Cloud data sharing service, which allows a group of people to work together to access and modify the shared data, is one of the most popular and efficient working styles in the enterprises. However, the cloud server is not completely trusted, and its security could be compromised by monetary reasons or caused by hacking and hardware errors. Therefore, despite of having advantages of scalability and flexibility, cloud storage service comes with privacy and the security concerns. A straightforward method to protect the user's privacy is to encrypt the data stored at the cloud. To enable the authenticated users to access the encrypted cloud data, a practical group key management algorithm for the cloud data sharing application is highly desired. The existing group key management mechanisms presume that the server is trusted. But, the cloud data service mode does not always meet this condition. How to manage the group keys to support the scenario of the cloud storage with a semi-trusted cloud server is still a challenging task. Moreover, the cloud storage system is a large-scale and open application, in which the user group is dynamic. To address this problem, we propose a practical group key management algorithm based on a proxy re-encryption mechanism in this paper. We use the cloud server to act as a proxy tore-encrypt the group key to allow authorized users to decrypt and get the group key by their private key. To achieve the hierarchical access control policy, our scheme enables the cloud server to convert the encrypted group key of the lower group to the upper group. The numerical analysis and experimental results further validate the high efficiency and security of the proposed scheme.

背景:成骨细胞是负责骨骼形成和重塑的主要细胞类型,其功能的正常发挥受到多种信号通路的精密调控,其中,骨形态发生蛋白和Wnt信号通路在成骨过程中起着关键作用。目的:综述了骨形态发生蛋白/Wnt信号通路在调控成骨细胞功能中的作用,并分析其在不同生理和病理条件下的变化,以期进一步揭示骨骼形成和重塑的分子机制。方法:以中文检索词“BMP信号通路,Wnt信号通路,成骨”及英文检索词“BMP signaling pathway,Wnt signaling pathway,osteogenesis”在中国知网、万方和PubMed数据库中检索研究原著,检索时限为各数据库建库至2023年6月的相关文献,最终筛选61篇文献进行分析总结。采用文献综述的方法,对骨形态发生蛋白/Wnt信号通路调控成骨作用的研究进行梳理和分析。结果与结论:①骨形态发生蛋白和Wnt信号通路在成骨细胞的分化、增殖和成熟过程中发挥重要作用。骨形态发生蛋白信号通路主要通过激活Smad蛋白来调控成骨相关基因的表达,Smad蛋白被激活后进入细胞核,调控与成骨相关的基因表达,与骨形态发生蛋白不同,Wnt信号通路主要依赖于β-catenin的激活来发挥生物学效应。②不同生理和病理状态下,骨形态发生蛋白/Wnt信号通路的调控作用会受到多种因素的影响。生长因子及激素及机械应力等会在一定程度上影响骨形态发生蛋白/Wnt信号通路的活性。③骨形态发生蛋白/Wnt信号通路在调控成骨过程中与其他信号通路相互作用,共同构成复杂的调控网络。④中药和天然化合物可以通过调控信号通路来促进骨骼健康,为中药治疗骨骼疾病提供了新的可能性。⑤未来研究可进一步探讨骨形态发生蛋白/Wnt信号通路与其他信号通路的相互作用以及其在不同生理和病理条件下的变化,解析此复杂网络中的关键节点和调控机制,为骨骼相关疾病的治疗提供更精确的靶点,也为揭示骨骼形成和重塑的分子机制提供新的思路。

An experimental investigation of the influence of temperature on the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC) effect in Al-Mg alloy is *** a certain strain rate,the PLC effect is present in the temperature range of 223-328 *** serration amplitude increases monotonically with increasing temperature,whereas the behaviors of the serration period and the critical strain with temperature include a descending branch under corresponding low temperature range and an ascending branch under corresponding high temperature *** analysis in relation with dynamic strain aging(DSA) indicates that the temperature plays an important role in the PLC effect by dictating the solubility and the diffusibility of solute *** the concentration and the diffusibility of solute atoms contribute to increasing the serration *** the descending branch temperature range,the serration period mainly depends on the preparation phase and the dominant factor of critical strain is the velocity of ***,under the ascending branch temperature range,the serration period mainly depends on the pinning phase and the dominant factor of critical strain is the applied stress required for unpinning.

A dendrite-free lithium metal anode requires a stable interface designed for efficient and reversible lithium plating and stripping. In this work, we have devised a mechanically flexible artificial Li_(3)N solid-electrolyte interlayer supported by a dual-layer compactness-tailored carbon nanotube fiber network. The more compact side of the network ensures a full coverage of Li_(3)N, which prevents the reaction between electrolyte and lithium. The other side, with sparsely distributed nanotube fibers, provides mechanical flexibility for the film, and induces three-dimensional lithium deposition along its structure without any dendrite formation. The resulting full cell with NCM811 cathode has a high capacity retention of 95.1% for 160 cycles compared with less than 80% for the control.

In this study,we systematically investigated the effect of proton concentration on the kinetics of the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)on Pt(111)in acidic *** results demonstrate a rectangular hyperbolic relationship,i.e.,the ORR current excluding the effect of other variables increases with proton concentration and then tends to a constant *** consider that this is caused by the limitation of ORR kinetics by the trace oxygen concentration in the solution,which determines the upper limit of ORR kinetics.A model of effective concentration is further proposed for rectangular hyperbolic relationships:when the reactant concentration is high enough to reach a critical saturation concentration,the effective reactant concentration will become a constant *** could be due to the limited concentration of a certain reactant for reactions involving more than one reactant or the limited number of active sites available on the *** study provides new insights into the kinetics of electrocatalytic reactions,and it is important for the proper evaluation of catalyst activity and the study of structureperformance relationships.

Despite substantial efforts in developing high-performance catalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),the persistent challenge lies in the high onset overpotential of the ORR,and the effect of the elec-trolyte solution cannot be ***,we have systematically investigated the impact of adsorbate species and concentration,as well as solution pH,on the ORR activity on Pt(111)and Pt(poly)*** results all tend to establish a linear quantitative relationship between the onset potential for ORR and the adsorption equilibrium potential of the *** finding indicates the decisive role of adsorbates in the onset potential for ORR,suggesting that the adsorption potential of adsorbates can serve as an intuitive criterion for ORR *** support for this conclusion is derived from experimental results obtained from the oxygen evolution reaction on Pt(poly)with different adsorbate species and from the hydrogen evolution reaction on Pt(111)with iodine *** further propose both an empirical equation for the onset potential for ORR and the concept of a potential-regulated adsor-bate shielding effect to elucidate the influence of adsorbates on ORR *** study provides new insights into the high onset overpotential of the ORR and offers potential strategies for predicting and enhancingORRactivity inthefuture.

Latewood width(LWW)indices of trees are considered a reliable proxy of summer precipitation in the Northern ***,the strong coupling and high correlation between earlywood width(EWW)and LWW indices often prevent registration of climate signals of the LWW *** this study,328-year-long earlywood width and latewood width chronologies were developed from Chinese pine at two sites in the Hasi Mountains,north central *** climate responses of these chronologies were analyzed and the LWW index used to derive sum-mer precipitation *** analyses showed that LWW was particularly influenced by earlywood growth and recorded stronger climate signals of the previous year as EWW,rather than those of the current year with infrequent summer climate ***,after removing the effect of earlywood growth using a simple regression model,the adjusted LWW chronology(LWW_(adj))showed a strong relationship with July precipitation in dry *** suggests that the LWW_(adj) chronology has the potential to be used to investigate long-term variability in summer precipitation in drought-limited regions.
