Investigations were done to obtain potential phosphate solubilising strains from endophytic mycoflora isolated from the orchid,Pomatocalpa decipiens.928 endophytic phosphate solubilising fungal isolates were obtained from 2400 leaf segments(0.38%recovery)from rare epiphytic orchid Pomatocalpa decipiens present in the Barbara hills of Odisha(India).A number of isolates belonged to different genera such as Paecilomyces,Curvularia,Aspergillus,Cladosporium,Penicillium,Colletotrichum,while others,which were unidentified were classified as mycelia *** sampling done from 25 different sites resulted in isolation of 20 endophytic phosphate solubilising fungal isolates from 300 segments(0.1%recovery).Aspergillus,Paecilomyces,Fusarium,Penicillium,and mycelia sterilia were mostly *** qualitative and quantitative assessments of Phosphate(P)solubilisation were performed using TCP and Rock phosphate as P source for those *** niger(leaf isolate)showed a maximum of 33.2 and 22.7%solubilisation in presence of TCP and Rock phosphate respectively whereas Aspergillus niger(Root isolate)showed a maximum of about 23.9%and 36.2%solubilisation in presence of TCP and Rock phosphate respectively.

numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,Morenoinaceae neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,Swinscowia,Macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and Schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,Bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,Macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.

北极淡水鱼类和洄游鱼类渔业为北方经济做出了重大贡献。但是,对于淡水水体,气候变化和增长的紫外线辐射对渔业产生的巨大影响有3个方面:可获鱼的数量、质量和捕捞成功率。因此,在这些影响发生作用之际,可能需要实质有效的适应行为以引导北极未来的渔业走向可持续性。当务之急是为商业渔业选择灵活和快速反应的"适宜管理"方式;改变生计渔业的当地土地和资源利用模式;改变很多休闲渔业的特性、管理方式和地点。总的来说,在气候变化及其对北极淡水水域和生物区影响的复杂性和不确定性情况下,为保证生态系统和主导鱼种有足够的恢复力和应对将来变化的能力,需要对渔业的各个方面实施更保守的管理办法。

PURPOSE: To report a novel, nonsurgical method of management of orbito-palpebral cyst associated with congenital microphthalmos. DESIGn: Interventional case series. METHODS: Two patients with orbito-palpebral cyst were included. Case 1 had bilateral orbito-palpebral cyst, whereas case 2 was unilateral. Transcutaneous cyst aspiration in both cases revealed a severely microphthalmic eye with no visual potential. Ethanolamine oleate sclerotherapywas performed immediately after cyst aspiration in both patients. RESULTS: Complete resolution of the orbito-palpebral cysts was noted within 6 weeks, and the custom prosthesiswaswell retained. COnCLUSIOnS: Ethanolamine oleate sclerotherapy may be an effective minimal intervention treatment option for cosmetic rehabilitation of patients with orbito-palpebral cyst associated with congenital microphthalmos with no visual potential.

PURPOSE: To report the results of repeated bilateral sequential photodynamic therapy (PDT) with verteporfin for sub-retinal neovascularization associated with parafoveal telengiectasia. DESIGn: Interventional case series. MET- HODS: Three patients (minimum of 6-month follow-up)were analyzed after bilateral sequential PDT for parafoveal telengiectasia-associated sub-retinal neovascularization. RESULTS: Mean age was 53.3 ±2.1 years. Mean and median follow-up duration were 12.3 and 10 months, respectively. Mean initial Early Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy Study chart letter acuity was 30.6 in right eyes and 19 in left eyes, and at month 6, it was 30.6 in right eyes and 22.3 in left eyes. All patients received bilateral treatment three times; one eye received a fourth treatment. The greatest linear diameter was between 2310 and 5400 μm. COnCLUSIOn: PDT is a viable treatment for sub-retinal neovascularization associated with parafoveal telengiectasia. Bilateral sequential treatment is a convenient way to treat bilateral disease.
