Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a prevalent and aggressive liver *** interplay between bile acids(BAs)and the gut microbiota has emerged as a critical factor in HCC development and *** normal conditions,BA metabolism is tightly regulated through a bidirectional interplay between gut microorganisms and *** gut microbiota plays a critical role in BA metabolism,and BAs are endogenous signaling molecules that help maintain liver and intestinal *** note,dysbiotic changes in the gut microbiota during pathogenesis and cancer development can disrupt BA homeostasis,thereby leading to liver inflammation and fibrosis,and ultimately contributing to HCC ***,understanding the intricate interplay between BAs and the gut microbiota is crucial for elucidating the mechanisms underlying *** this review,we comprehensively explore the roles and functions of BA metabolism,with a focus on the interactions between BAs and gut microorganisms in ***,therapeutic strategies targeting BA metabolism and the gut microbiota are discussed,including the use of BA agonists/antagonists,probiotic/prebiotic and dietary interventions,fecal microbiota transplantation,and engineered *** summary,understanding the complex BA-microbiota crosstalk can provide valuable insights into HCC development and facilitate the development of innovative therapeutic approaches for liver malignancy.

Using an improved computational fluid dynamics （CFD） method developed for highly unsteady three-dimensional flows, numerical simulations for oscillating flow cycles and detailed unsteady simulations of the flow and forces on the aortic vessels at the iliac bifurcation, for both healthy and diseased patients, are analyzed. Improvements in computational efficiency and acceleration in convergence are achieved by calculating both an unsteady pressure gradient which is due to fluid acceleration and a good global pressure field correction based on mass flow for the pressure Poisson equation. Applications of the enhanced method to oscillatory flow in curved pipes yield an order of magnitude increase in speed and efficiency, thus allowing the study of more complex flow problems such as flow through the mammalian abdominal aorta at the iliac arteries bifurcation. to analyze the large forces which can exist on stent graft of patients with abdominal aor- tic aneurysm （AAA） disease, a complete derivation of the force equations is presented. the accelerated numerical algorithm and the force equations derived are used to calculate flow and forces for two individuals whose geometry is obtained from Ct data and whose respective blood pressure measurements are obtained experimentally. Although the use of endovascular stent grafts in diseased patients can alter vessel geometries, the physical characteristics of stents are still very different when compared to native blood vessels of healthy subjects. the geometry for the AAA stent graph patient studied in this investigation induced flows that resulted in large forces that are primarily caused by the blood pressure. these forces are also directly related to the flow cross-sectional area and the angle of the iliac arteries relative to the main descending aorta. Furthermore, the fluid flow is significantly disturbed in the diseased patient with large flow recirculation and stagnant regions which are not present for healthy subjects.

Objectives:tomato is a popular fruit that makes significant contributions to human nutrition for its content of sugars,acids,vitamins,minerals,lycopene,and other *** fruit,however,has a short shelf life due to its climacteric *** view of this,an experiment was conducted to determine the effect of postharvest treatment on the physicochemical properties of fresh tomato *** and Methods:Freshly harvested tomato fruits were subjected to 0,1,2,3,and 4 kGy gamma radiation and stored at 10±1℃ and 28±1℃.Parameters analysed during the study include pH,total titratable acidity,weight loss,total solids,and moisture content of the ***:At both storage temperatures,results of the analyses were in the range of 2.80%-38.67%for weight loss,0.23%-0.51% for total titratable acidity,3.5%-5.0% for total soluble solids,94.43%-96.53% for moisture content,and pH was generally low in the samples stored at 10±1℃.Generally,gamma irradiation had an effect on the total soluble solids,total titratable acids,pH values,and moisture content and physiological weight loss at both storage ***:From the study,storing Burkina variety at a low temperature preserves the tomato fruits better than storing them at ambient temperature.

Britain had just begun to recover from defeat in the American War of Independence when its government faced a major war against the French Revolution. In this war the British army was soon driven out of the continent of Europe and had to rely on fighting France at sea and in the colonies, especially those in the West Indies. Although smaller and with fewer people than France, Britain’s war effort was greatly aided by her strong economy, excellent financial institutions and efficient tax system. the British people, however, were divided about fighting against revolutionary France and the British government could not devise an effective strategy to defeat France in Europe. the unsatisfactory peace agreed in 1802 only halted the war for a short period. It was soon renewed and lasted until 1815.

the Irish rebellion of 1798 resulted in many casualties and much damage to *** historians have agreed that Irish society in the eighteenth century was bitterly divided between a governing minority of English Protestant settlers,a similar number of Scottish Presbyterian immigrants,who dominated the province of Ulster,and an oppressed majority of poor Catholics who were the original Celtic settlers of the country,but who had lost their lands and their political influence to these later *** historians,however,believe that the principal cause of the rebellion was the economic distress of the Catholic *** recently,many scholars have claimed that the leaders of the rebellion were educated Protestant English and Scottish settlers,who resented Britain’s political control of Ireland were greatly influenced by the political principles of the French Revolution of *** of these historians have also studied how the memory of the 1798 rebellion among Catholic Irishmen across the world eventually enabled the Catholic majority to create an Irish republic in the 1920s that was able to govern two-thirds of the country.

基于势流理论的数值水池可以快速计算波浪的传播及其对建筑物的作用,但是势流理论是基于波浪的无黏性假设的,而在工程中,通常需要在固体边界及波浪破碎的区域考虑黏性效应。针对基于求解Navier-Stokes方程的黏性水池计算量较大、速度较慢的缺点,采用耦合的方法模拟多向不规则波浪的传播,即在外域通过基于势流理论的数值水池产生多向不规则波浪,内域采用求解Navier-Stokes方程和流体体积法(VOF方法)对自由表面进行追踪,通过外域所提供的边界波浪,内域计算可以在较小区域进行计算,从而达到减少计算量、提高计算效率的目的。
