目的:研究大鼠脑缺血/再灌注过程中血流量及与脑组织水含量变化的趋势。方法:选取5只成年SD雄性大鼠(n=5),参照改良Zea-Longa线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血/再灌注模型,2 h后拔出线栓。利用PeriCam PSI血流灌注成像系统实时监测大鼠在缺血前及缺血5 min、30 min、1 h、2 h、再灌注5 min、30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h及24 h的血流灌注量,记录在ROI(感兴趣区)测量的数值。再选取15只成年SD雄性大鼠,分为Control组、缺血2 h、再灌注30 min、4 h及24 h组(n=3)。正常组不做任何处理,实验组按上述线栓法制备MCAO模型。取新鲜脑组织用干湿重法测定其左、右半球的水含量。结果:栓塞时缺血侧血流量逐渐下降,缺血2 h下降最低(P0.05)。脑组织水含量测量,缺血2 h组和再灌注30 min组与正常组无明显差异(P>0.05);再灌4 h组和再灌24 h组明显增高(P<0.05),且再灌24 h组明显高于再灌4 h组(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠脑缺血/再灌注过程中血流量和脑组织中水含量的变化存在一定的规律,且脑组织中水含量与再灌注过程中血流量的变化有一定关系。

Distinct behavior of electronic structure under uniaxial strain in BaFe_(2)As_(2)

Virus-induced flowering（VIF） assays exploit RNA or DNA viruses to express flowering time genes such as Flowering Locus T（FT） to induce flowering in plants1,2. Such plant virus-based techniques have recently attracted widespread attention for their fundamental and applied uses in flowering physiology and in accelerating breeding in dicot crops and woody fruit-trees. However, the insight into VIF, its potential as a powerful tool for dissecting florigenic proteins as well as its establishment in monocot crops remained to be elucidated. During my presentation, I will briefly explain different forms of virus-based technology for plant functional genomics, then move onto describing the mechanism and further applications of VIF in the short-day Nicotiana tabacum cultivar Maryland Mammoth, a dicot plant3. I will also present our latest work onextending this technology for the first time to proso millet, a monocot grass and wheat, a cereal crop4. These will lead to conclude that VIF represents a simple and efficient system to identify individual amino acids that are essential for FT-mediated floral induction and to test the ability of mono-and dicotyledonous FT genes and FT fusion proteins to induce flowering. VIF is also applicable to many economically important monocotyledonous food and biofuel crops.

We report a study of the electronic structure of BaFe_(2)As_(2) under uniaxial strains using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and transport measurements. Two electron bands at the my point, with an energy splitting of 50 meV in the strain-free sample, shift downward and merge into each other under a large uniaxial strain, while three hole bands at theГ point shift downward together. However, we also observed an enhancement of the resistance anisotropy under uniaxial strains by electrical transport measurements, implying that the applied strains strengthen the electronic nematic order in BaFe_(2)As_(2). These observations suggest that the splitting of these two electron bands at the my point is not caused by the nematic order in BaFe_(2)As_(2).
