Acupuncture has been shown to be effective on alcohol use ***,the underlying mechanism remains poorly *** investigate the effects of Shenmen(HT7)acupoint on brain activation induced by cue-elicited alcohol craving,30 right-handed healthy light to moderate alcohol drinkers were recruited from the *** were randomly assigned to undergo acupuncture either at HT7(experimental acupoint,n=15)or Jingqu(LU8,control acupoint,n=15)*** randomized controlled study was performed in Daegu Haany University and Daegu-Gyeongbuk Medical Innovation Foundation,Republic of *** and data collection were conducted from December 2018 to May *** results showed that after acupuncture at HT7 acupoint,the activation of orbitofrontal cortex and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex was greatly increased,while the activation of dorsolateral prefrontal cortex was obviously reduced,and subject's craving for alcohol was reduced when he/she seeing alcohol-related video clips involving various alcohols(beer,wine,or soju)or drinking *** at HT7 more greatly reduced subject's alcohol cravings than acupuncture at LU8 *** findings suggest that acupuncture can improve the self-control of mild to moderate social drinkers through the activation of the orbitofrontal cortex and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,thereby reducing the craving for *** study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Daegu Haany University Korean Medicine hospital,Republic of Korea(approval ***-D-18026-PRO-02)on November 30,2018.

Community detection in social networks is a hard problem because of the size,and the need of a deep understanding of network structure and *** several methods with significant effort in this direction have been devised,an outstanding open problem is the unknown number of communities,it is generally believed that the role of influential nodes that are surrounded by neighbors is very *** addition,the similarity among nodes inside the same cluster is greater than among nodes from other ***,the global and local methods of community detection have been getting more ***,in this study,we propose an advanced communitydetection model for social networks in order to identify network communities based on global and local *** proposed model initially detects the most influential nodes by using an Eigen score then performs local expansion powered by label *** process is conducted with the same color till nodes reach maximum ***,the communities are formed,and a clear community graph is displayed to the *** proposed model is completely parameter-free,and therefore,no prior information is required,such as the number of communities,*** perform simulations and experiments using well-known synthetic and real network benchmarks,and compare them with well-known state-of-the-art *** results prove that our model is efficient in all aspects,because it quickly identifies communities in the ***,it can easily be used for friendship recommendations or in business recommendation systems.

BACKGROUND Primary sebaceous carcinoma of lacrimal gland(SCLG) is extremely rare. Due to its clinical characteristics, it is often misdiagnosed. It is known to be aggressive so delay in diagnosis can increase the chance of local recurrence and metastasis. We report a case of primary *** SUMMARY A 75-year-old man was referred with a painful swelling in the right eyelid. Computed tomography scan demonstrates a 2.6 cm mass in upper outer quadrant of right orbit. After the incisional biopsy of the mass, he was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of lacrimal gland. A right orbital exenteration, cervical lymph node dissection was performed. There was no involvement of the overlying periorbital skin, eyelid, or conjunctiva. Histological examination of the exenteration specimen showed tumor arising from the lacrimal gland, which had been entirely replaced by sebaceous carcinoma with sarcomatous and squamous differentiation. Neoplastic cells which were large and contained prominent nucleoli. Focal tumor remained in the posterior resection margin. Patient underwent adjuvant radiotherapy, total dose of 56 Gy with doseper-fraction 2 Gy to primary lesion. There has been no sign of recurrence until 2-years *** We report a rare case of sebaceous carcinoma arising from the lacrimal gland. Accurate diagnosis of SCLG is important for appropriate treatment and prognosis prediction.

In the present study, the reliability design of semicircular breakwater is based on the verification of the rules defined by standard specifications, where partial coefficients are introduced to ensure safety. The reliability of the semicircular breakwaters has been analyzed by using the Hasofer-Lind method to determine the reliability index of structure that has correlated loads, utilizing the long-term observed wave data at a given place. The relation curve between reliability index and safety factor in the traditional design method, as well as the relationships between reliability index and partial coefficients, have been obtained. This paper proposes values of partial coefficients for the design expression of semicircular breakwaters in the cases of anti-sliding and anti-overturning.

Pt/CeO2–ZrO2–SnO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation and wet impregnation methods for catalytic oxidation of acetaldehyde to acetic acid in water. In the present catalysts, Pt and CeO2–ZrO2–SnO2 were successfully dispersed on the γ-Al2O3 *** of platinum content and reaction time on the selective oxidation of acetaldehyde to acetic acid were investigated to optimize the reaction conditions for obtaining both high acetaldehyde conversion and highest selectivity to acetic acid. Among the catalysts, a Pt（6.4 wt.%）/Ce0.68Zr0.17Sn0.15O2.0（16 wt.%）/γ-Al2O3 catalyst showed the highest acetaldehyde oxidation activity. On this catalyst, acetaldehyde was completely oxidized after the reaction at 0°C for 8 hr, and the selectivity to acetic acid reached to 95%and higher after the reaction for 4 hr and longer.

The shear deformable thin-walled composite beams with closed cross-sections have been developed for coupled flexural, torsional, and buckling analyses. A theoretical model applicable to the thin-walled laminated composite box beams is presented by taking into account all the structural couplings coming from the material anisotropy and the shear deformation effects. The current composite beam includes the transverse shear and the restrained warping induced shear deformation by using the first-order shear deformation beam theory. Seven governing equations are derived for the coupled axial-flexural-torsional-shearing buckling based on the principle of minimum total potential energy. Based on the present analytical model, three different types of finite composite beam elements, namely, linear, quadratic and cubic elements are developed to analyze the flexural, torsional, and buckling problems. In order to demonstrate the accuracy and superiority of the beam theory and the finite beam elements developed by this study,numerical solutions are presented and compared with the results obtained by other researchers and the detailed threedimensional analysis results using the shell elements of ABAQUS. Especially, the influences of the modulus ratio and the simplified assumptions in stress-strain relations on the deflection, twisting angle, and critical buckling loads of composite box beams are investigated.
