Neuron is a fundamental unit of the brain, which is specialized to transmit information throughout the body through electrical and chemical signals. Calcium (Ca2^+) ions are known as second messengers which play important roles in the movement of the neurotransmitter. Calbindin-D28k is a Ca2^+ binding protein which is involved in regulation of intracellular Ca2^+ ions and main tains homeos tasis level, it also alters the cytosolic calcium concentration ([Ca2^+]) in nerve cells to keep the cell alive. Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative brain disorder of the nervous system. Several regions of the brain indicate the hallmark of the PD. The symptoms of PD are plainly linked with the degeneration and death of dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta located in midbrain which is accompanied by depletion in calbindin-Z?28fc - In the present paper, the neuroprotective role of calbindin-￡>28fc in the cytoplasmic [Ca2^+] distribution is studied. The elicitation in [Ca2^+] is due to the presence of low amount of calbindin-D28k which can be portrayed and is a hallmark of PD. A one-dimensional space time fractional reaction diffusion equation is designed by keeping in mind the physiological condition taking place inside Parkinson's brain. Computational results are performed in MATLAB.

In this article,non-linear time-fractional diffusion equations are considered to describe oil pollution in the *** latest technique,fractional reduced differential transform method(FRDTM),is used to ac-quire approximate solutions of the time fractional-order diffusion equation and two cases of Allen-Cahn *** acquired results are collated with the exact solutions and other results from literature for integer-orderα,which reveal that the proposed method is ***,FRDTM can be employed to obtain solutions for different types of nonlinear fractional-order IVPs arising in engineering and science.

Conventional 4D printing technologies are realized by combining 3D printing with soft active materials such as shape memory polymers(SMPs)and ***,the intrinsic material property limitations make the SMP or hydrogel-based 4D printing unsuitable to fabricate the actuators that need to exhibit fast-response,reversible ***,pneumatic actuations have been widely adopted by the soft robotics community to achieve fast-response,reversible actuations,and many efforts have been made to apply the pneumatic actuation to 3D printed structures to realize passive 4D printing with fast-response,reversible ***,the 3D printing of soft actuators/robots heavily relies on the commercially available UV curable elastomers the break strains of which are not sufficient for certain applications which require larger elastic *** this paper,we present two simple approaches to tune the mechanical properties such as stretchability,stiffness,and durability of the commercially available UV curable elastomers by adding:(i)mono-acrylate based linear chain builder;(ii)urethane diacrylate-based *** property characterizations have been performed to investigate the effects of adding the two additives on the stretchability,stiffness,mechanical repeatability as well as *** of fully printed robotic finger,grippers,and highly deformable 3D lattice structure are also presented.

A general protocol has been developed for the facile construction of titled derivatives via three component reaction between 3-substituted phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde, malononitrile and various Michael donors in presence of 5 mol% polystyrene supported 7-methyl-1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene（PS-TBD）. PS-TBD was reused for at least five runs with nearly constant catalytic activity. All compounds were screened for antimicrobial and antioxidant activities.
