Epoxy resin is widely used in the support,insulation,and packaging components of electrical equipment owing to their excellent insulation,thermal,and mechanical ***,epoxy-resin insulation often suffers from thermal and mechanical stresses under extreme environmental conditions and a compact design,which can induce electrical tree degradation and insulation failure in electrical *** this study,the photoelastic method is employed to investigate the thermal-mechanical coupling stress dependence of the electrical treeing behavior of epoxy *** electrical tree growth morphology and stress distribution were observed using the photoelastic *** correlation between the tree length and overall accumulated damage with an increase in mechanical stress is *** results show that compressive stress retards the growth of electrical trees along the electric field,while tensile stress has accelerating *** proves that the presence of thermal stress can induce more severe accumulated damage.

辉铜矿（Cu2S）是最为常见的次生硫化铜矿物之一,也是重要的铜资源。自上世纪80年代以来,由于环保和经济上的优势,生物堆浸工艺处理低品位辉铜矿得以在世界范围内广泛应用。尽管该工艺已在工业上广泛应用,仍然存在铜浸出速率慢,铜回收率低,浸出周期长,酸耗成本高等问题。破碎粒径是重要的工艺参数之一,破碎粒径过粗影响铜回收率,破碎粒径过细则影响成本和渗滤性。尽管有许多研究报道了辉铜矿在酸性Fe2（SO4）3介质中的浸出动力学,但是缺乏控电位条件下,粒度对辉铜矿柱浸动力学影响的研究。本论文针对辉铜矿生物堆浸过程中破碎粒径对浸出速率及生产成本影响较大的问题,开展了不同粒级的辉铜矿“第一阶段”和“第二阶段”的浸出动力学研究,对优化辉铜矿生物堆浸工程实践具有借鉴意义。本论文在恒电位（Eh）,恒温和恒pH的条件下,研究了粒度对辉铜矿纯矿物柱浸动力学的影响。此外,为了模拟堆浸,采用萃余液喷淋研究了粗粒级的低品位铜矿的柱浸动力学。本论文旨在探究不同粒级（0.054-200 mm）对辉铜矿柱浸动力学的影响,并利用未反应收缩核模型研究速率控制步骤。实验结果表明,粒度对辉铜矿第一阶段浸出动力学影响显著,由于硫层阻碍作用,粒度对第二阶段浸出速率影响较小。CT和SEM-EDS结果表明辉铜矿浸出后孔隙和裂缝明显增加。“第二阶段”动力学分析表明细粒级（0.054-31 mm）浸出同时受化学反应和扩散控制,而粗粒级（31-200 mm）浸出主要受扩散过程控制。通过粒度对辉铜矿浸出动力学的影响,进一步明确了微生物强化辉铜矿浸出的作用:嗜酸铁氧化菌除了维持溶液电位平衡,更重要体现在提高Fe3+和Fe2+的扩散推动力;嗜酸硫氧化菌主要作用体现在氧化S0层,减少扩散阻碍。本论文为生物堆浸应用中选择合理的破碎粒径提供了基础数据支持,为优化生物堆浸实践提供参考。

Plants are regularly exposed to myriads of stress factors that cause tremendous damage to their genetic make-up. To ensure genome stability and survival over several generations under harsher environmental conditions, plants have evolved a unique mechanism for dealing with DNA damage known as the DNA damage response pathway (DDR). It has been proposed that there may exist a relationship between the DNA damage response pathway and abiotic stress response in plants. To further investigate this relationship, we knocked down the soybean suppressor of gamma response 1 gene (GmSOG1), a master regulatory gene of the DDR, in soybean plants and subjected the generated transgenic plants to drought stress analysis. Gene expression analysis of the GmSOG1 gene in drought stressed soybean tissues revealed high levels of expression in buds and young leaves. The root lengths and root fresh weights of transgenic soybean plants grown on Murashige and Skoog media supplemented with Gamborg B5 vitamins (MSB5 media) containing 200 mM mannitol for 10 days were significantly lesser than those of drought stressed wild-type plants. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) induced drought stress assay in vivo resulted in significant damage in transgenic plants compared with wild-type plants. 近年来,变革型领导已成为一种能够激励或改造员工的领导风格,可以提高员工的动力和工作满意度,从而为组织和员工自身带来成就。本研究旨在探讨变革型领导对缅甸中小企业员工工作满意度的影响,并探讨工作动机在其中的中介作用。本研究只关注变革型领导力的两个维度,即鼓舞式的激励和理想化影响。在研究中,发现了这两个维度对工作满意度和工作动力的影响。随着市场竞争日益激烈,每个组织都需要学习充满活力的领导风格和有效的策略,以在市场上保持竞争优势,并为渴望新产品的客户提供服务。工作满意度已成为组织实现绩效的关键影响因素,可以为员工带来认可、收入、晋升和其他目标的实现。而激励是提高员工工作满意度的主要动力。本研究针对缅甸的中小型企业中的360名员工进行了问卷调查。使用多因素领导力问卷(MLQ Form 5X)衡量变革型领导力,使用自决理论中的多维工作动机量表(MWMS)衡量工作动机,使用满意度理论衡量工作。应用统计软件SPSS 21.0,对收集的这360名受访者的数据进行分析,7个研究假设得到了验证。本研究结果表明,变革型领导与工作满意度是相互关联的,工作动机可以作为变革型领导性格激励动机与理想化影响行为对工作满意度和工作动力产生正向影响的中介常量值。在这项研究中,我们证明了只有两种变革型领导风格才能提高作为不同组织风格的动力和工作满意度。

Two new 2H-pyran-2-one glucosides,cuscutarosides A(1)and B(2),and one new steroidal glucoside,7β-methoxy-β-sitosterol 3-O-β-glucopyranoside(3),together with 12 known compounds(4-15)were isolated from the whole plant of Cuscuta reflexa(Convolvulaceae)collected from *** chemical structures of these new compounds were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic *** antiobesity activity of these isolates was evaluated using porcine pancreatic lipase(PPL),and the antiplatelet aggregation activity was screened using rabbit platelets induced by thrombin,platelet-activating factor(PAF),arachidonate(AA),or collagen.7β-Methoxy-β-sitosterol 3-O-β-glucopyranoside(3)showed weak PPL inhibitory *** A(1),its acetylated derivative(1a),and scrophenoside B(8)showed weak inhibitory activity against rabbit platelet aggregation induced by *** 1a also showed inhibitory activity against rabbit platelet aggregation induced by AA.

Triploid Wild Rice (BKK) Strain Found in Bangkok Originated from Hybridizations among Three Parental <i>Oryza</i>Species

A wild rice (BKK) strain showing sterile spikelet and big leaves inhabited at the basin of the Chao Phraya river of Bangkok city, Thailand. The BKK strain was found as a natural triploid and thus its origin has been interested long time. Three different-sized fragments were amplified in RNA polymerase I largest subunit (PolA1) gene, which is a single-copy nuclear gene per haploid genome. Short type (0.14 kb) intron 20 sequence of BKK strain was identical to that of O. rufipogon and O. sativa. Phylogenetic analysis showed that long type (1.5 kb and 1.8 kb) intron 20 sequences of BKK strain were closely related to that of O. longistaminata and O. officinalis, respectively. We analyzed protein tag (Ptag) sequence encoded by exons 19 to 21 of PolA1 gene. Determined three Ptag sequences of BKK strain were identical to that of O. rufipogon, O. longistaminata, and O. officinalis, respectively. Relative DNA content of nuclei in O. officinalis and BKK strain was 1.5 and 1.75 times than that in O. sativa, respectively. And BKK strain contained CentO-C1 repeats, which were unique to O. officinalis. These results indicated that BKK strain comprised three genomes of O. rufipogon, O. longistaminata, and O. officinalis.

Background:The National Plan for Malaria Elimination(NPME)in Myanmar(2016–2030)aims to eliminate indigenous Plasmodium falciparum malaria in six states/regions of low endemicity by 2020 and countrywide by *** achieve this goal,in 2016 the National Malaria Control Program(NMCP)implemented the“1-3-7”surveillance and response *** study aims to identify the barriers to successful implementation of the NPME which emerged during the early phase of the“1-3-7”approach ***:A mixed-methods study was conducted with basic health staff(BHS)and Vector Born Disease Control Program(VBDC)staff between 2017 and 2018 in six townships of six states/regions targeted for sub-national elimination by 2020.A self-administered questionnaire,designed to assess the knowledge required to implement the“1-3-7”approach,was completed by 544 *** analysis was performed for quantitative findings and thematic analysis was conducted for qualitative findings using *** ***:Although 83%of participants reported performing the key activities in the“1-3-7”surveillance and response approach,less than half could report performing those activities within 3 days and 7 days(40 and 43%,respectively).Low proportion of BHS correctly identified six categories of malaria cases and three types of foci(22 and 26%,respectively).In contrast,nearly 80%of respondents correctly named three types of case detection *** cited challenges included‘low community knowledge on health’(43%),‘inadequate supplies’(22%),and‘transportation difficulty’(21%).Qualitative data identified poor knowledge of key surveillance activities,delays in reporting,and differences in reporting systems as the primary *** dominant perceived barrier to success was inability to control the influx of migrant workers into target jurisdictions especially in hard-to-reach *** with township medical officers and the NMCP team leaders further highlighted the necessity o
