The adsorption performances of individual adsorbent such as UiO-66-NH_(2)and MgAl-layered double hydroxides(MgAl-LDH)toward levofloxacin(LVX)is less satisfactory due to the disappointing uptake capacity and adsorption ***,a 3D flower-like composite adsorbent prepared via iterative hydrothermal synthesis method anchoring UiO-66-NH_(2)nanoparticles onto the MgAl-LDH *** to the synergistic effects of UiO-66-NH_(2),and MgAl-LDH,the MgAl-LDH@UiO-66-NH_(2)exhibits an outstanding adsorption performance toward ***,the maximum LVX uptake capacity over MgAl-LDH@UiO-66-NH_(2)reached 268 mg/g,which was higher than that of the individual adsorption materials UiO-66-NH_(2)(41 mg/g),MgAl-LDH(140 mg/g),and some adsorbents reported in previous *** rapid adsorption process can reach equilibrium within 20 min,which conformed well to the pseudo-second-order kinetics and the Langmuir isotherm *** thermodynamic result also indicated that the adsorption was spontaneous and exothermic,simultaneous coexisting physical and chemical adsorption ***,the MgAl-LDH@UiO-66-NH_(2)still maintained excellent adsorption capacity with a slightly decrease after fifth cycle,exhibiting a remarkable reuse and stable *** work provides a highly novel strategy to prepare recyclable composite adsorbent for the LVX capture from aqueous solution.

Mechanically lined pipe(MLP)is often used for offshore oil and gas transport because of its low cost and corrosion *** installation and operation,the pipe may undergo severe bending deformation,which causes the liner to separate from the outer pipe and buckles,affecting the stability of the whole *** this paper,the buckling response of MLP subjected to bending is investigated to clarify its bending characteristics by employing both experiments,numerical simulation,as theoretical *** types of MLPs were manufactured with GB 45 carbon steel(SLP)and Al 6061(ALP)used as the outer pipe material,*** hydraulic expansion and bending experiments of small-scale MLPs are *** addition to the ovalized shape of the cross-section for the SLP specimens,the copper liner was found to wrinkle on the compressive *** contrast,the liner of ALP remains intact without developing any wrinkling and collapse *** addition,a dedicated numerical framework and theoretical models were also *** was found both the manufacturing and bending responses of the MLP can be well reproduced,and the predicted maximum moment and critical curvatures are in good agreement with the experimental results.

Objective: Although consensus on the optimal endometrial preparation protocol for frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) is lacking, this is particularly true for patients with infertility and a history of endometrial polyps (EPs). In this study, we aimed to investigate whether a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist combined with hormone replacement therapy (GnRHa-HRT) could improve pregnancy outcomes in single euploid FET for patients with a history of ***: In this retrospective cohort study, 395 women who underwent their first single euploid FET cycle were divided into groups according to endometrial preparation protocols as follows: natural cycle (NC) (n = 220), hormone replacement therapy (HRT) (n = 122), and GnRHa-HRT groups (n = 53). Subsequently, the FET cycles in the three groups were subdivided according to maternal age. All patients underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy before FET, and their EPs were confirmed by ***: No statistically significant differences were observed in live birth rates among the three groups (58.64%vs. 58.20%vs. 56.60%,P = 0.964). Furthermore, the rates of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, premature live birth, and pregnancy complications were comparable among the three groups (P >0.05). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, no significant differences in pregnancy outcomes were reported between the groups (adjusted odds ratios [OR] and 95% credible intervals [CI] for live birth rate, HRTvs. NC: 1.119, 0.660–1.896,P = 0.677; GnRHa-HRTvs. NC: 1.165, 0.610–2.226,P = 0.643). Additionally, the pregnancy outcomes of the FET cycle were not influenced by the endometrial preparation protocols in the subgroups when stratified by maternal age (P >0.05).Conclusion: GnRHa-HRT did not improve the pregnancy outcomes of the single euploid FET in patients with a history of EPs.

Enhancing energy storage density of poly(arylene ether nitrile)via incorporating modified barium titanate nanorods and hotstretching

Dielectric energy storage materials that are extensively employed in capacitors and other electronic devices have attracted increasing attentions amid the rapid progress of electronic ***,the commercialized polymeric and ceramic dielectric materials characterized by low energy storage density face numerous limitations in practical *** this study,we report the simultaneous enhancement of dielectric properties of poly(arylene ether nitrile)(PEN)through the incorporating of sulfonated PEN(SPEN)modified barium titanate nanorods(BTNR)(SPEN@BTNR)and *** is synthesized using a two-step hydrothermal method,aminated with KH550,and then reacted with SPEN to form the cladding-modified SPEN@*** to the intrinsic high permittivity of barium titanate(BT)and enhanced compatibility between SPEN@BTNR and PEN stemming from the cladding of SPEN,the dielectric constant and breakdown strength of SPEN@BTNR/PEN composite are as high as 14.0 at 103 Hz and 198.1 kV/mm at the doping amount of 15 wt.%,*** a result,the energy storage density of SPEN@BTNR/PEN is increased to 2.43 J/cm^(3),compared with that of 0.82 J/cm^(3)for *** addition,derived from the rearrangement of SPEN@BTNR and orientation of PEN after hot-stretching,the dielectric constant and breakdown strength of SPEN@BTNR/PEN with 15 wt.%fillers are further enhanced to 17.1 and 204.8 kV/mm,respectively,resulting in an energy storage density of 3.36 J/cm^(3).The boosting of energy storage density up to 310%provides a new idea for improving the performances of dielectric energy storage materials.

Lattice metamaterials based on three-period minimum surface(TPMS)are an effective means to achieve lightweight and high-strength materials which are widely used in various fields such as aerospace and ***,its vibration and noise reduction,and damping properties have not been fully ***,in this study,the TPMS structures with parameterization were designed by the method of surface migration,and the TPMS structures with high forming quality was manufactured by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics of the beam and TPMS structures were studied and compared by quasi-static *** modal shapes of the beam lattice structures and TPMS structures were obtained by the free modal analysis,and the damping properties of two structures were obtained by modal *** the two structures after heat treatment with the same porosity of 70%,the yield strength of the beam lattice structure reaches 40.76 MPa,elastic modulus is 20.38 GPa,the energy absorption value is 32.23 MJ·m^(-3),the damping ratio is 0.52%.The yield strength,elastic modulus,energy absorption value,and damping ratio of the TPMS structure are 50.74 MPa,25.37 GPa,47.34 MJ·m^(-3),and 0.99%,*** results show that TPMS structures exhibit more excellent mechanical properties and energy absorption,better damping performance,and obvious advantages in structural load and vibration and noise reduction compared with the beam lattice structures under the same porosity.

Terracing is a widely adopted agricultural practice in mountainous regions around the world that aims to conserve soil and water *** nutrients play a crucial role in determining soil quality,particularly in landscapes prone to *** are influenced by factors such as land-use type,slope aspect,and *** this study,we sought to examine the impact of terracing on soil nutrients(soil organic content(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),nitrate-nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N),ammonium nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),total phosphorus(TP),available phosphorus(AP),total potassium(TK),and available potassium(AK))and how they vary with environmental factors in the Chinese Loess *** the growing season,we collected 540 soil samples from the 0 to 100 cm soil layer across five major land-use types,different slope aspects,and varying ***,a meta-analysis of literature data further corroborated the effective accumulation of soil nutrients through terracing in the Loess *** findings are as follows:(1)Terraced fields,regardless of land-use type,showed a significant improvement in SOC and TN content.(2)Soil nutrient contents within terraced fields were predominantly higher on sunny slopes.(3)Terraces at lower altitudes are characterized by elevated SOC concentrations.(4)A meta-analysis of literature data pertaining to terracing and soil nutrients in this region confirmed the effective accumulation of soil nutri-ents through *** elucidated outcomes of this study offer a profound theoretical underpinning for the accurate planning and management of terraces,the scientific utilization of land resources,and the enhancement of land productivity.

Charge generation,a critical process in the operation of organic solar cell(OSC),requires thorough investigation in an ultrafast *** work demonstrates that the utilization of alloy model for the non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)component can regulate the crystallization properties of active layer films,which in turn affects exciton diffusion and hole transfer(HT),ultimately influencing the charge generation *** incorporating BTP-eC7 as a third component,without expanding absorption range or changing molecular energy levels but regulating the ultrafast exciton diffusion and HT processes,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the optimized PM6:BTP-eC9:BTP-eC7 based ternary OSC is improved from 17.30%to 17.83%,primarily due to the enhancement of short-circuit current density(JSC).Additionally,the introduction of BTP-eC7 also reduces the trap state density in the photoactive layer which helps to reduce the loss of *** study introduces a novel approach for employing ternary alloy models by incorporating dual acceptors with similar structures,and elucidates the underlying mechanism of charge generation and JSC in ternary OSCs.

Tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα)exhibits diverse biological functions;however,its regulatory roles in myogenesis are not fully *** the present study,we explored the function of TNFαin myoblast proliferation,differentiation,migration,and myotube fusion in primary myoblasts and C2C12 *** this end,we constructed TNFαmuscle-conditional knockout(TNFα-CKO)mice and compared them with flox mice to assess the effects of TNFαknockout on skeletal *** indicated that TNFα-CKO mice displayed phenotypes such as accelerated muscle development,enhanced regenerative capacity,and improved exercise endurance compared to flox mice,with no significant differences observed in major visceral organs or skeletal *** label-free proteomic analysis,we found that TNFα-CKO altered the distribution of several muscle development-related proteins,such as Hira,Casz1,Casp7,Arhgap10,Gas1,Diaph1,Map3k20,Cfl2,and Igf2,in the nucleus and *** set enrichment analysis(GSEA)further revealed that TNFαdeficiency resulted in positive enrichment in oxidative phosphorylation and MyoD targets and negative enrichment in JAK-STAT *** findings suggest that TNFα-CKO positively regulates muscle growth and development,possibly via these newly identified targets and pathways.

As a typical candidate of optoelectronic materials,vanadium dioxide(VO_(2))has wide applications in photodetectors(PDs),but is still challenging in largely enhancing the photodetecting performance for low-power human ***,high-performance Si/VO_(2)nanorods(NRs)heterojunction PDs based on the photothermoelectric(PTE)effect are *** uniform VO_(2)-NRs array films were deposited on Si by using magnetron sputtering technique,and a Si/VO_(2)heterojunctions were *** device exhibits a four-stage photoresponse and broadband photoresponse from ultraviolet to long-wavelength *** from the unique nanorods structure and the strong PTE effect,the fabricated device exhibits a large enhancement of the photodetecting performance,showing an ultrahigh photodetectivity of 1.6×10^(13)Jones and ultrafast response rates with a risingedge time of~65.0μs,three orders of magnitude higher than other VO_(2)-based ***,the device exhibits unique abilities to detect human radiation even when the human fingers are far away from the device surface up to 10.0 ***,the fabricated Si/VO_(2)devices can also be applied as breath sensors to distinguish different breathing *** results supply an effective route to design high-performance photodetectors toward detecting human thermal radiation and respiration.

A Real-time Prediction System for Molecular-level Information of Heavy Oil Based on Machine Learning

Acquiring accurate molecular-level information about petroleum is crucial for refining and chemical enterprises to implement the“selection of the optimal processing route”*** the development of data prediction systems represented by machine learning,it has become possible for real-time prediction systems of petroleum fraction molecular information to replace analyses such as gas chromatography and mass ***,the biggest difficulty lies in acquiring the data required for training the neural *** address these issues,this work proposes an innovative method that utilizes the Aspen HYSYS and full two-dimensional gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry to establish a comprehensive training ***,a deep neural network prediction model is developed for heavy distillate oil to predict its composition in terms of molecular *** training,the model accurately predicts the molecular composition of catalytically cracked raw oil in a *** validation and test sets exhibit R2 values of 0.99769 and 0.99807,respectively,and the average relative error of molecular composition prediction for raw materials of the catalytic cracking unit is less than 7%.Finally,the SHAP(SHapley Additive ExPlanation)interpretation method is used to disclose the relationship among different variables by performing global and local weight comparisons and correlation analyses.
