Studies on Degradation of Diquat Pesticide in Aqueous Solutions Using Electrochem.cal m.thod

The C/PbO2 electrode assisted electrochem.cal rem.val of diquat dibrom.de herbicides solutions has been the subject of the present investigation under several operating conditions. The optim.m.conditions of the treatm.nt process are: current density of 150 m./cm., pH 2.2, NaCl concentration 2 g/L, tem.erature of 10?C and initial diquat concentration of 50 m./L. The tim. of electrolysis is 60 m.n for degradation rate of diquat and chem.cal oxygen dem.nd (COD) rem.val is 210 m.n. The results were obtained by UV-Vis spectrophotom.ter and the present designed electrode was coincident.

Nephronophthisis-related ciliopathies(NPHP-RC)represent one of the m.st com.on causes of chronic kidney disease in the first three decades of life and are characterized by a broad genetic and clinical heterogeneity.1 To date,m.re than 90 genes have been identified that cause autosom.lrecessive NPHP-RC if m.tated,accounting for up to 60%of cases.1 Am.ng these,hom.zygous deletions of NPHP1 are the m.st com.on *** genes localize to prim.ry cilia,basal bodies,or the centrosom. and lead to a prim.ry ciliary disruption if m.tated,thereby causing a broad phenotypical spectrum.1 Patients that suffer from.NPHP-RC can either have an isolated renal phenotype,such as polyuria,polydipsia,decreased urinary concentration ability,and secondary enuresis due to loss of tubular function,or present with extrarenal sym.tom. including retinal degeneration,cerebellar verm.s hypoplasia,or hepatic *** are often diagnosed in early adolescence,reaching end-stage renal disease before 25 years of age,but early onset and rapidly progressive form. of NPHP-RC also exist.1 Renal ultrasound indicates kidneys of norm.l or reduced renal length with increased echogenicity and corticom.dullary cysts.

Enterococcus species are one of the leading causes of nosocom.al infections, which are difficult to treat specially with the rise of its Vancom.cin resistant. Studies of Enterococcus isolates are essential for epidem.ological investigation. Typing Enterococci is often based on the traditional phenotypic as well as genotypic m.thods. In this study Fourier-transform.infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is used as a novel phenotypic approach to the typing of Enterococci. FTIR spectroscopy results com.ared to antibiotic susceptibility testing and PCR am.lification of Vancom.cin gene results;the analysis showed that, 6 isolates were positive for Van gene (4 of VanA, 1 of VanB and 1 VanA plus VanB). Three of VanA and VanA plus VanB were resistant to all antibiotic tested (Am.icillin, Teicoplam.n and Vancom.cin) and VanB was found to be sensitive. FTIR spectroscopy (first derivatives) divided the isolates into 8 groups. 3 groups of VanA (4 isolates), one of VanB (one isolate), one of VanA plus VanB (one isolate) and the other 13 Enterococcus isolates were divided into 3 clusters. The study dem.nstrated that FTIR spectroscopy has good discrim.native capacity and high reproducibility as com.ared to other techniques.

This paper construct a com.arison between two m.in software’s used in program.ing applications that are Java and C++, the com.arison operation includes the tim. needed to perform.som. algorithm.i.e. speed of operation, flexibility to adjusting som. code, and efficiency. The sam. code is used to com.are between the two software to determ.ne which one is better. It is found that C++ needs less tim. to execute the sam. code com.aring with Java. Java needs about 10% excess tim. to execute the sam. code segm.nt com.aring to C++.

E-m.il hackers use m.ny m.thods in their work, in this article, m.st of such efficient m.thods are dem.nstrated and com.ared. Different m.thods and stages of such m.thods are listed here, in order to reveal such m.thods and to take care of them.but the m.st com.on discussed m.thod in this paper is SQL m.thod. SQL injection is a type of security exploit in which the attacker adds SQL statem.nts through a web application's input fields or hidden param.ters to gain access to resources or m.ke changes to data. It is found that the SQL is an efficient way in preventing E-m.il hacking and its efficiency reaches about 80%. The m.thod of SQL injection can be considered as an efficient way com.aring with other m.thods.
