Medical data tampering has become one of the main challenges in the field of secure-aware medical data *** of normal patients’medical data to present them as COVID-19 patients is an illegitimate action that has been carried out in different ways ***,the integrity of these data can be *** detection is a method of detecting an anomaly in manipulated forged *** appropriate number of features are needed to identify an anomaly as either forged or non-forged data in order to find distortion or tampering in the original *** neural networks(CNNs)have contributed a major breakthrough in this type of *** has been much interest from both the clinicians and the AI community in the possibility of widespread usage of artificial neural networks for quick diagnosis using medical data for early COVID-19 patient *** purpose of this paper is to detect forgery in COVID-19 medical data by using CNN in the error level analysis(ELA)by verifying the noise pattern in the *** proposed improved ELA method is evaluated using a type of data splicing forgery and sigmoid and ReLU phenomenon *** proposed method is verified by manipulating COVID-19 data using different types of forgeries and then applying the proposed CNN model to the data to detect the data *** results show that the accuracy of the proposed CNN model on the test COVID-19 data is approximately 92%.

Methylene Blue Dye Adsorption onto Polyoxometalate Ionic Liquid Supported on Bentonite: Kinetic, Equilibrium and Thermodynamic Studies

The potential of polyoxometalate ionic liquid POM-IL supported on low-cost and available eco-friendly Saudi raw bentonite in the adsorption of MB cationic dye was investigated. For this purpose, TOAx[α-XW11O39]@Bentonite (X = Si, P;TOA = TetraOctylAmmonium), namely SWB and PWB were prepared and characterized by IR, XRD, XRF, SEM, TEM and BET. Batch adsorption experiments showed that SWB and PWB have higher adsorption capacity than the raw bentonite with an enhancement of about 37% for SWB. The adsorption capacities of both SWB and PWB improved with increasing contact time and temperature and decreased with higher salt concentration in solution. The pH is shown to have insignificant effect on the adsorption of MB onto SWB and PWB. This result is quite meaningful in the adsorption process application since it makes pH complicated adjustment of the discharged contaminated water before treatment unnecessary. The Kinetic study expressed that the pseudo-second-order model described the adsorption process better than the pseudo first order. The experimental isotherm data were found to fit the Langmuir model compared to the Freundlich model with a maximum adsorption capacity 277.78 mg/g and 113.6 for PWB and SWB respectively. The

Determination of the somaclonal variation of in vitro-propagated plants is crucial to determine the appropriate micropropagation protocol and growth regulators for commercial scale *** this research,nine multiplication media(MM)augmented with different concentrations of 6-benzyl adenine(BA),Kinetin(Kin),and Thidiazuron(TDZ),Three rooting media(RM)supplemented with three levels ofα-naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)and three types of soil mixtures(v/v);Coco peat/Vermiculite/Sand(CVS),Peat moss/Perlite/Sand(PPS)and Peat moss/Perlite(PP)were used in the micropropagation protocol of daylily ***2 showed the maximum shoot length and the number of leaves,while MM9 showed the maximum number of *** RM1 showed the maximum root length and the number of *** acclimatization,CVS,PPS,and PP soil mixture showed similar performance except the CVS mixture showed lower performance regarding plant height and *** genetic fidelity of micropropagated plants was evaluated using Start Codon Targeted(SCoT)*** SCoT primers amplified 51 scorable bands with an approximate range from 146 bp to 1598 bp *** one out of 51 loci were presented in the mother plants.40 loci were polymorphic,11 were monomorphic and 7 were *** amplification patterns of the micropropagated plants demonstrated genetic integrity to the mother plant ranging from 84.32 to 47.06 and somaclonal variations ranging from 52.94 with 5 mg/l BA pathway to 15.68 with 1mg/l TDZ pathway,thus demonstrating that the homogeneity and the variation of the micropropagated plants affected by the type and the quantity of the plant growth regulator used during multiplication *** research can be successfully used for other ornamental and medicinal plants’bulk multiplication,germplasm conservation,and future genetic improvement.

This present study includes twelve species that represent the Ficus genus,namely;aspera,carica,tinctoria ***,hirta,hispida,neriifolia,palmata,pumila,racemosa,septica,sur,and sycomorus,belonging to the Moraceae *** species samples were collected from various locations in *** study focused on the anatomical and molecular characteristics of mature foliage *** the identification and classification of taxa are highly dependent on the anatomical features of leaves,the anatomical characteristics were recorded in the form of a comparison between the examined plants in the data *** study aims to contribute to the identification of the studied species based on the anatomical details of the matured *** characterization includes the variations in upper and lower epidermal layers that are covered by a thin or thick cuticle;the number of palisade and spongy layers;crystals;secretory elements;lithocysts;the midrib zone has parenchyma associated with mechanical tissue,vascular system,and investigation of trichomes;on the other hand,in the current study,the phylogenetic analysis was conducted by using the ITS and 5.8 S *** the analysis of all the available data,it could be stated that there is an overall agreement with the anatomical character dendrogram.

Giant Serpentine Cerebral Aneurysm of the Middle Cerebral Artery: Case Report

A 43-year-old male presented with severe intermittent headaches since two years accompanied by multiple episodes of generalized seizures and left hand weakness. MRI scan and cerebral angiography confirmed the diagnosis of a giant serpentine cerebral aneurysm arising from the middle cerebral artery. The patient was admitted for a possible cerebral embolization after undergoing a Balloon Occlusion Test (BOT). Since he tolerated the occlusion test, he underwent coil embolization afterwards with successful occlusion followed by an uneventful recovery and no complications. Later on, the patient was discharged home in a stable and good general condition without any neurological deficits. A six-month angiography follow-up revealed a complete occlusion with no re-canalization of the coiled giant serpentine aneurysm. Therefore, we concluded that parent artery occlusion is a good and safe procedure providing that the patient tolerated both the occlusion and the hemodynamic stress tests.

Investigating of Classification Algorithms for Heart Disease Risk Prediction

Prognosis of HD is a complex task that requires experience andexpertise to predict in the early stage. Nowadays, heart failure is rising dueto the inherent lifestyle. The healthcare industry generates dense records ofpatients, which cannot be managed manually. Such an amount of data is verysignificant in the field of data mining and machine learning when gatheringvaluable knowledge. During the last few decades, researchers have used differentapproaches for the prediction of HD, but still, the major problem is theuncertainty factor in the output data and also there is a need to reduce theerror rate and increase the accuracy of evaluation metrics for HDP. However,this study largess the comparative analysis of diverse classification algorithmsgoing on two different heart disease datasets taken from the Kaggle repositoryand University of California, Irvine (UCI) machine learning repository tofind the best solution for HDP. Going through comparative analysis, tenclassifiers;LR, J48, NB, ANN, SC, Bagging, DS, AdaBoost, REPT, and SVMare evaluated using MAE, RAE, precision, recall, f-measure, and *** overall finding indicates that for the dataset taken from UCI, the SVMclassifier performs well as compared to other classifiers in terms of increasingaccuracy and reducing error rate that is 33.2631 for RAE, and 0.165 forMAE, 0.841 for precision, 0.835 for recall, 0.833 for f-measure and 83.49%for accuracy. Whereas for dataset taken from Kaggle, the SC performs well interms of increasing accuracy and reducing error rate that is 3.30% for RAE,0.016 for MAE, 0.984 for precision, 0.984 for recall, 0.984 for f-measure, and98.44% for accuracy.

Appropriate knowledge of the parental cultivars is a pre-requisite for a successful breeding *** study characterized fruit yield,quality attributes,and molecular variations of ten tomato cultivars during three consecutive generations under greenhouse *** 86,Castle Rock,and Red Star cultivars showed the highest fruit yield(kg/plant),total phenolic compounds(TPC),and sap *** component analysis categorized the evaluated fruit yield into three groups based on their quality attributes.A robust positive correlation appeared among traits inside each group.A positive correlation was likewise noticed between the first and the second ***,a negative correlation was detected between the first,the second and the third *** profiling,using seven inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)primers,produced 60 loci,including 49 polymorphic *** molecular analysis also pinpointed the highest genetic similarity(0.92)between P73 and Moneymaker,while the lowest genetic similarity(0.46)was observed between Castle Rock and *** cultivars P73 and Moneymaker showed the lowest genetic distance(2.24),while the highest genetic distance(5.92)was observed between Super Marmand and Peto86,on the one hand,and between Castle Rock and Moneymaker,on the other *** chemical analysis of fruit sap indicated the highest levels of TPC,total flavonoids,anthocyanin,ascorbic acid and total soluble solids in Peto 86 and Castle Rock *** analysis of tomato cultivars based on morphological and molecular attributes indicated four distinct *** 86,Castle Rock,and Red star cultivars can be recommended for the tomato hybridization breeding programs in the future,with other tomato cultivars as potentially high-yielding parents.

GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) are among the most successful medications for treating people with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), giving reasonable glycemic control with a low risk of hypoglycemia in those who have failed to control their condition with other oral anti-diabetic drugs (OADs). However, GLP-1RAs are underutilized—as time patients remained on their last oral treatment regimen with inadequate glycemic control prior to GLP-1RA initiation is on average of 19 month—despite evidence supporting their effectiveness, safety, and possible CV outcome advantages. With the new advances in GLP-1 RAs, the first oral form for the semaglutide molecule was developed with proven efficacy, safety, and patient preferences that may help pave the road for more utilization of this class. Therefore, we, a Saudi task force, gathered to develop an explicit, evidence-based consensus on oral semaglutide use in Saudi patients with diabetes. The panel recommends a GLP-1RA in those T2DM patients with or without or at high risk for ASCVD, HF, and/or CKD when there is a need to minimize weight gain or promote weight loss, or when there is a need to minimize hypoglycemia. Ensure that people with T2DM and ASCVD, HF, or CKD are treated appropriately with an SGLT-2i or GLP-1 RA. This approach should be initiated independent of background therapy, glycaemic control, or individualized treatment goals. Healthcare professionals should do their best to prevent clinical inertia in T2DM to help people with T2DM achieve better glycemic control and prevent or delay diabetes-related complications. The availability of oral forms of GLP-1RA medications could help combat this problem of clinical inertia to start GLP-1RA at the right time, as patients prefer oral to injectable forms. The availability of oral GLP-1RA can help in starting this class early and encourage healthcare professionals in prescribing it at the right time. Background: Breast diseases cover several conditions. The majority of breast diseases are noncancerous. Some of these lesions are clinically unremarkable, which needed minimal intervention. However, some symptoms may be of clinical value and attract the attention of both the patient and the attending physician, especially when they become persistent. The study aimed to assess the prevalence, pattern, types, and clinical profile of breast diseases among females in the South-western region, during the period from 2018-2020. Methods: A retrospective record-based descriptive approach was used through reviewing medical records of all cases with breast disease attended King Khalid Hospital during the period from January 2018 to January 2020. Data extracted throng pre-structured questionnaire. Results: The study included 211 cases whose ages ranged from 18 to 58 years old with a mean age of 28.9 ± 12.8 years. Breast mass was the most recorded complaint (95.1%) followed with breast pain (32%), skin changes. Benign findings based on the final pathology report were recorded for more than two thirds of the cases, with the most common finding were fibroadenoma. Excisional biopsy and modified radical mastectomy were the most reported surgical interventions. Conclusions: In conclusion, the study revealed that the majority of the cases had benign breast disease (BBD), where fibroadenoma was the most frequent.
