Understa.ding precipita.ion va.ia.ility a.d trends is very importa.t for susta.na.le wa.er ma.a.ement. In this pa.er, we used 65 yea.s (1951-2016) long- term precipita.ion da.a.to eva.ua.e the precipita.ion va.ia.ility a.d trends in Quelima.e, a.d their rela.ion to El Niña.>o Southern Oscilla.ion (ENSO). The a.a.ysis includes a.nua., inter-a.nua. inter-deca.a. va.ia.ions, Ma.n-Kenda.l trend test, a.d drought frequency. The study a.so eva.ua.ed the rela.ionship between Ocea.ic Niña.>o Index (ONI) a.d precipita.ion pa.terns during ENSO positive, norma. a.d nega.ive pha.es. The results show two distinct sea.ons of precipita.ion in Quelima.e, the wet sea.on extending between december a.d a.ril a.d the dry sea.on extending from Ma. to November. ENSO wa. found to influence the inter-a.nua. va.ia.ions of precipita.ion during the wet sea.on, with wa.m ENSO (El Niña.>o) a.d cold (La.Niña.>a. events tending to reduce a.d increa.e the precipita.ion a.ounts, respectively. decrea.ing trends in inter-a.nua. va.ia.ions of precipita.ion a.d increa.e of drought frequency a.d severity a.e highlighted in this study. Both decrea.ing trend of inter-a.nua. va.ia.ions a.d increa.ing of drought frequency a.d severity ha.e intensified a.ter the 1970s clima.e shift. These intensifica.ions seem to be a.socia.ed with the strengthening of ENSO

拉斯邦巴斯铜矿运用现代化信息技术构建覆盖“地质资源—计划管理—过程控制—安全保障—智能决策”全方位智能化建设框架，通过关键应用场景设计与应用，实现矿山生产运营的高效协同与智能管理。针对矿体赋存条件复杂、开采规模庞大、作业地点分散等问题，应用矿床地质建模、三维可视化及无人机技术，实现矿山全生命周期的地质资源精细化管控，在此基础上优化开采工艺，应用精准定位及智能卡调技术，实现大规模高陡边坡的精准穿孔、控制爆破以及矿岩运输。构建了以超前预防为目标，全面覆盖人、机、环、管，与生产过程深度融合的矿山安全监测预警体系，显著提升了矿山的安全作业水平。通过云平台和数据湖技术实现多源异构数据融合，应用机器学习算法构建数据分析与决策模型，为矿山管理者科学决策提供有力支持。拉斯邦巴斯铜矿智能化建设成果对国内大型露天矿山智能化建设具有一定示范作用。

The use of non-renewa.le energy ha. been a.ma.or environmenta. concern a.d, therefore, there is a.need to look for other renewa.le energy sources, especia.ly photovolta.c’s. In view of this, a. a.tempt wa. ma.e to qua.tify the potentia. of sola. irra.ia.ce in the Sta.e of Pa.a.ba. a. a. a.terna.ive source for conversion a.d use in electrica. energy, these determina.ions being the ma.n objectives. Globa. sola. irra.ia.ce a.d sola. photovolta.c da.a.were extra.ted from scientific publica.ions a.d/or ma.e a.a.la.le on the websites of the Na.iona. Institute of Meteorology (INMET), the Ministry of Mines a.d Energy a.d the Na.iona. Electric Energy a.ency, a.ong others. For the ca.e study, semi-structured questionna.res were a.plied in different business esta.lishments in Ca.pina.Gra.de, with questions rela.ed to socioeconomic a.pects a.d photovolta.c technology. Da.a.were a.a.yzed using descriptive sta.istics criteria.a.d using a. Excel sprea.sheet. The ma.n results indica.ed tha. the Bra.ilia. energy ma.rix is predomina.tly from renewa.le sources. The Northea.t is the second region with the highest production of photovolta.c sola. energy a.d the Sta.e of Pa.a.ba.occupies its fourth position in the genera.ion of this type of energy. The option of photovolta.c technology is a.promising a.terna.ive, especia.ly for rura. a.ea., where there is not a.wa.s a.conventiona. electricity grid. The high a.a.la.ility of sola. energy in northea.tern Bra.il, in a.most a.l months of the yea., especia.ly in the sta.e of Pa.a.ba. demonstra.es the existence of a.high potentia. to genera.e electricity from photovolta.c systems. This technology contributes to loca. susta.na.le development, a. it is a. a.tivity tha. genera.es employment a.d income, without degra.ing the environment.

Ba.kground: The EU ba. on a.timicrobia. growth promoters (a.P) ha. initia.ed a.sea.ch for non-a.tibiotic a.terna.ives. It ha. been demonstra.ed tha. certa.n a.tibiotics a.d non-a.tibiotic a.terna.ives enha.ce growth by inhibiting infla.ma.ory cells, i.e. neutrophils a.d ma.ropha.es in the intestine. There is very little informa.ion on the effect of a.ti-infla.ma.ory compounds on intestina. epithelia. cells, which a.e known to pla. a. importa.t role in intestina. infla.ma.ory responses. In order to esta.lish this, a.porcine intestina. epithelia. cell line (IPEC J2) wa. incuba.ed with a. a.herent enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) to stimula.e infla.ma.ion, using a.non-pa.hogenic non-a.herent E. coli (EC) a. a.control. The influence of the presence of the a.ti-infla.ma.ory compounds Ma.lea.a.corda.a.extra.t (MCE) a.d a.etylsa.icylic a.id (a.a. on infla.ma.ory tra.scriptiona. responses wa. studied. Results: ETEC induced a.strong infla.ma.ory response a. wa. most evident from the expression of IL-1&beta., IL-8 a.d TNF-&a.pha., wherea. EC induced IL-1&beta.only. Co-incuba.ion with MCE a.d a.a.significa.tly reduced the responses of the pro-infla.ma.ory cytokines, simila.ly for IL-1&beta.a.d TNF-&a.pha., but a.a.wa. more effective tha. MCE in reducing the IL8 response. Conclusions: The present results suggest tha. the in vivo a.ti-infla.ma.ory growth promoting effects of a.P a.d effective a.terna.ives to a.P such a. MCE a.d a.a.a.e not restricted to infla.ma.ory cells a.d a.so involve the more a.unda.t enterocytes. However, suita. ble tra.smissions of tele-protection services continues to be a.cha.lenging a.ea.in the electrica.- supply sector since link sta.ility a. well a. va.ious performa.ce tests suggest tha. link recurrence requirements still exhibit limita.ions when using Metroethernet networks in this context. a. pre- sent, improvements ha.e been a.hieved via.proprieta.y protocols such a. Mirrored Bits, which ma.ches the performa.ce of a.tele-protection link tra.smission under norma. opera.ion conditions. However, this imposes commercia. limita.ions on the Colombia. electrica.-supply sector since proprieta.y protocols hinder fa.r competition a.ong ma.ufa.turers. This is the ra.iona.e behind conducting tria.s with precision time protocol a. it is defined in IEEE 1588 sta.da.d. The ma.n purpose is to va.ida.e whether, under rea. opera.ion conditions, it is possible to substitute such tele-protection links via.Metroethernet networks, yet considering a.sta.da.d protocol tha. a.lows incorpora.ing va.ious pieces of equipment from different ma.ufa.turers into the system a. well a. providing common benefits derived from using this type of communica.ion networks.
