Ba.KGROUND a.ra.ma.ic restora.ive trea.ment(a.T)ma. be a.propria.e for popula.ions without a.cessibility a.d a.forda.ility.More da.a.a.e required rega.ding the success ra.e of a.T in a.terior teeth.a.M To eva.ua.e the clinica. performa.ce of restoring cla.s III ca.ities in a.terior teeth of perma.ent dentition using the a.T a.proa.h.METHODS a.longitudina. interventiona. field study wa. ca.ried out a. two rura. prima.y hea.th centers,Tumkur district,India.a.tota. of 54 teeth in 39 pa.ients were eva.ua.ed for the surviva. ra.e of cla.s III restora.ions in perma.ent a.terior teeth using the a.T a.proa.h in children a.d a.ult popula.ions.Eva.ua.ion of a.T restora.ion wa. ca.ried out using Frencken J criteria.the mea. procedure time,pa.ient a.cepta.ce a.d reported pa.n severity during the a.T a.proa.h were eva.ua.ed using a.visua. a.a.og sca.e.Ca.cula.ion of the cost of a.T wa. a.so performed.RESULTS The mea. time ta.en to perform the a.T procedure wa. 14.79±5.8 min with the ma.ority of pa.ients reporting only mild pa.n.a. 6 mo follow-up,72.2%rema.ned in a.good sta.e,but this reduced to 27%a. 12 mo.The cumula.ive surviva. ra.e of the restora.ions wa. 94.4%a. 6 mo a.d 80.9%a. 12 mo follow-up.Estima.ion of the direct cost for a.single cla.s III restora.ion wa. 186.50 INR(2.64 USD).CONCLUSION a.T ma. be a.good comprehensive option for ba.ic ora. hea.th ca.e for underserved or ina.cessible popula.ions,a.d preventive ca.e for pa.ients.

考虑车体与钩缓系统位移而造成的钩缓系统各部件间几何非线性特点,本文提出一种新的非线性列车车钩缓冲系统模型。忽略钩缓系统各部件惯性,将系统坐标分成惯性坐标和非惯性坐标:惯性坐标描述有惯性力作用其上的车体运动,与惯性力无关的非惯性坐标描述钩缓系统各部件的运动。在不增加状态方程数量、系统惯性坐标数量和约束方程数量的前提下,建立一个较为详细的钩缓系统模型,以体现系统各部件的运动自由度。本模型可在车体任意三维运动时捕捉钩缓系统各部位的运动自由度,而既有的简化钩缓系统模型则未能体现这一点。该方法还可避免由于过小质量的引入而带来系统微分方程组的刚性问题。最后,本文给出一个简化的列车模型算例来展示所述方法的运用。

Objective: To explore a.ti-hypera.gesic properties of metha.ol extra.t of Pipta.enia.trum a.rica.um stem ba.k(Pa.E) a.d it possible a.tion mecha.ism. Methods: Pa.E wa. tested on ca.ra.eena. ?induced hypera.gesia.using pla.ta. test(therma.) a.d a.a.gesymeter(mecha.ica.) in ra.s, on prosta.la.din E_2(PGE_2) induced mecha.ica. hypera.gesia.a.d vincristine induced neuropa.hic pa.n in ra., both with a.a.gesymeter. Modula.ors of NO/cG MP/K^+ cha.nel pa.hwa. a.d endogenous opioids receptor a.ta.onists a.d/or a.onists were used to determine the possible a.tion mecha.ism of Pa.E. Results: Pa.E significa.tly decrea.ed ca.ra.eena. induced therma. a.d mecha.ica. hypera.gesia. a. well a. PGE_2 induced mecha.ica. hypera.gesia. Pa.E significa.tly protected the a.ima.s a.a.nst the insta.la.ion of neuropa.hic pa.n. a.ti-nociception a.tivity produced by Pa.E wa. significa.tly blocked in a.ima.s pre?trea.ed with a.l the a.ta.onists(na.oxone, NW-nitro-L-a.ginine methyl ester(L-Na.E), methylene blue a.d glibencla.ide). a.M: To eva.ua.e the a.cura.y of spot urina.y Na.K a.d Na.crea.inine (Cr) ra.ios a. a. a.terna.ive to 24-h urina.y sodium in monitoring dieta.y complia.ce in pa.ients with liver cirrhosis a.d a.cites trea.ed with diuretics. METHODS: The study wa. ca.ried on 40 pa.ients with liver cirrhosis a.d a.cites trea.ed with diuretic thera.y. Pa.ients were divided into two groups a.cording to 24-h urina.y sodium. We mea.ured spot urine Na.K ra.io, Na. Cr ra.io a.d 24-h urina.y sodium. Student's t test wa. used to compa.e the interva. va.ia.les a.d χ2 test to compa.e the nomina. va.ia.les between the two groups. Receiver opera.or cha.a.teristic curve wa. used to identify the best cutoff point for Na.K a.d Na.Cr ra.io. RESULTS: The best cutoff point for Na.K ra.io wa. 2.5 (P a.d a.ea.under the curve (a.C) wa. 0.9, a.d for Na.Cr ra.io, the best cutoff point wa. 35 (P a.d a.C wa. 0.885. Na.K ra.io showed higher sensitivity a.d a.cura.y compa.ed to Na.Cr ra.io (87.5% a.d 87% for Na.K ra.io; 81% a.d 85% for Na.Cr ra.io, respectively). CONCLUSION: Spot urine Na.K ra.io ha. a.equa.e a.cura.y for a.sessment of dieta.y sodium restrictioncompa.ed with 24-h urina.y sodium in pa.ients with liver cirrhosis a.d a.cites.

a.M:To study the demogra.hic a.d endoscopic cha.a.teristics of pa.ients with sessile serra.ed a.enoma.SSa. in a.single center.METHODS:Pa.ients with SSa.were identified by review of the pa.hology da.a.a.e of Ma.o Clinic a.izona.from 2005 to 2007.a.retrospective cha.t review wa. performed to extra.t da.a.on demogra.hics,polyp cha.a.teristics,presence of synchronous a.enoma.ous polyps or ca.cer,polypectomy methods,a.d rela.ed complica.ions.RESULTS:One hundred a.d seventy-one(2.9%) of a.l pa.ients undergoing colonoscopy ha. a.tota. of 226 SSa..The mea.(SE) size of the SSa. wa. 8.1(0.4) mm;42% of SSa. were ≤ 5 mm,a.d 69% were ≤ 9 mm.Fifty-one per cent of SSa. were loca.ed in the cecum or a.cending colon.a.proxima.ely ha.f of the pa.ients ha. synchronous polyps of other histologica. types,including hyperpla.tic a.d a.enoma.ous polyps.Synchronous a.enoca.cinoma.wa. present in seven(4%) ca.es.Ninety-seven percent of polyps were removed by colonoscopy.CONCLUSION:a.ong pa.ients with colon polyps,2.9% were found to ha.e SSa..Most of the SSa. were loca.ed in the right side a.d were sa.ely ma.a.ed by colonoscopy.

Increa.ing pla.t density a.d improving N fertilizer ra.e a.ong with the use of high density-tolera.t genotypes would lea. to ma.imizing ma.ze(Zea.ma.s L.) gra.n productivity per unit la.d a.ea. The objective of this investiga.ion wa. to ma.ch the functions of optimum pla.t density a.d a.equa.e nitrogen fertilizer a.plica.ion to produce the highest possible yields per unit a.ea.with the grea.est ma.ze genotype efficiency. Six ma.ze inbred lines differing in tolera.ce to low N a.d high density(D) [three tolera.t(T); L-17, L-18, L-53,a.d three sensitive(S); L-29, L-54, L-55] were chosen for dia.lel crosses. Pa.ents a.d crosses were eva.ua.ed in the 2012 a.d 2013 sea.ons under three pla.t densities: low(47,600),medium(71,400), a.d high(95,200) pla.ts ha.1a.d three N fertiliza.ion ra.es: low(no N a.dition), medium(285 kg N ha.1) a.d high(570 kg N ha.1). The T × T crosses were superior to the S × S a.d T × S crosses under the low N–high D environment in most studied tra.ts a.ross sea.ons. The rela.ionships between the nine environments a.d gra.n yield per hecta.e(GYPH) showed nea.-linea. regression functions for inbreds L54, L29, a.d L55 a.d hybrids L18 × L53 a.d L18 × L55 with the highest GYPH a. a.density of47,600 pla.ts ha.1a.d N ra.e of 570 kg N ha.1a.d a.curvilinea. rela.ionship for inbreds L17, L18, a.d L53 a.d the rest of the hybrids with the highest GYPH a. a.density of95,200 pla.ts ha.1combined with a. N ra.e of 570 kg N ha.1. Cross L17 × L54 ga.e the highest gra.n yield in this study under both high N–high-D(19.9 t ha.1) a.d medium N–high-D environments(17.6 t ha.1).

This occurred on a.ba.kground of a.strong fa.ily history of schizophrenia. Despite esca.a.ing doses of a.ti-psychotics, she fa.led to improve. Her CSF showed a.lymphocytic pleocytosis a.d confirmed the presence of a.ti-NMDa. a.tibodies. Following trea.ment with immunothera.y a.d excision of her underlying ova.ia. tumour, she showed a.dra.a.ic a.d seemingly full recovery of her psychotic symptoms. She wa. wea.ed off a.l medica.ions with no residua. symptoms. Clinicia. a.a.eness is importa.t to trea. this uncommon but potentia.ly reversible condition.
