Thermoplastic polyurethane(PU)elastomers have attracted significant attention because of their many important industrial ***,the creation of fire-retardant and anti-dripping PU elastomers has remained a grant challenge due to the lack of crosslinking and weak interchain ***,we report a mechanically robust,biodegradable,fire-retardant,and anti-dripping biobased PU elastomer with excellent biodegradability using an abietic acid-based compound as hard segments and polycaprolactone diol(PCL)as soft segments,followed by physically crosslinking with cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)through dynamic *** resultant elastomer shows the balanced mechanical and fire-retardant properties,e.g.,a tensile strength and break strain of 9.1 MPa and 560%,a self-extinguishing ability(V-0 rating in UL-94 testing),and an anti-dripping ***,the as-developed PU can be completely degraded in 1.0 wt.%lipase solution at 37℃ in 60 days,arising from the catalytic and wicking effect of CNC on PU *** work provides an innovative and versatile strategy for constructing robust,fire-retardant,anti-dripping,and biodegradable PU elastomers,which hold great promise for practical applications in electronic and automobile sectors.

Dear Editor,The novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 rapidly evolutes to increase its infectivity and transmissibility,facilitates its immune escape,impairs vaccine efficacy,and currently causes repeated infections in human,which is mainly determined by the accumulated mutations in spike(S).1 Transmembrane S is a heavily glycosylated protein on the surface of the virion as homotrimer,responsible for binding to human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)receptor.2 While the architecture of S trimers has been well studied,how the stability of S is regulated by potential host factors remains unknown.

为了改善高氯酸铵(AP)的热分解性能,基于聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)本征的正电荷和氨基基团,在与负电荷AP发生静电自组装包覆的同时,吸附铜金属催化剂于AP表面,制备了AP/PEI/Cu(ClO_(4))_(2)包覆样品,并通过DTA和TG-DSC等热分析技术研究了其热分解行为;通过SEM、XPS、XRD、IR、ICP-OES和Zeta电位等测试手段对AP/PEI/Cu(ClO_(4))_(2)包覆样品的形貌与结构进行了表征。结果表明,与原料AP相比,AP/PEI/Cu(ClO_(4))_(2)包覆样品的高温分解峰温降低了94.2℃,表观放热量增加了512.91 J/g,证实PEI/Cu(ClO_(4))_(2)对AP的热分解具有良好的催化效果;PEI的加入能增强金属催化剂和AP的界面作用,使得催化剂更均匀地分布于AP表面,从而促使金属催化剂更好地发挥热分解催化作用。

西安地区洞桩法地铁车站基础结构选型

结合西安地层特点,依托5座在建洞桩法地铁车站实体工程,分析了不同基础型式的结构承载特性和最不利工况,选取地基承载力、水平抗剪切、抗倾覆、基底抗隆起、结构允许水平位移作为评价基础结构强度及刚度安全性的基本准则,构建了洞桩法基础结构的力学模型,推导了不同破坏模式下结构的安全系数计算公式,提出了适用于西安地区洞桩法基础结构选型理论体系中各项安全系数取值建议,给出了不同地层及埋深条件下单排长桩基础和柱下条形基础的适用范围。研究结果表明:西安地区洞桩法基础结构按地基承载力、水平抗剪切、抗倾覆、基底抗隆起及结构允许水平位移等基本准则计算时,安全系数应分别不小于1.2、1.3、1.3、1.6、1.4;洞桩法的中柱基础结构选型主要受地基竖向承载力准则的影响,采用相同柱跨型式时,柱下条形基础在砂土地层中的适用性优于其在粉质黏土-砂互层和粉质黏土地层中的适用性,而单排长桩基础可通过增加桩长等方式提高结构承载力,理论上在各类地层条件下的适用性均优于柱下条形基础;边桩基础结构需要采用复合准则综合分析其适用性,柱下条形基础结构的适用性受地层条件影响较大,在粉质黏土和粉质黏土-砂互层条件下结构抗倾覆安全性难以满足要求,而单排长桩基础在各项准则下主要受自身结构强度和刚度的影响,在各类地层中的适用埋深无明显差异;西安地区洞桩法地铁车站采用单排长桩基础型式的适用性较好,而柱下条形基础可通过扩大基础宽度等方式来满足结构安全性要求。

学院型公众科学是公众主导的研究活动,它是公众科学实践中的一类特殊形式,具有推动科学民主化、塑造创新生态方面的潜力。已有研究倾向关注科学家主导的公众科学活动,尚未回答“如何实现学院型公众科学?”在提出学院型公众科学定义的基础上,指出“DIY文化向科学领域的渗透”和“公众参与科学向上游的延伸”是其形成的重要实践源头;在此基础上,将其分类为享乐化公众科学和解题化公众科学。进而,指出学院科学和后学院科学的失灵为学院型公众科学留出发展空间,分析了公众科学家克服知识鸿沟、获取研究资源的主要策略。最后,讨论了学院型公众科学在知识生产体系中的特殊位置,有可能成为科技创新的策源地和负责任创新的实践路径。

A post-modification strategy to precisely construct dual-atom sites for oxygen reduction electrocatalysis

Trading in Fast-ChangingMarkets withMeta-Reinforcement Learning

How to find an effective trading policy is still an open question mainly due to the nonlinear and non-stationary dynamics in a financial *** reinforcement learning,which has recently been used to develop trading strategies by automatically extracting complex features from a large amount of data,is struggling to deal with fastchanging markets due to sample *** paper applies the meta-reinforcement learning method to tackle the trading challenges faced by conventional reinforcement learning(RL)approaches in non-stationary markets for the first *** our work,the history trading data is divided into multiple task data and for each of these data themarket condition is relatively *** amodel agnosticmeta-learning(MAML)-based tradingmethod involving a meta-learner and a normal learner is proposed.A trading policy is learned by the meta-learner across multiple task data,which is then fine-tuned by the normal learner through a small amount of data from a new market task before trading in *** improve the adaptability of the MAML-based method,an ordered multiplestep updating mechanism is also proposed to explore the changing dynamic within a task *** simulation results demonstrate that the proposed MAML-based trading methods can increase the annualized return rate by approximately 180%,200%,and 160%,increase the Sharpe ratio by 180%,90%,and 170%,and decrease the maximum drawdown by 30%,20%,and 40%,compared to the traditional RL approach in three stock index future markets,respectively.
