monolithic dome structures were built in the 1970s in Europe and America. These dome structures share common benefits of being cost-efficient, earth-friendly, extremely durable, and easily maintained. monolithic shells are easily constructed and are extremely cost- effective. monolithic domes respond efficiently to any climate, even to extremely cold or hot temperatures. In terms of utility savings, monolithic domes can cut electricity consumption by up to one-third, thereby saving 60-70% of total enersy costs. moreover, monolithic structures provide the hishest survivability rates from destructions. The interior of monolithic domes have perfect, concave shapes to ensure that sound travels throush the dome and perfectly collected at different vocal points. These dome structures are utilized for domestic use because the scale allows the focal points to be positioned across daily life activities, thereby affecting the sonic comfort of the internal space. This study examines the various acoustic treatments and parametric configurations of monolithic dome sizes. A geometric relationship of acoustic treatment and dome radius is established to provide architects guidelines on the correct selection of absorption needed to maintain the acoustic comfort of these special spaces.

Lateral displacement due to liquefaction(D_(H))is the most destructive effect of earthquakes in saturated loose or semi-loose sandy *** all earthquake parameters,the standardized cumulative absolute velocity(CAV_(5))exhibits the largest correlation with increasing pore water pressure and ***,the complex effect of fine content(FC)at different values has been studied and ***,these two contexts have not been entered into empirical and semi-empirical models to predict D_(H)This study bridges this gap by adding CAV_(5)to the data set and developing two artificial neural network(ANN)*** first model is based on the entire range of the parameters,whereas the second model is based on the samples with FC values that are less than the 28%critical *** results demonstrate the higher accuracy of the second model that is developed even with less ***,according to the uncertainties in the geotechnical and earthquake parameters,sensitivity analysis was performed via monte Carlo simulation(mCS)using the second developed ANN model that exhibited higher *** results demonstrated the significant influence of the uncertainties of earthquake parameters on predicting D_(H).

The generalized order statistics which introduced by [1] are studied in the present paper. The Gompertz distribution is widely used to describe the distribution of adult deaths, and some related models used in the economic applications [2]. Previous works concentrated on formulating approximate relationships to characterize it [3-5]. The main aim of this paper is to obtain the distribution of single, two, and all generalized order statistics from Gompertz distribution with some special cases. In addition the conditional distribution of two generalized order statistics from the same distribution is obtained. The Gompertz distribution has a continuous probability density function with location parameter a and shape parameter b, , where x restricted by the interval . The nth moment generated function of the Gompertz distributed random variable X is given on the form: where, is the generalized integro-exponential function [6]. In this paper we shall obtain joint distribution, distribution of product of two generalized order statistics from the Gompertz distribution, and then derive some useful formulas of these distributions as special cases.

AIm:To examine the influence of ghrelin on the regenerative potential of gastrointestinal(GI)***:Damage to GI epithelium was induced in mice by two intravenous injections of doxorubicin(10 and 6 mg/kg).Some of the doxorubicin-treated mice received a continuous subcutaneous infusion of ghrelin(1.25μg/h)for 10 d via implanted mini-osmotic *** label dividing stem cells in the S-phase of the cell cycle,all mice received a single intraperitoneal injection of 5'-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine(BrdU)one hour before *** stomach along with the duodenum were then removed and processed for histological examination and immunohistochemistry using anti-BrdU ***:The results showed dramatic damage to the GI epithelium 3 d after administration of chemotherapy which began to recover by day *** ghrelintreated mice,attenuation of GI mucosal damage was evident in the tissues examined *** analysis showed an increase in the number of BrdUlabeled cells and an alteration in their distribution along the epithelial lining in response to damage by *** mice treated with both doxorubicin and ghrelin,the number of BrdUlabeled cells was reduced when compared with mice treated with doxorubicin ***:The present study suggests that ghrelin enhances the regenerative potential of the GI epithelium in doxorubicintreated mice,at least in part,by modulating cell proliferation.

This article introduces a new medical internet of things(IoT)framework for intelligent fall detection system of senior people based on our proposed deep forest *** cascade multi-layer structure of deep forest classifier allows to generate new features at each level with minimal hyperparameters compared to deep neural ***,the optimal number of the deep forest layers is automatically estimated based on the early stopping criteria of validation accuracy value at each generated *** suggested forest classifier was successfully tested and evaluated using a public SmartFall dataset,which is acquired from three-axis accelerometer in a *** includes 92781 training samples and 91025 testing samples with two labeled classes,namely non-fall and *** results of our deep forest classifier demonstrated a superior performance with the best accuracy score of 98.0%compared to three machine learning models,i.e.,K-nearest neighbors,decision trees and traditional random forest,and two deep learning models,which are dense neural networks and convolutional neural *** considering security and privacy aspects in the future work,our proposed medical IoT framework for fall detection of old people is valid for real-time healthcare application deployment.

Objective:To study genetic variation in buffalo follicle stimulating hormone beta-subunit (FSHB) gene and its association with ***: In this experimental study, blood samples were collected by standard methods using EDTA anticoagulant and transrectal ultrasound examination was conducted on fertile (n=74) and infertile buffaloes with a history of anestrum (n=30) or repeat breeding (n=12). The genomic DNA was extracted for PCR followed by single strand conformation polymorphism analysis. DNA sequencing was performed for the determination of single nucleotide polymorphism ofFSHB ***:The study results showed that there was genetic polymorphism with two different single strand conformation polymorphism patterns, AA and AB. The former pattern was associated with fertility in Egyptian buffaloes. Pair wise alignment of the two patterns sequences revealed that FSHB pattern II (AB) has C nucleotide insertion as SNP at the site of 208 bp of sequenced ***:FSHB is polymorphic in the infertile Egyptian buffaloes, suggesting its practicability as a candidate marker for female fertility.

Social distancing during COVID-19 has become one of the most important measures in reducing the risks of the spread of the virus. Implementing thesemeasures at universities is crucial and directly related to the physical attendance ofthe populations of students, professors, employees, and other members on campus. This research proposes an automated scheduling approach that can help universities and schools comply with the social distancing regulations by providingassistance in avoiding huge assemblages of people. Furthermore, this paper proposes a novel course timetable-scheduling scheme based on four main ***, a distance of two meters must be maintained between each student inside theclassroom. Second, no classrooms should contain more than 20% of their regularcapacity. Third, there would be no back-to-back classes. Lastly, no lectures shouldbe held simultaneously in adjacent classrooms. The proposed approach wasimplemented using a variable neighborhood search (VNS) approach with an adaptive neighborhood structure (AD-NS) to resolve the problem of scheduling coursetimetables at Al-Ahlyyia Amman University. However, the experimental resultsshow that the proposed techniques outperformed the standard VNS tested on university course timetabling benchmark dataset ITC2007-Track3. meanwhile, theapproach was tested using datasets collected from the faculty of information technology at Al-Ahlyyia Amman University (Jordan). Where the results showed that,the proposed technique could help educational institutes to resume their regularoperations while complying with the social distancing guidelines.

Evaluation of the Accuracy of Digital models Obtained Using Intraoral and Extraoral Scanners versus Gold Standard Plaster model (Diagnostic Accuracy Study)

Introduction: Digital models showed promising results for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. Digital models can be obtained from alginate impressions as well as direct intra-oral scanners. Studies assessing the accuracy of digital models have shown digital models to be valid, clinically acceptable, and more quickly obtainable. With the advent of new scanners with better scanning technology researches are necessary to evaluate their accuracy and reliability. Aim of Study: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of 3D digital models obtained through intraoral and extraoral scanning modalities to the reference gold standard plaster model. material & methods: Twenty-four adult male and female subjects were randomly selected for this study. The intraoral scanners evaluated in this study were Sirona (CEREC Omnicam) and 3 shape (TRIOS 3), while the laboratory scanners used were Sirona (inEos X5), and 3 shape (D850). Intra-oral scanning of the subjects and extra-oral scanning of their alginate impressions, plaster models of the alginate impression, rubber base impression, and plaster model of their rubber base impression were done. Linear dental measurements included intermolar width, interpremolar width, intercanine width, mesiodistal width of the 1st permanent molar, 1st premolar, canine and central incisor and arch width. All data were collected, tabulated and subjected to statistical analysis. Results: Small differences between the plaster and digital models were observed. Intra-observer reliability analysis for 14 out of the 16 measurements showed that all variables exhibited good to excellent reliability. Conclusions: There was no difference between the digitization using the intraoral scanner or the laboratory scanner.
