Pig is an important economic animal in China. Improving meat quality and meat productivity is a long time issue in animal genetic breeding. Micro RNAs(mi RNAs) are short non-coding RNAs that participate in various biological processes, such as muscle development and embryogenesis. mi R-22 differentially expresses in embryonic and adult skeletal muscle. However, the underlying mechanism is unclear. In this study, we investigated mi R-22 function in proliferation and differentiation of porcine satellite cells(PSCs) in skeletal muscle. Our data show that mi R-22 expressed in both proliferation and differentiated PSCs and is significantly upregulated(Pmyogenic markers: myogenin(myo G) and myosin heavy chain(my HC), after transfecting the PSCs with mi R-22 inhibitor. Opposite results were demonstrated in the other way around by transfection with mi R-22 mimics. In conclusion, the data from this study indicated that mi R-22 inhibited the PSCs proliferation but promoted their differentiation.

The process of making decisions is something humans do inherently and routinely,to the extent that it appears commonplace. However,in order to achieve good overall performance,decisions must take into account both the outcomes of past decisions and opportunities of future ones. Reinforcement learning,which is fundamental to sequential decision-making,consists of the following components: 1 A set of decisions epochs; 2 A set of environment states; 3 A set of available actions to transition states; 4 State-action dependent immediate rewards for each *** each decision,the environment state provides the decision maker with a set of available actions from which to choose. As a result of selecting a particular action in the state,the environment generates an immediate reward for the decision maker and shifts to a different state and decision. The ultimate goal for the decision maker is to maximize the total reward after a sequence of time *** paper will focus on an archetypal example of reinforcement learning,the stochastic multi-armed bandit problem. After introducing the dilemma,I will briefly cover the most common methods used to solve it,namely the UCB and εn- greedy algorithms. I will also introduce my own greedy implementation,the strict-greedy algorithm,which more tightly follows the greedy pattern in algorithm design,and show that it runs comparably to the two accepted algorithms.

Although operating system optimization has been studied extensively, previous work mainly focuses on solving performance problems. In the cloud era, many servers only run a single application,making it desirable to provide an application-specific operating system(ASOS) that is most suitable for the application. In contrast to existing approaches that build ASOS by manual redesign and reimplementation,this paper presents Tarax, a compiler-based approach to constructing an ASOS for each application. With profile collected from executing the target application on an instrumented Linux kernel, Tarax recompiles the kernel while applying profile-guided optimizations(PGOs). Although GCC has already implemented the optimization process that can be applied to user applications, it does not work on the Linux kernel *** modify the Linux kernel and GCC to support kernel instrumentation and profile collection. We also modify GCC to reduce the size of optimized kernel images. We conduct experiments on six popular server applications: Apache, Nginx, my SQL, Postgre SQL, Redis and Memcached. Experimental results show that application performance improves by 8.8% on average(up to 16%) on the ASOS. We also perform detailed analysis to reveal how the resulting ASOS improves performance, and discuss future directions in ASOS construction.

目的调查不同人口学特征的住院患者就医服务需求现状,为提供个性化医疗服务提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法选取四川省3家三甲综合医院2022年12月—2023年5月3070名住院患者满意度问卷调查数据,对患者满意度得分及条目进行统计学分析。结果在年龄、学历、支付方式、就诊科室类别中,患者满意度得分差异具有统计学意义,不同性别满意度得分差异无统计学意义。针对具体条目,不同人口学特征的患者在医护沟通、回应及时性、病房环境与标识、疼痛管理、用药沟通、膳食服务、对待亲友态度、出入院手续办理等条目满意率差异具有统计学意义。结论不同人口学特征的住院患者对医院诊疗服务关注点不同,提供针对性改进和个性化服务,有利于增加患者就医获得感,提高住院患者满意度。

小规模私有在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)将在线课程与传统课堂教学的优势相结合,是目前高校教学改革的一个重要方向。以CNKI和Web of Science数据库中SPOC领域研究文献为数据来源,利用Citespace可视化文献分析软件比较分析国内和国际上SPOC领域研究现状、热点及发展趋势。结果表明:国内SPOC领域研究趋于放缓,国际上的发文量仍在持续上升,而我国学者在国际上的发文量占比高达53.95%;研究机构分布与合作图谱网络密度较低,国内、国际研究机构之间的合作强度不高;翻转课堂、慕课教学、在线教育及信息利用等教学模式与方法仍是我国SPOC教学研究的重点;将SPOC教学模式应用于高职院校和中学的教学,并进行学习成效评价是国际上SPOC领域研究的演进趋势。

Background： mydcetin is a naturally occurring antioxidant commonly found in various plants. However, little information is available with respect to its direct anti-obesity effects. Objective： This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of myricetin on high-fat diet （HFD）-induced obesity in C57BL/6 mice. Results： Administration of myricetin dramatically reduced the body weight of diet-induced obese mice compared with solely HFD-induced mice. Several parameters related to obesity including serum glucose, triglyceride, and cholesterol were significantly de- creased in myricetin-treated mice. Moreover, obesity-associated oxidative stress （glutathione peroxidase （GPX） activity, total antioxidant capacity （T-AOC）, and malondialdehyde （MDA）） and inflammation （tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）） were ameliorated in myricetin-treated mice. Further investigation revealed that the protective effect of my- ricetin against HFD-induced obesity in mice appeared to be partially mediated through the down-regulation of mRNA expression of adipogenic transcription factors peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor y （PPARF） and CCAAT/enhancer- binding protein a （C/EBPa）, and lipogenic transcription factor sterol regulatory element-binding protein lc （SREBP-1c）. Conclusions： Consumption of myricetin may help to prevent obesity and obesity-related metabolic complications.
