Amorphous high-entropy materials with abundant defects,coordinatively unsaturated sites,and loosely bonded atoms could exhibit excellent electrocatalytic ***,how to fabricate such ma-terials with nanostructure as well as amorphous structure is still full of *** this work,high-entropy metal organic framework(HE-MOF)is employed as the self-sacrificial template to fabricate FeCoNiCuMnP x high-entropy phosphide/carbon(HEP/C)*** obtained composite shows a het-erostructured fusiform morphology,in which the HEP is encapsulated by a carbon layer,revealing high electron conductivity as well as rich catalytic active sites for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Beside,it is found that there is a short-range ordered crystal structure in the amorphous phase,which is bene-ficial for revealing high OER catalytic activity as well as good *** a result,the optimum HEP/C composite shows an overpotential 239 mV@10 mA cm^(−2)with a small Tafel slope of 72.5 mV dec^(−1) for catalyzing OER in alkaline solution.

Background With the gradual increase of infertility in the world,among which male sperm problems are the main factor for infertility,more and more couples are using computer-assisted sperm analysis(CASA)to assist in the analysis and treatment of ***,the rapid development of deep learning(DL)has led to strong results in image classification ***,the classification of sperm images has not been well studied in current deep learning methods,and the sperm images are often affected by noise in practical CASA *** purpose of this article is to investigate the anti-noise robustness of deep learning classification methods applied on sperm *** The SVIA dataset is a publicly available large-scale sperm dataset containing three *** this work,we used subset-C,which provides more than 125,000 independent images of sperms and impurities,including 121,401 sperm images and 4,479 impurity *** investigate the anti-noise robustness of deep learning classification methods applied on sperm images,we conducted a comprehensive comparative study of sperm images using many convolutional neural network(CNN)and visual transformer(VT)deep learning methods to find the deep learning model with the most stable anti-noise *** This study proved that VT had strong robustness for the classification of tiny object(sperm and impurity)image datasets under some types of conventional noise and some adversarial *** particular,under the influence of Poisson noise,accuracy changed from 91.45%to 91.08%,impurity precison changed from 92.7%to 91.3%,impurity recall changed from 88.8%to 89.5%,and impurity F1-score changed 90.7%to 90.4%.Meanwhile,sperm precision changed from 90.9%to 90.5%,sperm recall changed from 92.5%to 93.8%,and sperm F1-score changed from 92.1%to 90.4%.Conclusion Sperm image classification may be strongly affected by noise in current deep learning methods;the robustness with regard to noise of VT methods based

基于GIMMS NDVI3g和MODIS NDVI数据,利用一元线性回归模型,本文构建了1982—2020年黄河流域(河南段)GIMMS-MODIS NDVI数据集;在此基础上,结合Sen趋势、Mann-Kendall(M-K)及偏相关分析等方法探究了黄河流域(河南段)NDVI时空演变及其对气候因子的响应。结果表明:(1)重构的GIMMS MODIS NDVI和GIMMS NDVI拟合效果较好,其R^(2)达到了0.8799(P<0.01),二者的月均值直方图差值在[-0.02,0.02]之间的占比高达81.47%;(2)1982—2020年黄河流域(河南段)年和春、夏、秋、冬四季NDVI值均呈现波动增加的趋势,其增加速率分别为0.0018 a^(-1)(P<0.01)、0.0027 a^(-1)(P<0.01)、0.0006 a^(-1)(P<0.1)、0.0013 a^(-1)(P<0.01)和0.0024 a^(-1)(P<0.01);空间上,该流域年和春、夏、秋、冬四季NDVI显著增加的面积占比分别为76.62%、76.62%、33.64%、57.19%和77.16%,显著下降的区域主要位于流域中南部地区;(3)1982—2020年黄河流域(河南段)年均气温呈现显著增加的趋势(slope=0.0377℃·a^(-1),P<0.01)。从季节变化来看,春季和秋季的平均气温增加速率最快,降水的变化在年及其春、夏、秋、冬四季变化均不显著;(4)1982—2020年黄河流域(河南段)年、春季及其冬季NDVI变化主要受到气温控制,夏季NDVI变化主要受降水影响;从空间分布来看,年、春季和冬季NDVI与气温呈显著相关的站点比例分别为82.14%、50%和75%,春季、夏季和秋季NDVI与降水呈显著正相关的站点比例分别为3.57%、14.29%和3.57%,主要零星分布在流域的中部地区。

左归丸作为中医经典方剂之一,具有峻补真阴、填精益髓的功效,在临床上广泛应用于治疗因先天精亏而导致的疾病。该文通过系统回顾“先天不足”等相关古籍,以及左归丸治疗先天不足的现代科研文献,从左归丸的组方原则和中医理论中先天不足的概念出发,探讨了左归丸治疗先天不足的理论基础,并结合现代研究成果互参互证。古代医家早已发现父母之不足,可以导致子代形体发育异常、机体羸弱,张景岳将先天精气分为真阴、元阳,以“阴阳互济”组方左归丸,专补先天真阴。实验研究发现,左归丸能提高间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)蛋白表达及间隙连接细胞间通讯(GJIC)功能,促进骨髓基质细胞(BMSCs)成骨分化成熟,改善先天精亏引起的骨发育异常;增强皮质颤蛋白(Reelin)表达和活性等改善脑发育异常;上调Cx43蛋白表达,干预磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)通路等改善生殖功能异常;促进T细胞发育成熟,激活胸腺内Wnt/β-链蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路等改善免疫功能异常;促进β-catenin的表达,抑制微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)的表达改善皮肤功能异常。还能通过中医“精-神”之间的相关性,干预指导干细胞的分化。左归丸在部分儿科、男科、妇科疾病、老年疾病、内科疾病、骨科疾病和皮肤疾病的临床应用中均显示出显著的治疗效果。基于实验与临床应用的验证,文章进一步分析了“先天不足”的具体内涵,提出“先天不足”应细分精气阴阳,其中“先天精亏”属于真阴不足,可以导致子代的“肾精不足”,出现基于“肾藏精”的功能表达异常。药理学研究发现左归丸中菟丝子、枸杞子、牛膝含有槲皮素和山柰酚等有效成分,影响环加氧酶2(PTGS2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶14(MAPK14)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、17号染色体基因(TP53)、血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)、白蛋白(ALB)等靶点,在生殖系统发育、激素反应等方面发挥作用,左归丸在滋补肾中先天真阴方面相较于六味地黄丸具有独特的优势,能对“先天精亏”所致病证取得更好的临床疗效。通过该研究,期望对左归丸的功效有更全面、更深入的认识,对其临床应用有更深刻的体会,为先天不足、先天精亏的预防和治疗提供新的视角和方法,也希望为其在现代医疗保健,尤其是子代优育中的应用提供更多的科学依据和实践指导。

为研究某种新型装配式复合轻质墙体的抗震性能及对框架结构抗震性能的影响,通过设计制作3榀1∶2缩尺的新型复合轻质墙体框架-试件进行拟静力试验,以界面仓的注仓砂浆强度为试验参数,对结构的破坏模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、累计耗能及装配连接部位变形情况进行分析。结果表明:1)界面砂浆层的黏结使得加载后框架和轻质墙体能协同作用,加载初期框架柱和墙有相同的变形趋势;2)当加载位移角增大到1%时,交界面开裂,当位移角增大至2%时,梁柱和墙完全脱开;3)在层间位移角范围为2%~4%时的大变形阶段,轻质墙体和框架结构均产生破坏,但墙体与框架的锚钉连接未失效,墙体未发生脱落,框架承载力下降缓慢;4)砂浆强度对连接性能的影响不明显,采用M3.5砂浆注浆强度能使得复合轻质墙体连接于框架时具有适宜的刚度。

To explore the research status on mechanism of the skid-resistance for asphalt pavement, the related achievements of the rubber friction, the tire–road contact, and the influence factors were reviewed. The rubber friction was reviewed from the mechanism and rubber friction model. The tire-road contact was studied from the modeling methods, the evaluation methods, and the skid-resistance mechanisms at different conditions. The influence factors of skid-resistance were summarized from different designing processes. This review showed that the appropriate contact or evaluation model should be selected according to the required parameters. Although the finite element method is widely used, the accuracy of the model, the boundary conditions, and the load cases need to be further improved. The optimized aggregates and asphalt binders, reasonable gradation, reasonable geometric design, and strict construction quality control are necessary for good initial skid-resistance. Pavement texture as an important factor affecting skid-resistance should be considered in pavement gradation design, especially for wearing layer technology.

Many rubber friction theories or some method combined theories and field-experiments are employed to evaluate the pavement skid-resistance deterioration due to the evolution of surface ***,these methods are difficult to be implemented in the analysis of situations with multi-factor coupling and some extreme *** study developed a framework to evaluate the skid-resistance deterioration of asphalt *** this framework,the portable laser scanning was used to create the digital worn pavement model,and a hydroplaning finite element(FE)model for these digital worn pavements was constructed to evaluate coupling effects of the texture evolution and factors of slip ratio,slip angle,velocity and water film on braking-cornering characteristics of *** this study,the deterioration of skid-resistance of five typical asphalt pavements due the surface texture wear was systematically investigated by this *** with previous works,this study established the rubber friction models for each digital worn pavement considering the energy hysteresis of rubber and the power spectrum density of surface *** the rubber friction model was used to define the interaction behaviors between the tire and corresponding wore pavements in the FE hydroplaning model,rather than using an empirical friction model or a fixed friction coefficient.

高能激光光束质量β因子测量装置主要用于强激光系统状态调试和综合性能参数诊断,用于评价激光系统出光性能以及远场光斑可聚焦的能力。针对接近衍射极限光束质量β因子测量过程中被测光斑在面阵相机上所占的像素点太少等缺陷,研究了采用聚焦显微放大与高精度扫描狭缝相结合的光束质量β因子测量方法,并对相关方案进行了分析计算。此外还设计了采用固定像差元件及平行光管光源组合的激光光束质量β因子测量结果验证方案,对研制的高能激光光束质量β因子测量装置进行了不确定度分析,测量不确定度优于10%。
