In-situ defect passivation assisted three-step printing of efficient and stable formamidine-lead bromide solar cells

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)emerge as the most promising photovoltaics(PV)for their high performance and potential convenient cost-effective production routes comparing to the sophomore PV *** printed PSCs with simplified device architecture and fabrication procedures could further enhance the competitive strength of PSC *** this work,we present an in-situ defect passivation(ISDP)assisted full-printing of high performance formamidine-lead bromide(FAPbBr_(3))*** three rapid printing steps are involved for electron transporting layer(ETL),perovskite and carbon to form a complete solar cell on the low-cost fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO)***-chain polymer monomethyl ether polyethylene glycol is particularly utilized as the ISDP passivator,leading to conformal coating on the rough FTO and defect passivation for both ETL and perovskite during printing.A high efficiency of 10.85%(certified 10.14%)and a high V_(oc)up to 1.57 V are achieved for the printed *** unencapsulated PSCs maintain above 90%of the initial efficiency after continuously heating at 85℃for 1000 h and over 80%of the efficiency after the maximum power point tracking for 3500 *** fully printed semitransparent PSCs with carbon grids(CGs)show average visible light transmittance over 33%and an efficiency of 8.81%.

Humic acids(HAs) are widely used as filtrate and viscosity reducers in drilling fluids. However, their practical utility is limited due to poor stability in salt resistance and high-temperature resistance. Hightemperature coal pitch(CP) is a by-product from coal pyrolysis above 650.C. The substance's molecular structure is characterized by a dense arrangement of aromatic hydrocarbon and alkyl substituents. This unique structure gives it unique chemical properties and excellent drilling performance, surpassing traditional humic acids in drilling operations. Potassium humate is prepared from CP(CP-HA-K) by thermal catalysis. A new type of high-quality humic acid temperature-resistant viscosity-reducer(Graft CP-HA-K polymer) is synthesized with CP-HA-K, hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt(Na-HPAN),urea, formaldehyde, phenol and acrylamide(AAM) as raw materials. The experimental results demonstrate that the most favorable conditions for the catalytic preparation of CP-HA-K are 1 wt% catalyst dosage, 30 wt% KOH dosage, a reaction temperature of 250.C, and a reaction time of 2 h, resulting in a maximum yield of CP-HA-K of 39.58%. The temperature resistance of the Graft CP-HA-K polymer is measured to be 177.39.C, which is 55.39.C higher than that of commercial HA-K. This is due to the abundant presence of amide, hydroxyl, and amine functional groups in the Graft CP-HA-K polymer,which increase the length of the carbon chains, enhance the electrostatic repulsion on the surface of solid particles. After being aged to 120.C for a specified duration, the Graft CP-HA-K polymer demonstrates significantly higher viscosity reduction(42.12%) compared to commercial HA-K(C-HA-K). Furthermore,the Graft CP-HA-K polymer can tolerate a high salt concentration of 8000 mg.L-1, measured after the addition of optimum amount of 3 wt% Graft CP-HA-K polymer. A real-time calibration method based on time-to-digital converter for accelerator timing system

The high-intensity heavy-ion accelerator facility (HIAF) is a scientific research facility complex composed of multiple cascade accelerators of different types, which pose a scheduling problem for devices distributed over a certain range of 2 km, involving over a hundred devices. The white rabbit, a technology-enhancing Gigabit Ethernet, has shown the capability of scheduling distributed timing devices but still faces the challenge of obtaining real-time synchronization calibration parameters with high precision. This study presents a calibration system based on a time-to-digital converter implemented on an ARM-based System-on-Chip (SoC). The system consists of four multi-sample delay lines, a bubble-proof encoder, an edge controller for managing data from different channels, and a highly effective calibration module that benefits from the SoC architecture. The performance was evaluated with an average RMS precision of 5.51 ps by measuring the time intervals from 0 to 24,000 ps with 120,000 data for every test. The design presented in this study refines the calibration precision of the HIAF timing system. This eliminates the errors caused by manual calibration without efficiency loss and provides data support for fault diagnosis. It can also be easily tailored or ported to other devices for specific applications and provides more space for developing timing systems for particle accelerators, such as white rabbits on HIAF.

Experimental Investigation and X-Ray Computed Microtomography Simulation on Thermal Physical Properties of Foundation Materials after Molten Salt Leakage in the Storage Tank

This paper studied the thermal physical properties of foundation materials in the molten salt tank of thermal energy storage system after molten salt leakage by Transient plane source experiment and X-ray computed microtomography simulation *** microstructure,thermal properties and pressure resistance with different particle diameters were *** measured heat conductivities from Transient plane source experiment for three cases are 0.49 W/(m·K),0.48 W/(m·K),and 0.51 W/(m·K),and the porosity is 30.1%,30.7%,and 31.2% *** heat conductivity simulating results of three cases are 0.471 W/(m·K),0.482W/(m·K),and 0.513 W/(m·K).The ratio of difference between the results of simulation and Transient plane source measurement is as low as 1.2%,verifying the reliability of experimental and simulation results to a certain *** with the heat conductivity of 0.097-0.129 W/(m·K) and porosity of 71.6%-78.9% without leaking salt,the porosity is reduced by more than 50% while the heat conductivity increased by 4 to 5 times after molten salt *** significant increase in heat conductivity has a great impact on security operation,structure design,and modeling of the tank foundation for solar power plants.

Multi-objective Optimization of Integrated Energy Systems Considering Ladder-type Carbon Emission Trading and Refined Load Demand Response

In this paper,a novel multi-objective optimization model of integrated energy systems(IESs)is proposed based on the ladder-type carbon emission trading mechanism and refined load demand response ***,the carbon emission trading mechanism is introduced into the optimal scheduling of IESs,and a ladder-type carbon emission cost calculation model based on rewards and penalties is established to strictly control the carbon emissions of the ***,according to different response characteristics of electric load and heating load,a refined load demand response model is built based on the price elasticity matrix and substitutability of energy supply *** these basis,a multi-objective optimization model of IESs is established,which aims to minimize the total operating cost and the renewable energy source(RES)***,based on typical case studies,the simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the economic benefits of IESs and the utilization efficiency of RESs.

NiO-Doped Fe_(2)O_(3)/MgO Properties for the Chemical Looping Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Ethane

Ethane chemical looping oxidative dehydrogenation(CL-ODH)to ethylene is a new technology for ethylene ***_(2)O_(3)/MgO oxygen carrier was prepared using the co-precipitation *** influence of added NiO and its different loadings on Fe_(2)O_(3)/MgO were ***,a series of oxygen carriers were applied in the CL-ODH of the ethane cycle ***-Emmett-Teller(BET),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),X-ray photoelection spectroscopy(XPS),and H2-temperature programmed reduction(TPR)were used to characterize the physicochemical properties of these oxygen *** was confirmed that an interaction between NiO and Fe_(2)O_(3) occurred based on the XPS and H2-TPR *** on the CL-ODH activity performance tests conducted in a fixed-bed reactor,it was revealed that ethylene selectivity was significantly improved after NiO ***_(2)O_(3)-10%NiO/MgO showed the best activity performance with 93%ethane conversion and 50%ethylene selectivity at a reaction temperature of 650℃,atmospheric pressure,and space velocity of 7500 mL/(g·h).

An interlaminar damage shell model for typical composite structures

Using the plate/shell elements in commercial software,accurate analysis of interlaminar initial damage in typical composite structures is still a challenging *** propose an accurate and efficient model for analysis of interlaminar initial damage,the following work is carried out:(A)A higher-order theory is firstly proposed by introducing the local Legendre polynomials,and then a novel shell element containing initial damage prediction is developed,which can directly predict transverse shear stresses without any postprocessing *** variables at each node are independent of number of layers,so the proposed model is more efficient than the 3D-FEM.(B)Compression experiment is carried out to verify the capability of the proposed *** results obtained from the proposed model are in good agreement with experimental data.(C)Several examples have been analyzed to further assess the capability of the proposed model by comparing to the 3D-FEM ***,accuracy and efficiency have been evaluated in different damage criterion by comparing with the selected *** numerical results show that the proposed model can well predict the initial interlaminar damage as well as other ***,the model is implemented with UEL subroutine,so that the present approach can be readily utilized to analyze the initial damage in typical composite structures.
