进行相关热力学计算以研究高温燃烧过程二垩英生成的条件.计算得到:①在体系存在过剩氧即完全燃烧时不会产生二垩英;②当有固体碳沉积时也不会生成二垩英,因固体碳在热力学上比含二垩英的含碳物更稳定.另一方面,实际上即使在1 073 K完全燃烧条件下(即体系显著过剩氧)也有二垩英生成,原因是在实际燃烧炉中含碳微粒不可能完全烧尽.从热力学角度假设不发生碳沉积,计算得出二垩英在1 073 K高温和高CO/CO2比范围内会生成.实际考虑的条件放在燃烧炉内含碳微粒的周围.在有含碳微粒存在条件下,即使反应2CO→C+CO2(碳沉积)发生,C+CO2→2CO反应(CO生成;含碳微粒被CO2氧化)也会同时发生,导致在含碳微粒周围保持一个高的CO/CO2比,由此产生二垩英.假设在含碳微粒周围存在高CO/CO2比的异质位置,则认为二垩英会形成.

＜正＞At present in Japan, there are a large amount of industrial wastes which include many kind of plastic products, a great amount of ASR （Automobile Shredder Rubbish）, many used transformers containing toxic polychlorinated biphenyl （PCB）, and a large amount of poly vinyl chloride （PVC） products and so on. Furthermore, the exhaust gas from municipal waste incinerator has a great quantity of energy. Therefore, the safe recovery of resources and energy from industrial wastes and municipal and/or industrial waste incinerators is very important subjects with no dioxins/furans （Dioxins） formation in sufficient consideration of the environment and also will be able to contribute to the suppression of CO2 *** is very important assignments to exactly elucidate the mechanism of Dioxins formation in incineration processes and to more investigate the critical temperature at which Dioxins formation becomes remarkable in cooling processes of an exhaust gas having little Dioxin’s concentration. The recovery of resources and energy can be effectively realized when those assignments are solved This report introduces the present countermeasures and the remaining subjects in Japan for Dioxins emission and fundamental studies in Osaka University with the aim of no Dioxins formation.

The specific distribution characteristics of inclusions along with the sliver defect were analyzed in detail to explain the formation mechanism of the sliver defect on the automobile exposed panel surface.A quantitative electrolysis method was used to compare and evaluate the three-dimensional morphology,size,composition,quantity,and distribution of inclusions in the defect and non-defect zone of automobile exposed *** Al2O3 inclusions were observed to be aggregated or chain-like shape along with the sliver defect of about 3–10μ*** aggregation sections of the Al2O3 inclusions are distributed discretely along the rolling direction,with a spacing of 3–7 mm,a length of 6–7 mm,and a width of about 3 *** inclusion area part is 0.04%–0.16%with an average value of 0.08%,the inclusion number density is 40 mm−2 and the inclusion average spacing is 25.13μ*** inclusion spacing is approximately 40–160μm,with an average value of 68.76μm in chain-like inclusion *** average area fraction and number density of inclusions in the non-defect region were reduced to about 0.002%and 1–2 mm^−2,respectively,with the inclusion spacing of 400μm and the size of Al2O3 being 1–3μm.

Three-Dimensional Rainbow Schlieren Measurements in Underexpanded Sonic Jets from Axisymmetric Convergent Nozzles

The rainbow schlieren deflectometry has been combined with the computed tomography to obtain three-dimensional density fields of shock containing free jets and we call the method the schlieren CT. Experiments on the schlieren CT have been performed at a nozzle pressure ratio of 4.0 by using an axisymmetric convergent nozzle with an inner diameter of 10 mm at the exit where the nozzle was operated at an underexpanded condition. Multidirectional rainbow schlieren pictures of an underexpanded sonic jet can be acquired by rotating the nozzle about its longitudinal axis in equal angular intervals and the three-dimensional density fields are reconstructed by the schlieren CT. The validity of the schlieren CT is verified by a comparison with the density fields reconstructed by the Abel inversion method. As a result, it is found that excellent quantitative agreement is reached between the three-dimensional jet density fields reconstructed from both methods.

Appropriate heart rate in a failing pulmonary ventricle remains unknown, particularly in congenital heart diseasewith unique hemodynamics. A 71-year-old male with repaired tetralogy of Fallot and a pacemaker for a sinusnode dysfunction suffered from heart failure symptoms with preserved left ventricular function. Simply changingthe pacemaker’s lower rate from 60 to 75 bpm, New York Heart Association classification improved from III to II,and hemodynamic parameters drastically improved. We regarded this case as informative. Appropriate heart ratecould be higher in congenital patients with failing right and non-failing left ventricles than in adults with malfunctioningLV.
