SiO2 coated γ-Fe2O3 nanocomposite powder has been successfully synthesized by chemical vapor condensation process and its feasibility on hyperthermic application was investigated in this study. The power loss of SiO2 coated γ-Fe2O3 nanocomposite powder which means the magnetic heating effect under alternative magnetic field was much higher than the single phase γ-Fe2O3 nano powder due to the very fine size under 20 nm and well dispersion in biologically compatible SiO2 matrix. The superparamagnetism and hyperthermic property of SiO2 coated γ-Fe2O3 nanocomposite powder were discussed in terms of microstructural development in this study.

nivicolous myxomycete assemblages were surveyed on the northwest of the Greater Caucasian ridge in May-June 2010 and 2011 at a north facing transect between 1,700 and 2,920 m elevation of the summit Malaya Khatipara situated within the Teberda State Biosphere *** characters of 396 collections representing 45 taxa(39 species,3 varieties,and 3 forms)of myxomycetes in 8 genera and 5 families were ***(13)taxa are classified as rare(a species representsnly seven species were found to be widely distributed(present in 50%or more of the 17 studied localities).To confirm the assignment of specimens to morphospecies,we obtained independently from determination 145 partial sequences of the 18S SSU rRnA gene from 35 taxa of Lamproderma,Meriderma,Physarum and Diderma,which turned out to represent 58 *** of the taxa represented by more than one sequence had several genotypes,with an average of 1.7 genotypes per *** for three taxonomically difficult groups of species,partial SSU sequences did well correspond with the respective morphospecies and where similar or identical to sequences of specimens from the European Alps,making this marker a good candidate for barcoding in *** richness and diversity increased from subalpine crooked-stem birch forests(23 species,2 varieties,H′02.8,E00.88,D00.08)to alpine dwarf shrub communities(34 species and 2 varieties,2 forms,H′03.2,E00.89,D00.05)but decreased again for alpine meadows(27 species and 2 varieties,2 forms,H′03.1,E00.91,D00.06).Species richness and alpha-diversity reached maximum values for ground litter,whereas leaves and stems of living shrubs above ground harboured a more depauperate myxomycete assemblage.

This contribution presents a new application of the spouted bed technique. The developed production process involves coating fine copper particles with a polymer in a spouted bed plant and then hot pressing the produced granules to form a compact consisting of a copper–polymer composite with a high filling degree. The fabricated composites possess high relative permittivity, which is advantageous for the production of effective capacitors. With increasing filling degree of copper, the relative permittivity of the composites increased, with a maximum relative permittivity of 214 obtained for the composite containing 78.1 vol% copper. Such a high filling degree can be achieved with conductive particles without obtaining a conductive composite by using the spouted bed technology in the production process. The high relative permittivity results from the high filling degree of particles isolated by a polymer coating.

With the rising extension of renewable energies, the intraday electricity markets have recorded a growingpopularity amongst traders as well as electric utilities to cope with the induced volatility of the energysupply. Through their short trading horizon and continuous nature, the intraday markets offer the abilityto adjust trading decisions from the day-ahead market or reduce trading risk in a short-term notice. Producersof renewable energies utilize the intraday market to lower their forecast risk, by modifying their providedcapacities based on current forecasts. However, the market dynamics are complex due to the fact that thepower grids have to remain stable and electricity is only partly storable. Consequently, robust and intelligenttrading strategies are required that are capable to operate in the intraday market. In this work, we proposea novel autonomous trading approach based on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) algorithms as a possiblesolution. For this purpose, we model the intraday trade as a Markov Decision Process (MDP) and employ theProximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm as our DRL approach. A simulation framework is introducedthat enables the trading of the continuous intraday price in a resolution of one minute steps. We test ourframework in a case study from the perspective of a wind park operator. We include next to general tradeinformation both price and wind forecasts. On a test scenario of German intraday trading results from 2018,we are able to outperform multiple baselines with at least 45.24% improvement, showing the advantage of theDRL algorithm. However, we also discuss limitations and enhancements of the DRL agent, in order to increasethe performance in future works.

Cortisol levels in skimmed milk during the first 22 weeks of lactation and response to short-term metabolic stress and lameness in dairy cows

Background： Cortisol is secreted into blood in reaction to acute stress, but also in phases of diminished feed intake and changed animal behavior. As cows do not always show clear signs of discomfort, reliable diagnostic markers could be used to provide information regarding individual cows＇ distress. The objective of this study was to establish an ether free immunoassay for the detection of cortisol and to determine values during the first 22 weeks of lactation. Furthermore, the response in milk cortisol levels was assessed during times of metabolic stress and pain associated symptoms of lameness. Methods： Milk yield and composition, blood serum glucose, nEFA and BHBA as well as milk cortisol were determined in 24 multiparous Holstein-Friesian cows over the course of the first 22 weeks of lactation. Animals were further checked for signs of clinical diseases on a daily basis. Two feed restrictions over three days （FR; 70 % of precious ad libitum intake） were performed during the 4th wk and the 21st wk, respectively. An ELISA for cortisol measurement in easily accessible bovine skimmed milk was established and applied. Results： On the last day of FR in early lactation, a reduction in milk yield and changes in serum metabolites compared to respective previous values were detected. The FR in mid-lactation resulted in no changes in milk production and serum metabolites. Milk cortisol was highest during first wk of lactation and remained on comparable levels thereafter. Milk yield and composition were not influenced by FR. Lameness resulted in enhanced milk cortisol levels. Conclusion： Milk cortisol could be used as an indicator of painful symptoms such as lameness. Higher values of milk cortisol levels during first wk of lactation should be taken into account for interpretation.

Background： The global search for new ways to sequester carbon has already reached agricultural lands. Such land constitutes a major potential carbon sink. The production of high value timber within agroforestry systems can facilitate an in-situ carbon storage function. This is followed by a potential long term ex- situ carbon sinkwithin long lasting products such as veneer and furniture. For this purpose wild cherry （Prunus avium L.） is an interesting option for middle Europe, yielding high prices on the timber market. Methods： A total number of 39 wild cherry were sampled in 2012 and 2013 to assess the leafless above ground biomass. The complete trees including stem and branches were separated into 1 cm diameter classes. Wood and bark from sub-samples were analysed separately and nutrient content was derived. Models for biomass estimation were constructed for all tree compartments. Results： The smallest diameter classes possess the highest proportion of bark due to smaller cross sectional area. Tree boles with a greater amount of stem wood above 10 cm in diameter will have a more constant bark proportion. Total branch bark proportion also remains relatively constant above *** measurements of 8 cm. A balance is evident between the production of new branches with a low diameter and high bark proportion offset by the thickening and a relative reduction in bark proportion in larger branches. The results show that a single tree with an age of 17 and 18 years can store up to 85 kg of carbon within the aboveground biomass portion, an amount that will increase as the tree matures. Branches display greater nutrient content than stem sections per volume unit which can be attributed to a greater bark proportion. Conclusions： Using the derived models the carbon and the nutrient content of above-ground woody biomass of whole trees can be calculated. The next generation space internet （nGSI） is based on all-IP-based mobile network that merges land-based network, sea-based network, sky-based network, spacebased network, deep space-based network together using existing assess network technologies. There are high signal propagation delays, high error rate, bandwidth variation and time-variety in nGSh In order to adapt to various space communication environment constraints and bandwidth variation, we propose a reduced dimension scalable video coding scheme based on CCSDS IDCS algorithm and quality of service （QoS） control method by cross layer design （CLD）. The experimental result shows that this new method has better performance than that of existing algorithms, and can be adaptive to the bandwidth variation dynamically.

The milling behavior of poly(amide imide),which serves as a prototypical hydrophilic high-performance polymer with a high glass transition temperature,was *** milling conditions(milling times up to 7h,stirrer tip speeds of 3.4-4.9 m/s,and mass concentrations of 5-20%) were tested,and particle sizes as low as d50,33μm were *** milling was performed at 11℃ in an *** scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis were performed before and after milling to investigate the effect of milling on the glass transition temperature and on the decomposition behavior of the *** suspension obtained after milling was observed to be stable without the addition of stabilizers or the adjustment of the pH value,and no negative effect of milling on the polymer properties was *** attritor technique proved to be an adequate and efficient milling tool for the production of micrometer-sized high-performance polymer suspensions.
