The foundation parents play key roles in the genetic improvement of both yield potential and end-use quality in *** the genetic basis that underlies certain beneficial traits in the foundation parents will provide theoretical reference for molecular breeding by a design approach.‘Kenong 9204’(KN9204)is a candidate foundation parent characterized by ideotype,high yield potential,and particularly high nitrogen fertilizer *** better understand the genetic basis of its high yield potential,high throughput whole-genome re-sequencing(10×)was performed on KN9204,its parental lines and its derivatives.A high-resolution genetic composition map of KN9204 was constructed,which showed the parental origin of the favorable genomic segments based on the identification of excellent yield-related quantitative trait loci(QTL)from a bi-parental mapping *** 693(XY693),a wheat–Thinopyrum ponticum partial amphidiploid,contributed a great deal to the high yield potential of KN9204,and three major stable QTLs from XY693 were fine *** transmissibility of key genomic segments from KN9204 to its derivatives were delineated,indicating that haplotype blocks containing beneficial gene combinations were conserved along with directional selection by *** for selection sweeps in the breeding programs was *** study provides a theoretical reference for the breeding of high-yield wheat varieties by a molecular design approach.

The development of organic photoactive materials, especially the newly emerging non-fullerene electron acceptors(NFAs), has enabled rapid progress in organic photovoltaic(OPV) cells in recent *** the power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) of the top-performance OPV cells have surpassed 16%,the devices are usually fabricated via a spin-coating method and are not suitable for large-area ***, we demonstrate that the fine-modification of the flexible side chains of NFAs can yield 17% PCE for OPV cells. More crucially, as the optimal NFA has a suitable solubility and thus a desirable morphology, the high efficiencies of spin-coated devices can be maintained when using scalable blade-coating processing technology. Our results suggest that optimization of the chemical structures of the OPV materials can improve device performance. This has great significance in larger-area production technologies that provide important scientific insights for the commercialization of OPV cells.

Over the past 2 years,many DNA motors have been synthesized and run in living cells,but there are still challenges in designing integrated DNA motors self-powered to enable autonomous intracellular walking without auxiliary ***,we report a smart strategy based on a DNA motor–MnO2 nanocomposite,which successfully meets these requirements of intracellular analysis and enables sensitive imaging of specific microRNAs(miRNAs)in living cells.

长三角城市群生态安全的时空演变及影响因素

[目的]探究长三角城市群生态安全的变化状况,阐明长三角城市群生态安全的影响机制,进而为长三角城市群生态安全的调控和管理提供科学支撑。[方法]构建“健康-风险-服务”框架对2005—2020年长三角城市群的生态安全状况进行综合评价,并利用地理探测器和地理加权回归模型对其影响因素的相对重要性及空间异质性进行了深入探讨。[结果](1)2005—2020年长三角城市群的生态安全状况逐步改善,综合生态安全指数从0.528上升至0.568;空间上总体呈西高东低的格局,莫兰指数从0.292变化为0.322,区域间的空间相关性有所加强。(2)归一化植被指数是影响长三角城市群生态安全的主导因素,影响程度高达0.753,因素间交互作用比单一因素作用的影响程度更强。(3)各因素对长三角城市群生态安全的影响存在空间异质性,自然因素和景观因素对西南地区的影响较大,人类因素的影响集中于中部平原及东部沿海地区。[结论]长三角城市群生态安全水平呈整体向好态势,各城市间存在显著的空间效应,生态治理时需关注污染源防治、国土规划利用以及跨区域共保联治等方面,助力绿色美丽长三角建设。

Muscle fibers are the main component of skeletal muscle and undergo maturation through the formation of *** early development,a population of skeletal muscle satellite cells(SSCs)proliferate into *** myoblasts then undergo further differentiation and fusion events,leading to the development of ***,the mechanisms involved in the transition from SSCs to myotube formation remain *** this study,we characterized changes in the proteomic and transcriptomic expression profiles of SSCs,myoblasts(differentiation for 2 d)and myotubes(differentiation for 10 d).Proteomic analysis identified SLMAP and STOM as potentially associated with myotube *** addition,some different changes in MyoD,MyoG,Myosin7 and Desmin occurred after silencing SLMAP and STOM,suggesting that they may affect changes in the myogenic *** analysis indicated that the differentiation and migration factors SVIL,ENSCHIG00000026624(AQP1)and SERPINE1 enhanced the transition from SSCs to myoblasts,accompanied by changes in the apoptotic *** the myoblast *** group,candidates related to cell adhesion and signal transduction were highly expressed in the ***,CCN2,TGFB1,MYL2 and MYL4 were identified as hub-candidates in this *** data enhance our existing understanding of myotube formation during early development and repair.

1 Introduction Data in real world is usually dirty,i.e.,it may contain inconsistent,noisy,incomplete or duplicated *** speaking,the identified dimensions of data quality management can be summarized as the following five types:accuracy,consistency,completeness,timeliness and reliability [1].Dirty data can lead to incorrect conclusions and false decisions on both public and private scales (see Wikipedia). Thus it is urgent and crucial for organizations to improve the quality of data or to clean the data efficiently.

The aim of this study was to explore the possibility of applying Fourier transform infrared（FTIR） spec- troscopy as a medical diagnostic toot based on a neural network classifier for detecting and classifying cholangiocar- cinoma. A total of 51 cases of bile duct tissues were obtained and later characterized by FTIR spectroscopy prior to pathological diagnosis. The criteria for classification included 30 parameters for each FTIR spectra, including peak position（P）, intensity（/） and full width at half-maximum（FWHM）, were measured, calculated and subsequently com- pared against the normal and cancer groups. The FTIR spectra were classified by the radial basis function（RBF） net- work model. For establishing the RBF, 23 cases were used to train the RBF classifier, and 28 cases were applied to validate the model. Using the RFB model, nine parameters were observed to be pronouncedly different between can- cerous and normal tissue, including I1640, I1550, 11460,/1400, I1250, I1120,/10g0, Ii040 and P1040. In the RBF training classi- fication, the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of diagnosis were 82.6%, 80.0%, and 84.6%, respectively. While validating the classification, the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of diagnosis were 78.6%, 75.0%, and 81.2%, respectively. The results suggest that FTIR spectroscopy combined with neural network classifier could be applied as a medical diagnostic tool in cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis.

We used multi-component profiles to model the HE and [O Ⅲ]λλ4959,5007 lines of SDSS J143030.22-001115.1, a narrow-line Seyfert 1 galaxy （NLS1） in a sample of 150 NLS1 candidates selected from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey （SDSS）, Early Data Release （EDR）. After subtracting the HE contribution from narrow line regions （NLRs）, we found that its full width half maximum （FWHM） of broad H/3 line is nearly 2900km s^-1, significantly larger than the customarily adopted criterion of 2000 km s^-1. With its weak Fe II multiples, we believe that SDSS J143030.22-001115.1 should not be classified as a genuine NLS1. When we calculate the virial black hole masses of NLSls, we should use the Hβ linewidth after subtracting the NLR component.

Synthesis, Micellization and Characterization of Novel Amphiphilic β-Cyclodextrin/Poly（L-aspartate） Copolymer

A novel amphiphilic β-cyclodextrin/poly（L-aspartate）（β-CD-PASP） copolymer was prepared by ringopening polymerization of polysuccinimide（PSI）. This copolymer bears β-CD units along the macromolecular chain and the structure was characterized by infrared（IR） and proton nuclear magnetic resonance（Ill NMR）. The molecular weight of the copolymer was determined by gel permeation chromatography（GPC）. The copolymer micelle were prepared by direct dissolution method. The critical micelle concentration（CMC） of the copolymer micelle was measured by flourescence technique with pyrene as probe. The size distribution of micelle was characterized on a dy- namic laser light scattering particle size analyzer and its shape was observed by transmission electron microscopy（TEM）. The results show that the copolymer could self-assemble into micelle with a low CMC, and the effective diameter of the micelle was 116.3 nm. The methotrexate（MTX）-loaded micelle were prepared and the drug loading content（DLC） was 22.86%. The MTX-loaded cooolvmer exhibited a better water-solubility than the free drug.
