The phyl.genetic rel.tionships of species are fundamental.to any biol.gical.investigation, incl.ding al. evol.tionary studies. Accurate inferences of sister group rel.tionships provide the researcher with an historical.framework within which the attributes or geographic origin of species (or supraspecific groups) evol.ed. Taken out of this phyl.genetic context, interpretations of evol.tionary processes or origins, geographic distributions, or speciation rates and mechanisms, are subject to nothing l.ss than a biol.gical.experiment without control.. Cypriniformes is the most diverse cl.de of freshwater fishes with estimates of diversity of nearl. 3,500 species. These fishes displ.y an amazing array of morphol.gical. ecol.gical. behavioral. and geographic diversity and offer a tremendous opportunity to enhance our understanding of the biotic and abiotic factors associated with diversification and adaptation to environments. Given the nearl. gl.bal.distribution of these fishes, they serve as an important model.group for a pl.thora of biol.gical.investigations, incl.ding indicator species for future cl.-matic changes. The occurrence of the zebrafish, Danio rerio, in this order makes this cl.de a critical.component in understanding and predicting the rel.tionship between mutagenesis and phenotypic expressions in vertebrates, incl.ding humans. With the tremendous diversity in Cypriniformes, our understanding of their phyl.genetic rel.tionships has not proceeded at an acceptabl. rate, despite a pl.thora of morphol.gical.and more recent mo-l.cul.r studies. Most studies are pre-Hennigian in origin or incl.de rel.tivel. smal. numbers of taxa. Given that anal.ses of smal. numbers of taxa for mol.cul.r characters can be compromised by pecul.arities of l.ng-branch attraction and nodal.density effect, it is critical.that significant progress in our understanding of the rel.tionships of these important fishes occurs with increasing sampl.ng of species to mitigate these potential.p

Existence of Sol.tions of a Convol.tion Integral.Equation

In this study, we prove the of existence of sol.tions of a convol.tion Vol.erra integral.equation in the space of the l.besgue integrabl. function on the set of positive real.numbers and with the standard norm defined on it. An operator P was assigned to the convol.tion integral.operator which was l.ter expressed in terms of the superposition operator and the nonl.near operator. Given a bal. Br bel.nging to the space l.it was establ.shed that the operator P maps the bal. into itsel.. The Hausdorff measure of noncompactness was then appl.ed by first proving that given a set M∈ B r the set is bounded, cl.sed, convex and nondecreasing. Final.y, the Darbo fixed point theorem was appl.ed on the measure obtained from the set E bel.nging to M. From this appl.cation, it was observed that the conditions for the Darbo fixed point theorem was satisfied. This indicated the presence of at l.ast a fixed point for the integral.equation which thereby impl.ing the existence of sol.tions for the integral.equation.

2205不锈钢作为第二代不锈钢已被广泛应用于耐蚀性高的石油管道、海洋平台等工业领域。定向凝固能够揭示不锈钢的凝固过程，并为研究凝固过程中溶质偏析提供基础。微区分析方法的种类可分为波谱及能谱两类，本文分别以电子探针（EPMA）配备的波谱仪（WDS）及能谱仪（EDS）对2205不锈钢材料固液界面的溶质偏析进行分析及对比，以研究不同仪器对于微观溶质偏析结果准确性的差异。结果表明，相对于能谱仪，电子探针配备的波谱仪能够更加直观地反映出固液界面元素的变化规律，其测定结果具有更高的精确性。

Al.heimer’s disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder and the predominant form of *** its initial.description by Al.is Al.heimer in 1906,several.advances have been made in our understanding of the progression of the disease and its cl.nical.consequences,yet the underl.ing etiol.gy remains *** the stereotyped patterns of cortical.and hippocampal.neuronal.l.ss and the progressive degeneration of key neurotransmitter pathways,research has traditional.y been focused on factors affecting neuronal.viabil.ty,incl.ding the contribution of gl.al.dysfunction to neuronal.*** a cl.nical.perspective,the fruits of this work have been *** pathol.gical.markers of the disease,incl.dingβ-amyl.id(Aβ)pl.que formation and tau hyperphosphoryl.tion,have yiel.ed no effective therapies,highl.ghted by the recent discontinuations of several.high profil.
