Graphene has enormous potential to capture CO2due to its unique properties and ***,graphene-based adsorbents have drawbacks of lower CO2adsorption capacity and poor *** work demonstrates a one-step rapid and sustainable N2/H2plasma treatment process to prepare graphene-based sorbent material with enhanced CO2adsorption *** treatment directly enriches amine species,increases surface area,and improves textural *** CO2adsorption capacity increases from 1.6 to 3.3 mmol/g for capturing flue gas,and from 0.14 to 1.3 mmol/g for direct air capture （DAC）.Importantly,the electrothermal property of the plasma-modified aerogels has been significantly improved,resulting in faster heating rates and significantly reducing energy consumption compared to conventional external heating for regeneration of *** aerogels display improved selectivity of 42 and 87 after plasma modification for 5 and 10 min,*** plasma-treated aerogels display minimal loss between 17%and 19% in capacity after 40 adsorption/desorption cycles,rendering excellent *** N2/H2plasma treatment of adsorbent materials would lower energy expenses and prevent negative effects on the global economy caused by climate change.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

The influences of heat treatment and test condition on the microstructure and stress rupture properties of a Ni–Mo–Cr–Fe base corrosion-resistant superalloy have been investigated in this paper. Optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were employed for the microstructure observation, and X-ray diffraction, electron probe micro-analyzer, and transmission electron microscope were used for phase determination. It was found that the grain size increased and the volume fractions of initial M_6C carbides decreased along with the increase in solution treatment temperature. When tested at 650 °C/320 MPa, the stress rupture lives decreased with the increase in solution treatment temperature, but the stress rupture lives increased slightly at first and then decreased for the samples solution heat treated at 1220 °C when tested at 700 °C/240 MPa. The elongations showed the descendent trends under these two conditions. The stress rupture life and elongation for the aged samples all showed a noticeable improvement at 650 °C/320 MPa, but there was no noticeable improvement at 700 °C/240 MPa. The reasons can be attributed to the grain size, test conditions, and the initial and secondary carbides.

The ethanol extract of the stem bark of Fraxinus chinensis Roxb. showed good inhibitory bioactivity against VEGF receptor-1 kinase （IC50：13.8 μg/mL）. In order to find new and bioactive compounds, the chemical constituents of the stem bark of F. chinensis were investigated and two new coumarins, namely 6＇-O-sinapinoyl esculin （compound 1） and 6＇-O-vanillyl esculin （compound 2）, together with eleven known compounds （compounds 3-13） were isolated. The structures of the two new compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis, particularly one- and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectral methods. The known compound, oleuropein （compound 11）, exhibited moderate activity （IC50：（8.7 ± 1.3） μmol/L） to inhibit VEGF receptor- 1 kinase.

Almost all pre-miRNAs in eukaryotic cytoplasm are recognized and processed into double-stranded microRNAs by the endonuclease Dicer protein comprising of multiple domains. As a key player in the small RNA induced gene silencing pathway, the major domains of Dicer are conserved among different species with the exception of the N-terminal components. Human Dicer＇s N-terminal domain has been shown to play an autoinhibitory function of the protein＇s dicing activity. Such an auto-inhibition can be released when the human Dicer protein dimerizes with its partner protein, such as TRBP, PACT through the N-terminal DExH/D （ATPase- helicase） domain. The typical feature of a pre-miRNA contains a terminal loop and a stem duplex, which bind to human Dicer＇s DExH/D （ATPase-helicase） domain and PAZ domain respectively during the dicing reaction. Here, we show that pre-miRNA＇s terminal loop can regulate human Dicer＇s enzymatic activity by interacting with the DExH/D （ATPase-helicase） domain. We found that various editing products of pre-miR-151 by the ADAR1P110 protein, an A-to-I editing enzyme that modifies pre-miRNAs sequence, have different terminal loop structures and different activity regulatory effects on human Dicer. Single particle electron microscopy reconstruction revealed that pre-miRNAs with different terminal loop structures induce human Dicer＇s DExH/D （ATPase-helicase） domain into different conformational states, in correlation with their activity regulatory effects.

Alloying materials hold great potential as the anodes for potassium-ion batteries(KIBs).However,the large volume changes during K^(+) alloying/dealloying reactions can lead to structural damage of the electrodes,resulting in fast capacity loss and shortened cycle ***,we report the design of integrative carbon nanotubes@germanium(CNTs@Ge)films on copper foil by combined chemical and physical vapor *** tests show that the integrative CNTs@Ge films,working as binder-free electrodes,demonstrate higher specific capacity and rate performance in comparison with pristine Ge and CNTs *** addition,the CNTs@Ge films also deliver a long cycling stability with an areal specific capacity of 0.0417 mAh·cm^(−2) after 450 cycles at 1000μA·cm^(−2).The enhanced potassium storage properties can be attributed to the interweaved CNTs with abundant space that can effectively buffer the volume expansion of Ge during alloying/dealloying process.

甲烷干重整制合成气是将温室气体转换为合成气的有效途径,兼具环境效益和经济效益.本文采用密度泛函理论方法对Ni-Ag双原子团簇催化甲烷干重整反应的体系进行理论研究,对势能面上各驻点进行了全几何参数优化,通过频率分析确认了过渡态,并通过内禀反应坐标方法进行了验证,得出各基元反应的能量最低路径.研究结果对于理解在Ni上引入第二种金属Ag形成双原子团簇催化甲烷干法重整的理论研究有一定的意义,并为下一步实验研究提供理论基础.

近年来,氧化镓(Ga_(2)O_(3))是新一代超宽禁带(4.9 eV)半导体,基于优越的热稳定和化学稳定性、高击穿场强和可见光透过率等优点,在日盲紫外探测器和透明光电器件领域中引起了广泛的关注.但是,Ga_(2)O_(3)基光电器件存在迁移率较低而限制其应用的现象,而构建合适的Ga_(2)O_(3)异质结是改善光电探测器的光电性能的有效手段之一.基于第一性原理构建β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结模型,研究了氧空位(Vo)和Si掺杂对β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结光电性质的调控以及相关机理.结果显示:β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结结构有效降低β-Ga_(2)O_(3)功函数,提高灵敏度,Si掺杂降低结合能,增强稳定性;β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结有效减小带隙,Si掺杂以及氧空位的存在,进一步减小带隙,增强光导电性,并且Si掺杂引起了光电导各向异性.此结果对改善Ga_(2)O_(3)基异质结光电性能提供理论参考.

Leakage of the private key has become a serious problem of menacing the cryptosystem security. To reduce the underlying danger induced by private key leakage, Dodis et al.(2003) proposed the first key-insulated signature scheme. To handle issues concerning the private key leakage in certificateless signature schemes, we devise the first certificateless key-insulated signature scheme. Our scheme applies the key-insulated mechanism to certificateless cryptography, one with neither certificate nor key escrow. We incorporate Waters (2005)’s signature scheme, Paterson and Schuldt (2006)’s identity-based signature scheme, and liu et al.(2007)’s certificateless signature scheme to obtain a certificateless key-insulated signature scheme. Our scheme has two desirable properties. First, its security can be proved under the non-pairing-based generalized bilinear Diffie-Hellman (NGBDH) conjecture, without utilizing the random oracle model; second, it solves the key escrow problem in identity-based key-insulated signatures.
