In today’s society with highly developed transportation, automobile transportation accounts for a large proportion, which has promoted the vigorous development of automobile manufacturing. The fuel tank level of an automobile is an important measured parameter in the driving process of the car, and the fuel quantity sensor is an indispensable part of the quantity measurement system. The importance of the quality inspection process at the factory is self-evident. At present, most of the vehicle oil quantity sensors use reed switch liquid level sensors, and most of the current factory detection of the sensors is manual way, which not only requires a lot of labor costs, but also have high missed detection rate. This article designs a low-cost automotive oil level sensor detection device, which uses MCU and constant current source circuit instead of the traditional manual instrument detection. It also has on-site display function and threshold storage function. At the same time, the device can automatically identify the sensor model and execute different detection procedure without manual settings when the sensor is connected. The test results show that this device greatly improves the detection efficiency and accuracy, and reduces the cost of testing.

The Use of Graphene-Based Earphones in Wireless Communication

Precise clock correction is the important basic data for estimating troposphere parameters, precise point positioning (PPP) and satellite precise orbit determination. In this paper, a strict and reliable clock combination approach is proposed. The main idea is as follows: the compatibility corrections of satellite orbit, station coordinates and geocenter offset are applied to Analysis Center (AC) clock solutions firstly. It aims at maintaining the consistency of all IGS combined products. The individual AC clock solutions’ offset and drift parameters with respect to the broadcast clock solutions are estimated using robust least square method. Then individual AC solutions are aligned to a common reference time-frame. The initial weights of clock combination are determined by posteriori mean square error of parameters estimate. Using robust estimation with high-breakpoint of pollution rate resists gross error. At last the final clock combination is obtained based on the weighted average method by iteratively calculating equivalent weights. The results show that combined clock solution obtained by the proposed method has commendable consistency with IGS final clock solution. The RMS of the discrepancy between combination clock and IGS final clock is about 0.03.05ns, which is significantly better than the results of AC clock solutions. Combination clock correction is also more stable and reliable. Finally, static PPP test proves that the combination clock maintains the consistency of orbit and clock at millimeter level.

Graphene-based materials have attracted much attention in recent years. Many researchers have demonstrated prototypes using graphene-based materials, but few specific applications have appeared. Graphene- based acoustic devices have become a popular topic. This paper describes a novel method to fabricate graphene- based earphones by laser scribing. The earphones have been used in wireless communication systems. A wireless communication system was built based on an ARM board. Voice from a mobile phone was transmitted to a graphene-based earphone. The output sound had a similar wave envelope to that of the input; some differences were introduced by the DC bias added to the driving circuit of the graphene-based earphone. The graphene-based earphone was demonstrated to have a great potential in wireless communication.

Phase-change material(PCM)is widely used in thermal management due to their unique thermal ***,related research in thermal rectifier is mainly focused on exploring the principles at the fundamental device level,which results in a gap to real ***,we propose a controllable thermal rectification design towards building applications through the direct adhesion of composite thermal rectification material(TRM)based on PCM and reduced graphene oxide(rGO)aerogel to ordinary concrete walls(CWs).The design is evaluated in detail by combining experiments and finite element *** is found that,TRM can regulate the temperature difference on both sides of the TRM/CWs system by thermal *** difference in two directions reaches to 13.8 K at the heat flow of 80 W/m^(2).In addition,the larger the change of thermal conductivity before and after phase change of TRM is,the more effective it is for regulating temperature difference in two *** stated technology has a wide range of applications for the thermal energy control in buildings with specific temperature requirements.

The crossmodal interaction of different senses,which is an important basis for learning and memory in the human brain,is highly desired to be mimicked at the device level for developing neuromorphic crossmodal perception,but related researches are ***,we demonstrate an optoelectronic synapse for vision-olfactory crossmodal perception based on MXene/violet phosphorus(VP)van der Waals *** from the efficient separation and transport of photogenerated carriers facilitated by conductive MXene,the photoelectric responsivity of VP is dramatically enhanced by 7 orders of magnitude,reaching up to 7.7 A W^(−1).Excited by ultraviolet light,multiple synaptic functions,including excitatory postsynaptic currents,pairedpulse facilitation,short/long-term plasticity and“learning-experience”behavior,were demonstrated with a low power ***,the proposed optoelectronic synapse exhibits distinct synaptic behaviors in different gas environments,enabling it to simulate the interaction of visual and olfactory information for crossmodal *** work demonstrates the great potential of VP in optoelectronics and provides a promising platform for applications such as virtual reality and neurorobotics.

The structure and properties of a 16-atom body-centered cubic lithium cell with an interstitial hydrogen atom are studied using a pseudopotential-plane-wave method within the density functional theory at 0 K and high pressures. The host lattice is dra-matically distorted by the introduction of H. Although the hydrogen atom is stable at the tetragonal site in perfect bcc host lattice,it favors the octahedral site formed by six non-equivalent Li atoms after full relaxation of the cell,showing P4/mmm symmetry within the pressures ranging from 0 to 6 GPa. The lattice ratio (a/c) changes irregularly with external pressure at about 3 GPa. The hydrogen band lies in the bottom of the valence band,separated by a gap from the metallic bands,illustrating the electronegativity of hydrogen. High reflectivity in the low frequency area induced by the impurity hydrogen is observed when only interband transitions are taken account of. A dip in reflectivity due to parallel band transitions is observed at ～0.4 eV. Another dip at ～4.3 eV appears when external pressure increases over 4 GPa.

Developing molecular approaches to the creation of robust and water-resistant adhesive materials promotes a fundamental understanding of interfacial adhesion mechanisms as well as future applications of biomedical adhesive ***,we present a simple and robust strategy that combines natural thioctic acid and mussel-inspired iron-catechol complexes to enable ultra-strong adhesive materials that can be used underwater and simultaneously exhibit unprecedentedly high adhesion strength on diverse *** experimental results show that the robust crosslinking interaction of the iron-catechol complexes,as well as high-density hydrogen bonding,are responsible for the ultra-high interfacial adhesion *** embedding effect of the hydrophobic solvent-free network of poly(disulfides) further enhances the *** dynamic covalent poly(disulfides) network also makes the resulting materials re configurable,thus enabling reusability via repeated heating and *** molecule-engineering strategy offers a general and versatile solution to the design and construction of dynamic supramolecular adhesive materials.

A novel hydrophilic copolymer P(NI-heMA) containing the pendant group of naphthalimide moiety has been prepared. In the aqueous buffer solution, its film on the glass substrate shows an obvious fluorescence change and excellent linear relevance in the pH range of 5.8-8.0. Specifically, using the isobestic point at 406 nm as excitation wavelength can avoid the UV irradiation and the tedious calibration process. The film stability and hydrophilicity of copolymer P(NI-heMA) were studied. Because of the easy synthesis, low price and high linear relevance to pH, the hydrophilic chemosensor film of P(NI- heMA) could be potentially applied as a low-cost pH indicator for high-throughput bioprocessing in microreactors.
