In recent years,natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)in the treatment of colorectal cancer has attracted widespread *** potential benefits of NOSES including reduction in postoperative pain and wound complications,less use of postoperative analgesic,faster recovery of bowel function,shorter length of hospital stay,better cosmetic and psychological effect have been described in colorectal *** significant decrease in surgical trauma of NOSES have been observed,the potential pitfalls of this technique have been ***,several issues including bacteriological concerns,oncological outcomes and patient selection are raised with this new ***,it is urgent and necessary to reach a consensus as an industry guideline to standardize the implementation of NOSES in colorectal *** three rounds of discussion by all members of the International Alliance of NOSES,the consensus is finally completed,which is also of great significance to the long-term progress of NOSES worldwide.

We report the discovery of KMT-2020-BLG-0414 Lb,with a planet-to-host mass ratio q2=0.9-1.2×10-5=3-4 q⊕at 1σ,which is the lowest mass-ratio microlensing planet to *** with two other recent discoveries(4?q/q⊕?6),it fills out the previous empty sector at the bottom of the triangular(log s,log q)diagram,where s is the planet-host separation in units of the angular Einstein radiusθ***,these discoveries call into question the existence,or at least the strength,of the break in the mass-ratio function that was previously suggested to account for the paucity of very low-q *** to the extreme magnification of the event,Amax~1450 for the underlying single-lens event,its light curve revealed a second companion with q3~0.05 and|log s3|~1,i.e.,a factor~10 closer to or farther from the host in *** measurements of the microlens parallaxπE and the angular Einstein radiusθE allow estimates of the host,planet and second companion masses,(M1,M2,M3)~(0.3 M⊙,1.0 M⊕,17 MJ),the planet and second companion projected separations,(a⊥,2,a⊥,3)~(1.5,0.15 or 15)au,and system distance DL~1 *** lens could account for most or all of the blended light(I~19.3)and so can be studied immediately with high-resolution photometric and spectroscopic observations that can further clarify the nature of the *** planet was found as part of a new program of high-cadence follow-up observations of high-magnification *** detection of this planet,despite the considerable difficulties imposed by COVID-19(two KMT sites and OGLE were shut down),illustrates the potential utility of this program.

At present,natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)has attracted more and more attention worldwide,because of its great advantages including minimal cutaneous trauma and post-operative pain,fast post-operative recovery,short hospital stay,and positive psychological ***,NOSES for the treatment of gastric cancer(GC)is still in its infancy,and there is great potential to improve its theoretical system and clinical ***,several key points including oncological outcomes,bacteriological concerns,indication selection,and standardized surgical procedures are raised with this innovative ***,it is necessary to achieve an international consensus to regulate the implementation of GC-NOSES,which is of great significance for healthy and orderly development of NOSES worldwide.

学者们认为,公共组织利用定量绩效指标可能会产生意想不到的后果,这些后果的坏处可能大于绩效测量的好处。我们研究了在公共组织中目标模糊性和外部控制与绩效测量中扭曲行为的关系。我们使用固定效应有序逻辑回归方法分析了韩国中央和地方政府47个机构的数据。结果显示,目标模糊性与绩效测量中的扭曲行为呈显著正相关。目标模糊性可能会使公务员滥用绩效信息,以获得更高的绩效评级奖励。与我们的预期相反,强化外部控制与绩效测量中的扭曲行为呈显著负相关。加强工作自主权与绩效测量中的扭曲行为没有显著相关。具有较高内在动机的员工不太可能扭曲绩效信息,而具有较高外在动机的员工更有可能扭曲绩效信息以获得更高的绩效评级。

Purpose The Large Hadron Collider(LHC)at European Organization for Nuclear Research is planned to be upgraded to the high luminosity *** the luminosity makes muon triggering reliable and ofﬂine reconstruction very *** enhance the redundancy of the Compact Muon Solenoid(CMS)Muon system and resolve the ambiguity of track reconstruction in the forward region,an improved Resistive Plate Chamber(iRPC)with excellent time resolution will be installed in the Phase-2 CMS *** iRPC will be equipped with Front-End Electronics(FEE),which can perform high-precision time measurements of signals from both ends of the *** Back-End Electronics(BEE)need to be researched and developed to provide sophisticated functionalities such as interacting with FEE with shared links for fast,slow control(SC)and data,in addition to trigger primitives(TPs)generation and data acquisition(DAQ).Method The BEE prototype uses a homemade hardware board compatible with the MTCA standard,the back-end board(BEB).BEE interacts with FEE via a bidirectional 4.8 Gbps optical paired-link that integrates clock,data,and control *** clock and fast/slow control commands are distributed from BEB to the FEE via the *** uplink is used for BEB to receive the time information of the iRPC’sﬁred strips and the responses to the fast/slow control *** have a pipelined detector data for clusterﬁnding operation,recover(DeMux)the time relationship of which is changed due to the transmission protocol for the continuous incoming MUXed data from *** at each bunch crossing(BX),clusteringﬁred strips that satisfy time and spatial constraints to generate *** incoming raw MUXed detector data and TPs in a time window and latency based on the trigger signal are read out to the DAQ *** Ethernet(GbE)of SiTCP and commercial 10-GbE are used as link standards for SC and DAQ,respectively,for the BEB to interact with the *** The joint test results of

Purpose To complement and ensure redundancy in the endcap muon system of the Compact Muon Solenoid(CMS)detector and to extend the Resistive Plate Chamber(RPC)system coverage,improved RPCs(iRPCs)with either orthogonal layer strips with one-end electronics or single layer strips with two-end electronics providing more precise time measurement will be installed in the very forward pseudorapidity region of|η|<*** iRPC readout system needs to support twodimensional(2D)or two-end *** addition,it must combine detector data with Timing,Trigger and fast Control(TTC)and Slow Control(SC)into one data stream over a bi-directional optical link with a line rate of 4.8 Gb/s between the Front-End Electronics(FEE)and the Back-End Electronics(BEE).To fulfill these requirements,a prototype BEE for the iRPC 2D chamber has been researched and *** A Micro-Telecommunication and Computing Architecture(μTCA)-based processing card was designed in this study to establish a prototype system together with aμTCA *** Giga-Bit Transceiver(GBT)protocol is integrated to provide bi-directional communication between the FEE and BEE.A server is connected with the BEE by a Gigabit Ethernet(GbE)link for SC and a 10-GbE link for Data AcQuisition(DAQ).Results The Bit Error Rate(BER)test of the back-end board and a joint test with the iRPC 2D prototype chamber were *** less than 1.331×10−16 was *** timemeasurement with a resolution of 3.05 nswas successfully realized,and detector efficiencies of 97.7%for longitudinal strips and 96.0%for orthogonal strips were *** results demonstrate the correctness and reliability of the prototype *** The BEE prototype satisfies the requirements for the iRPC 2D chamber,and it worked stably and reliably during a long-term joint test run.
