 clusters, with secretory epithelial cells(SECs) exhibiting marked expression of plasma cell markers, including IGLL1 and MZB1. RNA fluorescence in situ hybridization(RNA FISH) and IgY quantification confirmed the critical role of SECs in producing endogenous IgY during lactation. We propose that fibroblast-derived BAFF signals activate SECs, mimicking B cell transformation and enhancing protein production through the unfolded protein response(UPR). These findings shed light on the cellular dynamics of pigeon milk production and contribute to a broader understanding of avian biology.

Spin-orbit torque （SOT）,as a promising writing method for magnetic random-access memory （MRAM）,has garnered widespread interest for over a decade [1].Heavy metals,such as β-W,have been broadly adopted as spin current sources,but suffer from phase change at a limited thickness,resulting in a dramatic reduction of the charge-tospin conversion efficiency θSH[2].The thickness limitation leads to stringent etching conditions and large distribution among devices,posing challenges for simultaneously satisfying SOT efficiency,etching-stop margins,and back-end-ofline （BEOL） compatibility.
