The relationship between erectile function and complex panurethral stricture： a preliminary ,nvestigative and descriptive study

The aim of this study was to evaluate erectile function in patients with panurethral stricture after urethral reconstruction. Totally, 65 patients were enrolled. Different urethral reconstructions were performed according to the details of urethral strictures. The erectile function was evaluated before and after surgery. The length and location of stricture and duration from initial diagnosis to operation were recorded. The International Index of Erectile Function-5 （IIEF-5） scores, the quality of life （QoL） scores and the maximal flow rate were obtained before and 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery. A significant improvement in QoL and maximal flow rate was observed 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery compared with those observed before surgery （P 〈 0.05）. An impairment of erectile function was observed in patients with multi-site stricture 3 months after surgery （P 〈 0.05）. Subsequently, these patients recovered 6 and 12 months after surgery. Three months after surgery, the IIEF-5 scores in patients with anterior urethral stricture were higher than those with multi-site stricture. Similar results were observed 6 and 12 months after surgery. No significant difference in age or duration from initial diagnosis to final operation was observed between patients with erectile dysfunction after surgery and patients with normal erectile function. However, a linear regressive relationship was detected between IIEF-5 scores and location of urethral stricture. Surgical reconstruction for treating panurethral strictures has limited effects on erectile function. The location of the stricture, particularly when extended to posterior urethra, was found to be associated with erectile function after surgery.

Background Mesangial hypercellularity is a critical early histopathological finding in human and experimental glomerular diseases. Hyperlipidemia and the glomerular deposition of lipoproteins are commonly associated with mesangial hypercellulafity and play an important pathobiological role in the development of glomerular diseases. The activated cytoplasmic mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK）, including mainly extracellular-signal regulated protein kinase （ERK）, c-Jun amino-terminal kinase （JNK）, and p38, has been thought to translocate into the nucleus and activate various transcription factors and protooncogenes associated with cell growth and proliferation. Lipoprotein （a）（Lp（a）） has been shown to stimulate proliferation of mesangial cells, but the events of Lp（a） signaling have not yet been characterized. The purpose of this study was to investigate the signal transduction pathways involved in Lp（a）-induced cell proliferation and provide an evidence for the participation of Lp（a） in intracellular signaling pathways for mesangial cell proliferation. Methods Lp（a） was isolated from a patient who was being treated with low density lipoprotein （LDL）-apheresis by density gradient ultracentrifugation and then chromatography. Human mesangial cells （HMCs） were isolated by the sequential sieving technique and stimulated with Lp（a） in different concentration and time course. The DNA synthesis of the cells was measured by [^3H] thymidine incorporation for detecting the proliferation. The expression of all the three members of MAPK family, including ERK1/ERK2, JNK, and p38, and their phosphorylation were detected by Western blotting. Results Lp（a） could induce a significant dose-dependent proliferation of HMCs. The 3H-TdR incorporation was 1.64±0.31, 1.69±0.48, 3.59±0.68 （P 〈0.01）, 4.14±0.78 （P 〈0.01）, and 4.05±0.55 （P 〈0.01）（103 cpm） at the Lp（a） concentration of 0, 5, 10, 25, and 50ug/ml, respectively. It is of great significance to accurately and rapidly identify shale lithofacies in relation to the evaluation and prediction of sweet spots for shale oil and gas reservoirs. To address the problem of low resolution in logging curves, this study establishes a grayscale-phase model based on high-resolution grayscale curves using clustering analysis algorithms for shale lithofacies identification, working with the Shahejie Formation, Bohai Bay Basin, China. The grayscale phase is defined as the sum of absolute grayscale and relative amplitude as well as their features. The absolute grayscale is the absolute magnitude of the gray values and is utilized for evaluating the material composition(mineral composition + total organic carbon) of shale, while the relative amplitude is the difference between adjacent gray values and is used to identify the shale structure type. The research results show that the grayscale phase model can identify shale lithofacies well, and the accuracy and applicability of this model were verified by the fitting relationship between absolute grayscale and shale mineral composition, as well as corresponding relationships between relative amplitudes and laminae development in shales. Four lithofacies are identified in the target layer of the study area: massive mixed shale, laminated mixed shale, massive calcareous shale and laminated calcareous shale. This method can not only effectively characterize the material composition of shale, but also numerically characterize the development degree of shale laminae, and solve the problem that difficult to identify millimeter-scale laminae based on logging curves, which can provide technical support for shale lithofacies identification, sweet spot evaluation and prediction of complex continental lacustrine basins.

Glacier mass balance is a key indicator of glacier health and climate change *** factors include both climatic and nonclimatic elements,forming a complex set of *** is a lack of quantitative analysis of these composite factors,particularly in climate-typical regions like the Tanggula Mountains on the central Tibetan *** collected data on various factors affecting glacier mass balance from 2000 to 2020,including climate variables,topographic variables,geometric parameters,and glacier *** utilized linear regression models,ensemble learning models,and Open Global Glacier Model(OGGM)to analyze glacier mass balance changes in the Tanggula *** indicate that linear models explain 58%of the variance in glacier mass balance,with seasonal temperature and precipitation having significant *** findings show that ensemble learning models made the explanations 5.2%more accurate by including the impact of topographic and geometric factors such as the average glacier height,the slope of the glacier tongue,the speed of the ice flow,and the area of the *** machine learning identified the spatial distribution of positive and negative impacts of these characteristics and the interaction between glacier topography and ice ***,we predicted the responses of glaciers of different sizes to future climate change based on the results of interpretable machine *** was found that relatively large glaciers(>1 km~2)are likely to persist until the end of this century under low emission scenarios,whereas small glaciers(<1 km~2)are expected to nearly disappear by 2080 under any emission *** research provides technical support for improving glacier change modeling and protection on the Tibetan Plateau.

This study primarily investigates the rock fracture mechanism of bottom cushion layer blasting and explores the effects of the bottom cushion layer on rock *** involves analyses of the evolution patterns of blasting stress,characteristics of crack distribution,and rock fracture features in the ***,blasting model experiments were carried out using the dynamic caustics principle to investigate the influence of bottom cushion layers and initiation methods on the integrity of the bottom rock *** experimental results indicate that the combined use of bottom cushion layers and inverse initiation effectively protects the integrity of the bottom rock ***,the process of stress wave propagation and dynamic crack propagation in rocks was simulated using the continuum-discontinuum element method(CDEM)and the Landau explosion source model,with varying thicknesses of bottom cushion *** numerical simulation results indicate that with increasing cushion thickness,the absorption of energy generated by the explosion becomes more pronounced,resulting in fewer cracks in the bottom rock *** illustrates the positive role of the cushion layer in protecting the integrity of the bottom rock mass.

针对带有攻击角约束的多导弹同时攻击机动目标问题,提出了一种带有攻击角约束的协同制导律。首先基于平面内的导弹-目标相对运动方程,建立了带有攻击角约束的协同制导模型;其次,把协同制导律的设计过程分离为两个部分:一是基于图论的有关内容,运用有限时间一致性理论设计沿着视线方向上的加速度指令来保证所有导弹与目标的相对距离在有限时间内到达一致,进而保证所有的导弹同时击中机动目标;二是利用非齐次干扰观测器对机动目标的加速度进行估计,并运用滑模控制设计视线法向上的加速度指令来保证每枚导弹与目标间的视线角速率收敛到零和视线角收敛到期望的终端视线角,即每枚导弹以期望的终端视线角成功击中目标;最后,对三枚导弹同时打击同一机动目标的情况进行仿真,仿真结果表明本文设计的带有攻击角约束的协同制导律的有效性和正确性。

针对多导弹协同拦截一个机动目标问题,基于有限时间一致性理论提出了一种带有攻击角约束的多导弹协同制导律。首先建立了带有攻击角约束的多导弹协同制导模型。其次,把协同制导律的设计过程分离为两个部分:一是基于有限时间一致性,同时结合积分滑模和自适应控制设计沿着视线方向上的加速度指令,保证所有的导弹能够在有限时间内同时拦截机动目标;二是利用非齐次干扰观测器并运用滑模控制设计视线法向上的加速度指令来保证每枚导弹与目标间的视线角速率收敛到零和视线角收敛到期望的视线角。最后,对三枚导弹同时打击同一机动目标的情况进行仿真,仿真结果表明该设计的带有攻击角约束的协同制导律的有效性和正确性。
