BACKGROUNd Vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia(VITT)is a rare and potentially life-threatening condition after receiving coronavirus disease *** is characterized by symptom onset at 5 to 30 d postvaccination,thrombocytopenia,thrombosis,high d-dimer level,and antiplatelet factor 4(anti-PF4)antibody *** can progress very fast,requiring urgent *** few studies have described its d.tailed clinical course and imaging *** report a typical VITT case in a patient who underwent regular repeated brain imaging *** SUMMARY A young woman presented with headaches at 7 d after the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19vaccine(AZd1222)*** then showed progressive symptoms of left upper limb *** computed tomography revealed venous infarction at the right parietal lobe with a hyperacute thrombus in the cortical *** hours later,brain magnetic resonance imaging revealed hemorrhage at the same *** resonance venography showed an irregular contour of the right transverse *** examination revealed a high d-dimer level,thrombocytopenia,and a high titer for anti-PF4 *** was treated with anticoagulants,intravenous immunoglobulin,and steroids and analgesic agents were administered for pain *** had a marked improvement on headaches and clumsiness after treatment along with radiological thrombus *** follow-up at the outpatient department,her modified Rankin scale at 90 d was *** Clinicians should be alerted whenever patients present with persistent and progressive headaches or focal motor/sensory deficits postvaccination.

Adherence to Physical Measures during the SARS-COV2 Pandemic by Haemodialysis Patients in a Burkina Faso Tertiary Hospital: A Cross-Sectional Survey

Context: COVId-19 can spread rapidly in haemodialysis centres, leading to fatal outcomes. Implementing physical measures is crucial in limiting the spread of infection. Aims: To assess adherence to physical measures against SARS-Cov2 in haemodialysis patients. Methods and Material: From 13 to 19 July 2021, we administered the questionnaire to haemodialysis patients during or immediately after the dialysis session. The dependent variables were adherence to wearing masks, hand washing outside the dialysis centre, social distancing of at least 1.5 meters, and cough and sneeze hygiene. Statistical Analysis Used: d.ta were analyzed using Epi info software;descriptive statistics were presented as mean, headcount, and percentage;related factors were determined by multi-logistic regression. The significance level was 5%. The Health Research Ethics Committee approved the research protocol. Results: 142 patients were included (mean age: 42.5 ± 14 years). Wearing masks, hand-washing, social distancing, and coughing and sneezing hygiene were observed by 88%, 75%, 47%, and 60% of patients, respectively. Conclusion: Wearing masks was the most respected physical measure, while social distancing was the least respected.

Solid oxide electrolysis cells provide a practical solution for the direct conversion of CO2to other chemicals(***),however,an in-depth mechanistic understanding of the dynamic reconstruction of active sites for perovskite cathodes during CO2 electrolysis remains a great ***,we identify that iridium-doped Sr2Fe1.45Ir0.05Mo0.5O6-δ(SFIrM) perovskite displays a dynamic electrochemical reconstruction feature during CO 2 electrolysis with abundant exsolution of highly dispersed IrFe alloy nanoparticles on the SFIrM *** in situ reconstructed IrFe@SFIrM interfaces deliver a current density of 1.46 A cm-2while maintaining over 99% CO Faradaic efficiency,representing a 25.8%improvement compared with the Sr2Fe1.5Mo0.5O6-δ*** situ electrochemical spectroscopy measurements and density functional theory calculations suggest that the improved CO2electrolysis activity originates from the facilitated formation of carbonate intermediates at the IrFe@SFIrM *** work may open the possibility of using an in situ electrochemical poling method for CO2electrolysis in practice.

随着中国国际地位的提高,汉语的使用价值也越来越大,汉语在世界范围内成为一种热门学习的语言。随着国际化的深入发展,越南人学习汉语也愈来愈多。越南顺化外国语大学是越南中部最大的大学之一,每年为社会培养几百名汉语人才,但该校的汉语专业在发展过程当中仍存在许多不足之处。本论文以越南顺化外国语大学汉语教材使用情况为对象进行研究。笔者通过问卷调查,实地采访和文献研究等方法对越南顺化外国语大学汉语教材的使用情况进行全面和系统分析。本论文的内容主要包括:一、越南顺化外国语大学汉语教材的使用现状和需求。二、越南顺化外国语大学汉语教材选用存在的问题。通过调查发现,使用中存在的问题主要有学生使用教材的频率偏低,学生对教材的满意度不高以及教材的选用不合理等。在此基础上本文分析造成这些问题的原因,包括教材本身的问题,学校缺乏对学生汉语水平的考察以及对汉语教材使用需求不够重视。三、对越南顺化外国语大学汉语教材使用现状提出改善建议。笔者希望通过本论文的研究可以掌握越南顺化外国语大学汉语教材的使用现状,进一步了解学生对汉语教材的意见和需求,从而为该校汉语教材的研究提供参考和借鉴,帮助该校的教材选用及编写,以越来越满足学生的实际需要。
