This paper aims to study the optimal robust control problem for uncertain impulsive *** using the Lyapunov function method and algebraic inequalities,conditions are derived under which not only the uncertain impulsive system is ro-bustly asymptotically stable and the optimal bound of the hybrid performance functional can be *** results are then specialized to interval linear impulsive systems with quadratic hybrid performance *** inequality conditions are used to design feedback controllers to stabilize asymptotically the interval linear impulsive system and the optimal bound of the quadratic hybrid performance functional are derived.

＜正＞This paper studies the stabilization to ISS（input-to-state stability） issue for discrete-time impulsive hybrid systems （DIHS） with mixed -dissipativity ***,the new concept of mixed -dissipativity is proposed for ***,the criteria of stabilization in the sense of ISS are derived for mixed（?）-dissipative *** shows that for a mixed（?）-dissipative DIHS,under the same state feedback control,even if all subsystems have no ISS,the whole DIHS may still has ISS property. The results are then used to study the case of network via impulsive *** linear matrix inequality（LMI） conditions for -dissipativity of every DIHS in the network under the mixed quadratic supply rate are ***,the interconnection control is designed to stabilize the network to ***,one example is given for illustration.

Utilizing supported single atoms as catalysts presents an opportunity to reduce the usage of critical raw materials such as platinum,which are essential for electrochemical reactions such as hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR).Herein,we describe the synthesis of a Pt single electrocatalyst inside single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)via a redox *** via electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron microscopy,and X-ray absorption spectroscopy show the single-atom nature of the *** electrochemical behavior of the sample to hydrogen and oxygen was investigated using the advanced floating electrode technique,which minimizes mass transport limitations and gives a thorough insight into the activity of the *** single-atom samples showed higher HOR activity than state-of-the-art 30%Pt/C while almost no oxygen reduction reaction activity in the proton exchange membrane fuel cell operating *** selective activity toward HOR arose as the main fingerprint of the catalyst confinement in the SWCNTs.

The year 2024 marks the 60^(th)anniversary of Title IX and 25 years since the New York Times revealed bias against female faculty members at the Massachusetts Institute of *** take an opportunity here to examine the state of gender bias in a relatively new yet already prominent field,neural regeneration in the visual system,for which there is a well-defined context useful for this *** National Eye Institute(NEI)provided the first round of research funding for its Audacious Goals Initiative(AGI)on visual neural regeneration in 2013 and the last round in ***,we focus on this *** sources included PubMed,the National Science Foundation(NSF),the NEI,the Blue Ridge Institute for Medical Research and data from the major professional organization for eye and vision research,the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology(ARVO).
