AIM： To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus bulgaricus （LBG） on the Toll-like receptor 4 （TLR4） pathway and interleukin-8 （IL-8） production in SGC-7901 cells treated with Helicobacter pyloriSydney strain 1 lipopolysaccharide （HpyloriSS1-LPS）. METHODS： SGC-7901 cells were treated with HpyloriSS1-LPS in the presence or absence of pretreatment for 1 h with viable LBG or supernatant recovered from LBG culture MRS broth （LBG-s）. Cellular lysates were prepared for Western blot with anti-TLR4, anti-transforming growth factor β-activated kinase 1 （TAK1）, anti-phospho-TAK1, anti-nuclear factor κB （NF-κB）, anti-p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase （p38maPK）, and anti-phospho-p38maPK antibodies. The amount of IL-8 in cell culture medium was measured by ELISA. RESULTS： H pyloriSS1-LPS up-regulated the expression of TLR4, stimulated the phosphorylation of TAKI, subsequently enhanced the activation of NF- κB and the phosphorylation of p38maPK in a time- dependent manner, leading to augmentation of IL-8 production in SGC-7901 cells. Viable LBG or LBG-s pretreatment attenuated the expression of TLR4, inhibited the phosphorylation of TAK1 and p38maPK, prevented the activation of NF-κB, and consequently blocked IL-8 ***： H py/oriSS1-LPS induces IL-8 production through activating TLR4 signaling in SGC-7901 cells and viable LBG or LBG-s prevents H pyloriSS1-LPS-mediated IL-8 production via inhibition of the TLR4 pathway.

Introduction Gallstone disease is a major public-health problem,with a high prevalence ranging from 10%to 15%[1].Acute cholecystitis,chronic cholecystitis,choledocholithiasis,and gallstone pancreatitis are all common complications in clinical ***,when gallstones migrate to adjacent viscera or vascular structures,the clinical challenge is far less familiar[2].Gallbladder(GB)bleeding is seldom reported,which mostly manifests as *** cases are caused by cystic artery aneurysm and rupture and others are due to GB rupture[3].Gallstones can erode through the gallbladder wall or bile duct into the adjacent portion,resulting in a cholecystocolonic fistula(CCF),which is a rare complication of gallstones with cholecystitis[4].Here,we share a case of gallbladder bleeding along with cholecystocolonic fistula that has not yet been *** hope that,through our unusual case,clinicians gain an enhanced understanding of rare complications caused by gallstones.

BACKGROUND Current research has identified several risk factors for refractory benign esophageal strictures (RBES), but research is scarce on the prediction of RBES in benign esophageal strictures patients. Meanwhile, the long-term outcomes of RBES remain unclear. The aim of this study was to develop and validate a model to determine the progression of RBES in patients with benign esophageal strictures. And we also explored the long-term outcomes and safety in patients with RBES. AIM To develop and validate a model to determine the progression of RBES in patients with benign esophageal strictures, based on the demographic data and endoscopic findings. METHODS A total of 507 benign esophageal stricture patients treated by dilation alone or in combination with stenting were retrospectively enrolled between January 2009 and February 2018. The primary outcome was to establish a risk-scoring model predicting RBES in benign esophageal strictures. The secondary outcome was to explore the clinical effectiveness and adverse events in patients with RBES. RESULTS In the study, age, etiology, and number and length of strictures were the independent risk factors for the refractory performance of benign esophageal strictures. According to risk factors of benign esophageal strictures, a risk-scoring model for predicting RBES in benign esophageal strictures was established: The risk score ranged from 0 to 8 points, and the risk scores were divided into low risk (0-2 points), intermediate risk (3-5 points), and high risk (6-8 points). The proportions of RBES in the corresponding risk categories were 1.0%, 12.2%, and 76.0%, respectively. Among 507 patients, 57 had RBES (39 males;median age, 60 years). The success rate of dilation treatment (51.2%, 21/41) was higher than that of stent placement (37.5%, 6/16). CONCLUSION In this study, 11.3%(57/507) patients had RBES at our hospital. 目的:探讨保加利亚乳酸杆菌(lactobacillus bulgaricus,LBG)对幽门螺旋杆菌悉尼株脂多糖(H pyloriSS1-LPS)作用下SGC-7901细胞的p38有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38maPK)磷酸化水平和凋亡率的影响．方法:使用LBG(1×1013 CFU／L)或p38maPK通路阻滞剂SB203580(10μmol／L)预处理SGC－7901细胞,1 h后分别加入2．5×103,2．5×104,2．5×105EU／L的H pyloriSS1-LPS,干预2 h后使用免疫细胞化学方法检测各组细胞磷酸化p38maPK(P-p38maPK)的水平,4,5,6 h后使用MTT法检测细胞活性．6 h后使用流式细胞仪检测各组细胞凋亡率．结果:与对照组比较,H pyloriSS1-LPS直接干预后,SGC-7901细胞的活性明显下降(0．164±0．028 vs 0．622±0．068,PmaPK水平明显上升(79．771±1．424 vs 4．075±0．135,PmaPK水平无明显改变;SB203580预处理各组的细胞活性和细胞凋亡率无明显改变．结论:HpyloriSS1-LPS可诱导SGC-7901细胞凋亡,其机制可能包括诱导生成P-p38maPK;而LBG能对抗H pylotiSS1-LPS的促凋亡作用,其机制可能抑制H pyloriSS1-LPS诱导生成P-p38maPK．

The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider （RHIC） at Brookhaven National Laboratory （BNL）.It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the polarized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma （sQGP） produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of s *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e+e-annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimental advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.

目的:探讨MMP-9、MMP-2及微量元素在食管癌的发生、发展、浸润、转移过程中的作用及相互关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学(immunohisto chemistry,IHC)SP法检测49例食管癌及16例癌旁组织中MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白的表达情况与食管癌的病理分型、分化程度、淋巴结转移及患者性别、年龄之间的相互关系.用AA-670原子吸收分光光度计测定食管癌组织中微量元素的含量.并对两者的结果做相关分析.结果:MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白的表达在食管癌中表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(69.3%vs12.5%,71.4%vs6.25%),且在有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组(85.7%vs47.6%,82.1%vs52.3%),但在不同病理分型、年龄、性别、分期、分化程度中无明显统计学差异.食管癌组织中Zn含量及Zn/Cu显著低于癌旁正常食管组织Zn含量及Zn/Cu(8.13μg/g±3.08μg/gvs11.63μg/g±3.49μg/g;7.50±3.65vs15.40±6.84),同时腺癌的Zn/Cu低于鳞癌的Zn/Cu(4.48±3.52vs8.02±3.45),食管腺癌组织中Se的含量显著高于食管鳞癌中Se的含量(0.91μg/g±1.72μg/gvs0.29μg/g±0.28μg/g);有淋巴结转移组癌组织中Zn含量及Zn/Cu显著低于无淋巴结转移组癌组织中Zn含量及Zn/Cu(7.72μg/g±3.03μg/gvs9.59μg/g±3.06μg/g;6.91±3.86vs9.93±4.81).而不同分化程度、不同分期、不同年龄、不同性别的食管癌中微量元素含量没有明显差别.结论:MMP-2、MMP-9及微量元素Zn的含量及Zn/Cu与在食管癌的发生发展及侵袭转移中可能起重要作用.联合检测微量元素、MMP-2与MMP-9有可能成为判断食管癌生物学行为的客观指标,对判断预后可能有一定价值.

Several studies have found that transplantation of neural progenitor cells(NPCs)promotes the survival of injured ***,a poor integration rate and high risk of tumorigenicity after cell transplantation limits their clinical *** extracellular vesicles(sEVs)contain bioactive molecules for neuronal protection and *** studies have shown that stem/progenitor cell-derived sEVs can promote neuronal survival and recovery of neurological function in neurodegenerative eye diseases and other eye *** this study,we intravitreally transplanted sEVs derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)and hiPSCs-differentiated NPCs(hiPSC-NPC)in a mouse model of optic nerve *** results show that these intravitreally injected sEVs were ingested by retinal cells,especially those localized in the ganglion cell *** with hiPSC-NPC-derived sEVs mitigated optic nerve crush-induced retinal ganglion cell degeneration,and regulated the retinal microenvironment by inhibiting excessive activation of *** analysis further revealed that hiPSC-NPC derived sEVs transported neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNA cargos to target cells,which had protective effects on RGCs after optic nerve *** findings suggest that sEVs derived from hiPSC-NPC are a promising cell-free therapeutic strategy for optic neuropathy.

目的:探讨人源乳酸杆菌对Hpylori诱导SGC7901细胞分泌IL-8及p38maPK磷酸化水平的影响.方法:实验分为空白对照组、Hpylori刺激组、SB203580干预Hpylori刺激组和Lac15干预Hpylori刺激组.采用免疫细胞化学法观察该人源乳酸杆菌Lac15对Hpylori致SGC7901细胞p38maPK磷酸化的影响.ELISA法观察该人源乳酸杆菌对Hpylori致SGC7901细胞分泌IL-8的影响.结果:Hpylori能诱导细胞的p38maPK磷酸化水平增高(IA:1.90±0.36vs14.01±1.12,PmaPK磷酸化水平明显降低(IA:4.61±1.13,6.11±0.19,8.25±0.56vs14.01±1.12,均PmaPK磷酸化参与Hpylori诱导的SGC7901细胞分泌IL-8,人源乳酸杆菌Lac15可能通过抑制p38maPK磷酸化途径抑制IL-8的分泌,从而抑制炎症反应.
