Recently,Internet of Medical things(IoMt)has gained considerable attention to provide improved healthcare services to *** earlier diag-nosis of brain tumor(Bt)using medical imaging becomes an essential task,auto-mated IoMt.and cloud enabled Bt diagnosis model can be devised using recent deep learning *** this motivation,this paper introduces a novel IoMt.and cloud enabled Bt diagnosis model,named *** IoMtC-HDBt model comprises the data acquisition process by the use of IoMt devices which captures the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)brain images and t.ansmit them to the cloud ***,adaptive windowﬁltering(AWF)based image preprocessing is used to remove *** addition,the cloud server executes the disease diagnosis model which includes the sparrow search algorithm(SSA)with GoogleNet(SSA-GN)*** IoMtC-HDBt model applies functional link neural network(FLNN),which has the ability to detect.and classify the MRI brain images as normal or ***ﬁnds useful to generate the reports instantly for patients located in remote *** validation of the IoMtC-HDBt model takes place against BRAtS2015 Challenge dataset.and the experimental analysis is car-ried out interms of sensitivity,accuracy,and speciﬁ*** experimentation out-come pointed out the betterment of the proposed model with the accuracy of 0.984.

NKX6.3 protects against gastric mucosal atrophy by downregulatingβ-amyloid production

BACKGROUND Atrophic gastritis is characterized by loss of appropriate glands and reduction in gastric secretory function due to chronic inflammatory processes in gastric mucosa. Moreover, atrophic gastritis is considered as a precancerous condition of gastric cancer. However, little is known about the molecular mechanism underlying gastric mucosal atrophy and its contribution to gastric ***, we hypothesized that t.anscription factor NKX6.3 might be involved in maintaining gastric epithelial homeostasis by regulating amyloid β(Aβ)*** to determine whether NKX6.3 might protect against gastric mucosal atrophy by regulating Aβ *** We identified NKX6.3 depletion induced cell death by cell count.and Western blot assay. Production and mechanism of Aβ oligomer were analyzed by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, real-timequantitative polymerase chain reaction and immunofluorescence analysis. We further validated the correlation between expression of NKX6.3, Helicobacter pylori CagA, Aβ oligomer, apolipoprotein E(ApoE), and β-secretase 1(Bace1) in 55 gastric *** NKX6.3 depletion increased both adherent.and floating cell populations in HFE-145 cells. Expression levels of cleaved caspase-3,-9, and poly ADP ribose polymerase were elevated in floating HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. NKX6.3 depletion produced Aβ peptide oligomers, and increased expression of ApoE, amyloid precursor protein, Aβ, Bace1, low-density lipoprotein receptor, nicastrin, high mobility group box1, and receptor for advanced glycosylation end product proteins. In immunoprecipitation assay, γ-secretase complex was stably formed only in HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. In gastric mucosae with atrophy, expression of Aβpeptide oligomer, ApoE, and Bace1 was detected and inversely correlated with NKX6.3 expression. treatment with recombinant Aβ 1-42 produced Aβoligomeric forms and decreased cell viability in HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. Association between restrictive pulmonary disease and type 2 diabetes in Koreans:A cross-sectional study

BACKGROUND Diabetes is a progressive disease that increases glucose levels in the *** studies have shown that patients with pulmonary disease(both obstructive and restrictive pulmonary disease)have a higher prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2DM),there have been more studies on restrictive patterns t.an chronic obstructive pulmonary *** to assess whether restrictive and obstructive pulmonary diseases are associated with t2DM in *** For our analysis,we used data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.A total of 2830 subjects were included in this *** results were categorized into three patterns:Normal,restrictive pulmonary disease(RPD),and obstructive pulmonary disease(OPD).RESULtS the factors used as diabetic indicators(*** model assessment of insulin resistance,homeostatic model assessment of beta-cell function,glycated hemoglobin,and fasting insulin)were among the highest in RPD but not in *** on multivariate logistic regression analysis,subjects with RPD were found with an increased odds ratio[OR:1.907,95%confidence interval(CI):1.110-3.277]for t2DM compared with subjects with normal pulmonary function,whereas in patients with OPD,the OR had not *** 4,which adjusted for the variables that could affect diabetes and pulmonary disease,showed a significant increase in the t2DM OR to RPD(OR:2.025,95%CI:1.264-3.244).On the other hand,no statistically significant difference was shown in OPD(OR:0.982,95%CI:0.634-1.519).CONCLUSION RPD,not OPD,is highly associated with t2DM regardless of the risk factors of various t2DMs that can be confounds.

the study of exotic structure of hadrons is fully achieved when reaction dynamics of the associated hadron productions is well understood. We employ as the standard mechanism the effective Lagrangian method and investigate several physical observables within the framework. the parameters are constrained by microscopic description of hadrons. We discuss photoproductions of kaon associated with the ground state A（1116） and its resonances A（1405） and A（1520）. In the former example we emphasize the meson cloud effect which significantly renormalizes the phenomenological parameters, while in the latter we discuss the features of the standard method. Sodium iron hexacyanoferrate with high Na content as a Na-rich cathode material for Na-ion batteries

Owing to the worldwide abundance and low-cost of Na, room-temperature Na-ion batteries are emerging as attractive energy storage systems for large- scale grids. Increasing the Na content in cathode materials is one of the effective ways to achieve high energy density. Prussian blue and its analogues （PBAs） are promising Na-rich cathode materials since they can theoretically store two Na＋ ions per formula unit. However, increasing the Na content in PBAs cathode materials remains a major challenge. Here we show that sodium iron hexacyanoferrate with high Na content can be obtained by simply controlling the reducing agent.and reaction atmosphere during synthesis. the Na content can reach as high as 1.63 per formula, which is the highest value for sodium iron hexacyanoferrate. this Na-rich sodium iron hexacyanoferrate demonstrates a high specific capacity of 150 mAh·g^-1 and remarkable cycling performance with 90% capacity retention after 200 cycles. Furthermore, the Na intercalation/ de-intercalation mechanism has been systematically studied by in situ Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray absorption spectroscopy analysis for the first time. the Na-rich sodium iron hexacyanoferrate can function as a plenteous Na reservoir and has great potential as a cathode material for practical Na-ion batteries.
