总结一组持续性部分性癫痫(Epilepsia partialis continua,EPC)患儿的特点,并提出一种整合关键鉴别诊断的诊断算法。对2002年—2019年在三级儿科神经病学中心就诊的EPC患儿进行分析。54例患儿符合EPC诊断标准。中位发病年龄为7岁(0.6~15岁),中位随访时间为4.3年(0.2~16年)。其中,诊断为Rasmussen脑炎(Rasmussen encephalitis,RE)30例(56%),线粒体疾病12例(22.2%),磁共振成像(MRI)阳性病灶相关局灶性癫痫6例(11.1%),诊断不明5例(9%)。线粒体疾病患儿更早出现EPC,EPC发病年龄每增加一年,诊断线粒体疾病的几率降低26%(P=0.02)。EPC发作前存在发育问题(OR=22,P<0.001),EPC发作前无癫痫发作(OR=22,P<0.001), EEG提示双侧半球慢波(OR 26,P<0.001),以及脑脊液(CSF)蛋白水平升高(OR=16)均预示着线粒体疾病。30例RE患儿中有18例(60%)出现EPC发作时,MRI提示明显不对称或一侧半球萎缩,其余患儿出现的中位时间则在EPC发作后6个月(3~15个月)。首选诊断检查为头部MRI。一侧半球萎缩结合临床表现及脑电图改变的偏侧性,提示诊断为RE。对于初次扫描时不能诊断为RE,但临床和影像学表现提示RE的儿童,建议每6个月重复影像学检查以排查进行性一侧半球皮质萎缩,并应考虑脑活检,鞘内炎症的证据(寡克隆带和新蝶呤升高)可为佐证。对于存在双侧半球源性EPC的患儿,建议进行快速DNA聚合酶γ(POLG)基因检测,如为阴性,则应提取外周血DNA进行mtDNA测序及全外显子组测序。线粒体病所致EPC患儿表现出与RE和结构性癫痫不同的临床特征。这一针对EPC患儿的诊断算法有助于进行针对性检查并及时诊断。

The application of an efficient flow control system on helicopter rotor blades may lead to improved aerodynamic performance. Recently, our invention of Rod Vortex Generators(RVGs) has been analyzed for helicopter rotor blades in hover with success. As a step forward, the study has been extended to forward flight conditions. For this reason, a validation of the numerical modelling for a reference helicopter rotor(without flow control) is needed. The article presents a study of the flow-field of the AH-1G helicopter rotor in low-, medium- and high-speed forward flight. The CFD code FLOWer from DLR has proven to be a suitable tool for the aerodynamic analysis of the two-bladed rotor without any artificial wake modelling. It solves the URANS equations with LEA(Linear Explicit Algebraic stress) k-ω model using the chimera overlapping grids technique. Validation of the numerical model uses comparison with the detailed flight test data gathered by cross j. L. and Watts M. E. during the Tip Aerodynamics and Acoustics Test(TAAT) conducted at NASA in 1981. Satisfactory agreements for all speed regimes and a presence of significant flow separation in high-speed forward flight suggest a possible benefit from the future implementation of RVGs. The numerical results based on the URANS approach are presented not only for a popular, low-speed case commonly used in rotorcraft community for CFD codes validation but preferably for medium- and high-speed test conditions that have not been published to date.

The objective of the present study is to systematically evaluate the role of polymer crystallinity on fibroblast and osteoblast adhesion and proliferation using a series of poly（caprolactone-co-glycolide）（PCL/PGA） polymers. PCL/PGA polymers were selected since they reflect both highly crystalline and amorphous materials. PCL/PGA polymeric materials were fabricated by compression molding into thin films. Five compositions, from PCL or PGA to intermediate copolymeric compositions of PCL/PGA in ratios of 25：75, 35：65 and 45：55, were studied. Pure PCL and PGA represented the crystalline materials while the copolymers were amorphous. The polymers/copolymers were characterized using DSC to assess crystallinity, contact angle measurement for hydrophobicity, and AFM for nanotopography. The PCL/PGA films demonstrated similar hydrophobicity and nanotopography whereas they differed significantly in crystallinity. Cell adhesion to and proliferation on PCL/PGA films and proliferation studies were performed using osteoblasts and NIH-3T3 fibroblasts. It was observed that highly crystalline and rigid PCL and PGA surfaces were significantly more efficient in supporting fibroblast growth, whereas amorphous/flexible PCL/PGA 35：65 was significantly more efficient in supporting growth of osteoblasts. This study demonstrated that while chemical composition, hydrophobicity and surface roughness of PCL/PGA polymers were held constant, crystallinity and rigidity of PCL/PGA played major roles in determining cell responses.

We study the dissociation of ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), and ψ(4415) mesons in collision with nucleons, which takes place in high-energy proton-nucleus collisions. The quark interchange between a nucleon and a ■ meson leads to the dissociation of the ■ meson. We consider the reactions:■, and■, where R stands for ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), or ψ(4415). A reaction of a neutron and a ■ meson corresponds to a reaction of a proton and the ■ meson by replacing the up quark with the down quark and vice versa. Transition-amplitude formulas are derived from the S-matrix *** cross sections are calculated with the transition amplitudes for scattering in the prior form and in the post form. The cross sections relate to nodes in the radial wave functions of ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), and ψ(4415) mesons.

This work explored possibilities of biodegradable magnesium alloy Mg-3Y preparation by two modern powder metallurgy techniques–spark plasma sintering(SPS)and selective laser melting(SLM).The powder material was consolidated by both methods utilising optimised parameters,which led to very low porosity(∼0.3%)in the SLM material and unmeasurably low porosity in the SPS *** main aim of the study was the thorough microstructure characterisation and interrelation between the microstructure and the functional properties,such as mechanical strength,deformability,and corrosion *** materials showed comparable strength of∼110 MPa in tension and compression and relatively good deformability of∼9%and∼21%for the SLM and SPS materials,*** corrosion resistance of the SPS material in 0.1 M NaCl solution was superior to the SLM one and comparable to the conventional extruded *** digital image correlation during loading and the cross-section analysis of the corrosion layers revealed that the residual porosity and large strained grains have the dominant negative effect on the functional properties of the SLM *** the other hand,one of the primary outcomes of this study is that the SPS consolidation method is very effective in the preparation of the W3 biodegradable alloy,resulting in material with convenient mechanical and degradation properties that might find practical applications.
