This editorial discusses the article written by Tchilikidi et al that was published in the latest edition of the World Journal of Gastrointestinal *** and molecular profiling of perihilar cholangiocarcinoma(pCCA)has identified a number of key abnormalities that drive tumor growth and spread,including pyruvate kinase M2,proline rich 11,and transcription factor 7,*** has specific genetic and molecular features that can be used to develop personalized treatment *** treatment approaches offer new opportunities for effectively targeting the underlying drivers of tumor growth and *** findings based on tumor genetic and molecular characteristics highlight the importance of developing personalized treatment strategies.

AIM： To explore the effect of he .lie tang （decoction for medication） on serum levels of T lymphocyte subsets, NK cell activity and cytokines in chronic hepatitis B patients. METHODS： Eighty-five patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided randomly into two groups. Fifty patients in group I were treated with he .lie tang （HIT） and 35 patients in group II were treated with combined medication. The levels of T-lymphocyte subsets （CD^3＋, CD^4＋, CD^8＋）, NK cell activity, cytokines （TNF-α, IL-8, sIL-2R） were observed before and after the treatment. Another 20 normal persons served as group 3. RESULTS： The level of CD^4＋ cells and NK cell activity were lower, whereas the level of CD^8＋ cells in patients was higher than that in normal persons （t = 2.685, 3.172, and 2.754 respectively; P〈0.01）. The levels of TNF-α, IL-8, and sIL-2R in chronic hepatitis B patients were higher than those in normal persons （t = 3.526, 3.170, and 2.876 respectively; P〈0.01）. After 6 months of treatment, ALT, AST, and TB levels in the two groups were obviously decreased （t = 3.421, 3.106, and 2.857 respectively; P〈0.01）. The level of CD^4＋ cells and NK cell activity were increased whereas the level of CD^8＋ cells decreased （t = 2.179, 2.423, and 2.677 respectively; P〈0.05） in group I. The levels of TNF-α, IL-8, and sIL- 2R in group I were decreased significantly after the treatment （t = 2.611, 2.275, and 2.480 respectively; P〈0.05） but had no significant difference in groupII after the treatment （t = 1.906, 1.833, and 2.029 respectively; P〉0.05）. The total effective rate had no significant difference between the two groups （X^2 = 2.882, P〉0.05） but the markedly effective rate was significantly different between the two groups （X^2 = 5.340, P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： HIT is effective in treating chronic hepatitis B. HIT seems to exert its effect by improving the cellular immune function and decreasing inflammatory cytokines in chronic hepatitis B patients. The function of HIT in protecting liver fun

Viscoelastic Analysis of a Surface Acoustic Wave Gas Sensor Coated by a New Deposition Technique

An analysis of the response of surface acoustic wave sensors coated with polymer film based on new coating deposition （self-assemble and molecularly imprinted technology） is described and the response formulas are hence deduced. Using the real part of shear modulus, the polymer can be classified into three types： glassy film, glassy-rubbery film and rubbery film, Experimental results show that the attenuation response is in better consistence with the simulation than in Martin＇s theory, but the velocity response does not accord with the calculation exactly. Maybe it is influenced by the experimental methods and environment. In addition, simulations of gas sorption for polymer films are performed. As for glassy film, the SAW sensor response increases with increasing fihn thickness, and the relationship between the sensor response and the concentration of gas is pretty linear, while as for glassy-rubbery flint and rubbery film, the relationship between the sensor sensitivity anti concentration of gas is very complicated. The ultimately calculated results indicate that the relationship between the sensor response and frequency is not always linear due to the viscoelastic prooerties of the polymer.

目的探讨前交叉韧带重建术后患者心理因素、社会支持与康复效果的相关性。方法采用前交叉韧带-伤后回归运动量表(ACL-RSI)、中文版Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对2020年1月至10月于辽宁省某三级甲等医院就诊行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建的210例患者进行调查。结果患者术后ACL-RSI心理现状总得分为(68.67±9.78)分，社会支持得分为(29.93±12.23)分，康复效果得分为(19.25±7.05)分，社会支持与心理特征及康复效果均呈正相关(r=0.864、0.858,P<0.05)，心理特征与康复效果呈正相关(r=0.849,P<0.05)。模型拟合结果显示，社会支持在心理特征与康复效果之间存在部分中介作用，中介效应占总效应的33%。结论前交叉韧带重建术后患者心理特征因素对康复效果有直接预测作用，但受到社会支持的中介调节，今后应加强对重建术后患者的社会支持，促进早日康复。

A real-time dwell scheduling model, which takes the time and energy constraints into account is founded from the viewpoint of scheduling gain. Scheduling design is turned into a nonlinear programming procedure. The real-time dwell scheduling algorithm based on the scheduling gain is presented with the help of two heuristic rules. The simulation results demonstrate that compared with the conventional adaptive scheduling method, the algorithm proposed not only increases the scheduling gain and the time utility but also decreases the task drop rate.

The problem of scheduling radar dwells in multifunction phased array radar systems is addressed. A novel dwell scheduling algorithm is proposed. The whole scheduling process is based on an online pulse interleaving technique. It takes the system timing and energy constraints into account. In order to adapt the dynamic task load, the algorithm considers both the priorities and deadlines of tasks. The simulation results demonstrate that compared with the conventional adaptive dwell scheduling algorithm, the proposed one can improve the task drop rate and system resource utility effectively.

本试验旨在探究发酵枳实残渣对仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道健康的影响。选取32头体重为(7.65±0.18)kg杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。各组分别饲喂发酵枳实残渣添加水平为0(对照组)、4%(4%FF组)、8%(8%FF组)、12%(12%FF组)的试验饲粮。试验期30 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,8%FF组的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,8%FF组的血清总蛋白(TP)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),4%FF、8%FF、12%FF组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),4%FF和8%FF组的血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,8%FF组的空肠绒毛高度、杯状细胞数量和绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著提高(P<0.05),空肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,8%FF和12%FF组的空肠闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)、超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)和核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)的mRNA相对表达水平显著提高(P<0.05),8%FF组的空肠封闭蛋白(Occludin)的mRNA相对表达水平显著提高(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,8%FF和12%FF组的结肠拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),结肠厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05);4%FF和8%FF组的结肠乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),12%FF组的结肠普氏菌属(Prevotella)相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),4%FF、8%FF和12%FF组的结肠链球菌属(Streptococcus)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加发酵枳实残渣对仔猪生长性能无负面影响,并且能提高机体抗氧化能力,改善肠道形态,增加肠道微生物多样性,最终改善仔猪的生长性能。本试验条件下,仔猪饲粮中发酵枳实残渣添加水平以8%为宜。
