近年来,应用扫描隧道显微镜技术已经可以测量单个原子的电子自旋共振谱线,为实现原子尺度量子磁性的探测与操控迈出了重要一步。电子自旋共振扫描隧道显微镜具有原子分辨能力和几十个纳电子伏的超高能量分辨率,可以实现微弱信号的原子尺度探测,例如可以测量固体表面相距几纳米的两个原子之间的微弱磁偶极相互作用、单个原子的电子与核自旋之间的超精细相互作用,以及人工自旋阵列的量子涨落等。借助脉冲式电子自旋共振技术,可以进一步实现固体表面单个磁性原子以及耦合原子的量子相干操控,测量其拉比振荡、拉姆齐干涉条纹和自旋回波信号等。单原子脉冲式电子自旋共振的实现为应用单原子量子探针进行量子探测奠定了重要基础。另外,对具有原子级精度的人工自旋结构的量子相干操控,为多体系统的量子模拟提供了重要的固态实验平台。

Formation of the periodontium begins following onset of tooth-root formation in a coordinated manner after birth. Dental follicle progenitor cells are thought to form the cementum, alveolar bone and sharpey＇s fibers of the periodontal ligament （PDL）. However, little is known about the regulatory morphogens that control differentiation and function of these progenitor cells, as well as the progenitor cells involved in crown and root formation. We investigated the role of bone morphogenetic protein-2 （Bmp2） in these processes by the conditional removal of the Bmp2 gene using the sp7-Cre-EGFP mouse model. sp7-Cre-EGFP first becomes active at E18 in the first molar, with robust Cre activity at postnatal day 0 （PO）, followed by Cre activity in the second molar, which occurs after P0. There is robust Cre activity in the periodontium and third molars by 2 weeks of age. When the Bmp2gene is removed from sp7＋（Osterix＋） cells, major defects are noted in root, cellular cementum and periodontium formation. First, there are major cell autonomous defects in root-odontoblast terminal differentiation. second, there are major alterations in formation of the PDLs and cellular cementum, correlated with decreased nuclear factor IC （Nfic）, periostin and α-sMA＋ cells. Third, there is a failure to produce vascular endothelial growth factor A （VEGF-A） in the periodontium and the pulp leading to decreased formation of the microvascular and associated candidate stem cells in the Bmp2-cKOsp7-cre＇EGFe. Fourth, ameloblast function and enamel formation are indirectly altered in the Bmp2-cKOsp7-cre＇EGFe. These data demonstrate that the Bmp2 gene has complex roles in postnatal tooth development and periodontium formation.

Rhegmatogenous retinal detachments (RRD) are currently treated with pneumatic retinopexy,scleral buckling surgery(sBs) or primary pars plana vitrectomy(PPV).Worldwide,there is a definite trends towards PPV,which now seems to be the most popular treatment method and is used in 75 to 100% of cases in re- cently published *** main reason for the popularity of PPV is the better visibility and easier management of more challenging cases of ***,however,is also associated with a significant complication rate(cataract in phakie patients,PVR and redetach- ments) and some authorities argue that the current trend towards PPV will worsen the anatomical and functional outcome of the sur- gical treatment of *** retrospective and few prospective studies comparing sBs and PPV have been published;however, none has found a significant difference in the results.

The influence of co-catalyst triethylaluminium (TEAL) concentration on polymerization rate for standard Ziegler-Natta catalyst systems has been studied. By applying the simple polymerization rate model it is found that the co-catalyst concentration can be positively correlated with the number of active centers C*. This finding is confirmed by the fact that a deactivated catalyst can be reactivated by additional co-catalyst injection. It also is shown that co-catalyst concentration mmol·dm-3 should be used in ethene slurry polymerisation to qualify the behavior of Ziegler-Natta catalysts and not the commonly used co-catalyst/catalyst (Al/Ti) molar ratio.

Nivicolous myxomycete assemblages were surveyed on the northwest of the Greater Caucasian ridge in May-June 2010 and 2011 at a north facing transect between 1,700 and 2,920 m elevation of the summit Malaya Khatipara situated within the Teberda state Biosphere *** characters of 396 collections representing 45 taxa(39 species,3 varieties,and 3 forms)of myxomycetes in 8 genera and 5 families were ***(13)taxa are classified as rare(a species representss).Only seven species were found to be widely distributed(present in 50%or more of the 17 studied localities).To confirm the assignment of specimens to morphospecies,we obtained independently from determination 145 partial sequences of the 18s ssU rRNA gene from 35 taxa of Lamproderma,Meriderma,Physarum and Diderma,which turned out to represent 58 *** of the taxa represented by more than one sequence had several genotypes,with an average of 1.7 genotypes per *** for three taxonomically difficult groups of species,partial ssU sequences did well correspond with the respective morphospecies and where similar or identical to sequences of specimens from the European Alps,making this marker a good candidate for barcoding in *** richness and diversity increased from subalpine crooked-stem birch forests(23 species,2 varieties,H′02.8,E00.88,D00.08)to alpine dwarf shrub communities(34 species and 2 varieties,2 forms,H′03.2,E00.89,D00.05)but decreased again for alpine meadows(27 species and 2 varieties,2 forms,H′03.1,E00.91,D00.06).species richness and alpha-diversity reached maximum values for ground litter,whereas leaves and stems of living shrubs above ground harboured a more depauperate myxomycete assemblage.
