The construction of a new beamline,BL10U1,was completed at the Shanghai synchrotron radiation facility in *** multipurpose beamline was designed to provide X-ray scattering techniques such as ultra-small-angle X-ray scattering(USAXS),small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),wide-angle X-ray scattering,and microfocus SAXS(μSAXS)for a broad user *** realize fast time-resolved USAXS experiments,the beamline adopted an in-vacuum undulator with a total length of 1.6 m as the photon *** in-house cryogenic-cooled double multilayer monochromator was installed to deliver a photon flux of approximately 10^(13) photons/s at a photon energy of 10 *** three-year successful operation of this beamline demonstrated that the monochromator operated smoothly,as ***10U1 has three end stations in succession:USAXS end station,μSAXS end station,and end station for industrial *** minimum scattering vector q~0.0042 nm^(-1) at 10 keV can be achieved at the USAXS end station equipped with a 28 m-long and 1.8 m-diameter vacuum flight *** theμSAXS end station,a beam spot of less than 10×8μm was achieved for micro-SAXS *** contrast,in situ experimental instruments up to 5 m high and 8 m wide can be mounted at the industrial application end station,which offers industrial scientists the opportunity to use their large industrial ***10U1 opens up a new capability to investigate phenomena such as non-equilibrium and dynamic processes of materials with a wide length scale from angstroms to micrometers with millisecond time *** this paper,we also report beamline design considerations and commissioning results.

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)has emerged as a promising model for investigating adrenal steroid synthesis,but it is unclear whether the same cells produce steroid hormones and whether their production is regulated in the same way as in ***,we comprehensively mapped the cell types and pathways of steroid metabolism in the adrenal gland of Chinese tree shrews using single-cell RNA sequencing,spatial transcriptome analysis,mass spectrometry,and *** compared the transcriptomes of various adrenal cell types across tree shrews,humans,macaques,and *** showed that tree shrew adrenal glands expressed many of the same key enzymes for steroid synthesis as humans,including CYP11B2,CYP11B1,CYB5A,and *** analysis confirmed the production of aldosterone,cortisol,and dehydroepiandrosterone but not dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in the tree shrew adrenal ***,genes in adrenal cell types in tree shrews were correlated with genetic risk factors for polycystic ovary syndrome,primary aldosteronism,hypertension,and related disorders in humans based on genome-wide association ***,this study suggests that the adrenal glands of Chinese tree shrews may consist of closely related cell populations with functional similarity to those of the human adrenal *** comprehensive results(publicly available at http://***:16245/scAGMap/)should facilitate the advancement of this animal model for the investigation of adrenal gland disorders.

A class of distributed fixed-time convergent observers is designed based on the bi-limit weighted homogeneous approximation theory and observability decomposition for the distributed state estimation of linear time-invariant systems. Firstly, for a single-input-single-output integrating chain system, a centralized fixed-time observer is designed for the system using bi-limit weighted homogeneous estimation. Then, the linear time-invariant system is decomposed into observable and unobservable subsystems based on the observability decomposition. Each agent in the sensor network reconstructs local observable sub-states in a fixed time based on the centralized observer by using only the system output measurements, and then state information between the agents is used to construct a consistent algorithm to estimate the local unobservable sub-states in a fixed time, thus realizing state omniscience in a fixed time. Unlike previous works, this paper does not need to construct a specific Lyapunov function to give an expression for the convergence time. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed observer is verified by simulations. © 2024 Northeast University. All rights reserved.

国家癌症中心发布的最新统计数据显示,肺癌仍是我国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤。同时,肺癌的发病率及死亡率逐年攀升,对癌症患者及社会造成了严重的负担。非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)是肺癌的主要病理类型,约占全部肺癌的85%左右。晚期NSCLC患者的5年生存率较低,目前,化疗仍然是晚期肺癌治疗的基石。细胞毒类药物会损伤骨髓内的造血干细胞,导致骨髓抑制,使患者因不能耐受而中止治疗。针对骨髓抑制的传统治疗手段可能会引发其他不良反应,如骨髓造血储备功能耗竭等。2022年7月,曲拉西利获批用于预防小细胞肺癌化疗引起的骨髓抑制。曲拉西利能有效预防化疗引起的骨髓抑制,并且不会拮抗化疗的抗肿瘤作用。本文特报道1例曲拉西利联合免疫联合化疗一线治疗晚期NSCLC的病例,以期为临床实践提供进一步的参考。

基于中国知网、万方、维普数据库,以“中药+变应性鼻炎”“中药+过敏性鼻炎”“中药+鼻鼽”为主题,选取2000年1月至2022年2月公开发表的期刊文献,按照纳入与排除标准筛选临床治疗AR的中药方剂,统计高频药物的用药频次、剂量、药味、药... 详细信息

基于中国知网、万方、维普数据库,以“中药+变应性鼻炎”“中药+过敏性鼻炎”“中药+鼻鼽”为主题,选取2000年1月至2022年2月公开发表的期刊文献,按照纳入与排除标准筛选临床治疗AR的中药方剂,统计高频药物的用药频次、剂量、药味、药性、归经、功效等,并进行关联规则和系统聚类分析,共筛选符合标准的中药方剂有252首,共223味中药,其中用药频次≥30的高频中药有21种,以解表药和补虚药为主,药性以辛温为主,关联规则挖出21对频次≥64的药物组合,其中黄芪-辛夷药对出现频次最高。利用网络药理学对黄芪-辛夷药对的活性成分、靶点蛋白和通路等进行分析,结果显示黄芪-辛夷药对共有48个有效成分,对应的潜在靶点共306个,包括PTGS2、HSP90、CALM1、NOS2、CHRM1等;GO富集和KEGG通路分析显示核心靶点参与对外源性刺激的反应、氧化还原酶活性等多项进程,并通过神经活性配体-受体相互作用通路、钙离子信号通道等通路作用于AR,分子对接结果显示黄芪-辛夷可能通过细辛素、芒柄花素、山柰酚、槲皮素作用于PTGS2、CHRM1、CYP1B1等靶点发挥治疗AR的作用。基于上述结论进行体内实验验证,结果证实黄芪-辛夷药对能够有效降低AR小鼠血清、肺泡灌洗液以及鼻腔灌洗液中组胺、总IgE、RW特异性IgE、TNF-α和IL-6等炎性因子的水平,升高抗炎因子IL-10的水平,抑制炎症反应的发展,显著改善AR小鼠挠鼻和喷嚏症状,并降低肺组织中PTGS2、HSP90、NOS2蛋白的表达水平。因此,本研究表明黄芪-辛夷药对可能是通过抑制HSP90/PTGS2/NOS2通路进而抑制炎症反应、缓解AR小鼠的症状从而发挥治疗AR的作用。

Background:Concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)is the standard treatment for locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).However,the optimal radiotherapy regimen,particularly in terms of total dose and planned range of irradiation field,remains *** phase III clinical trial aimed to compare the survival benefits between different radiation doses and different target ***:This trial compared two aspects of radiation treatment,total dose and field,using a two-by-two factorial *** high-dose(HD)group received 59.4 Gy radiation,and the standard-dose(SD)group received 50.4 *** involved field irradiation(IFI)group and elective nodal irradiation(ENI)group adopted different irradiation *** participants were assigned to one of the four groups(HD+ENI,HD+IFI,SD+ENI and SD+IFI).The primary endpoint was overall survival(OS),and the secondary endpoints included progressionfree survival(PFS).The synergy indexwas used to measure the interaction effect between dose and ***:The interaction analysis did not reveal significant synergistic effects between the dose and irradiation *** comparison to the target field,patients in IFI or ENI showed similar OS(hazard ratio[HR]=0.99,95%CI:0.80-1.23,p=0.930)and PFS(HR=1.02,95%CI:0.82–1.25).TheHDtreatment did not show significantly prolonged OS compared with SD(HR=0.90,95%CI:0.72–1.11,p=0.318),but it suggested improved PFS(25.2 months to 18.0 months).Among the four groups,the HD+IFI group presented the best survival,while the SD+IFI group had the worst *** significant difference in the occurrence of severe adverse events was found in dose or field ***:IFI demonstrated similar treatment efficacy to ENI in CCRT of *** HD demonstrated improved PFS,but did not significantly improve *** dose escalation based on IFI(HD+IFI)showed better therapeutic efficacy than the current recommendation(SD+ENI)and is worth further validation.
