Let a and b be positive integers such that a≤b and a≡b(mod 2).We say that G has all(a,b)-parity factors if G has an h-factor for every function h:V(G)→{a,a+2,…,b-2,b} with b|V(G)| even and h(v)≡b(mod 2) for all v∈V(G).In this paper,we prove that every graph G with n≥2(b+1)(a+b) vertices has all(a,b)-parity factors if δ(G)≥(b^(2)-b)/a,and for any two nonadjacent vertices u,v ∈V(G),max{d_(G)(u),d_(G)(v)}≥bn/a+***,we show that this result is best possible in some sense.

In this paper,distributed model predictive control(DMPC) for island DC micro-grids(MG) with wind/photovoltaic(PV)/battery power is proposed,which coordinates all distributed generations(DG) to stabilize the bus voltage together with the insurance of having computational efficiency under a real-time *** on the feedback of the bus voltage,the deviation of the current is dispatched to each DG according to cost over the prediction ***,to avoid the excessive fluctuation of the battery power,both the discharge-charge switching times and costs are considered in the model predictive control(MPC) optimization problems.A Lyapunov constraint with a time-varying steady-state is designed in each local MPC to guarantee the stabilization of the entire *** voltage stabilization of the MG is achieved by this strategy with the cooperation of *** numeric results of applying the proposed method to a MG of the Shanghai Power Supply Company shows the effectiveness of the distributed economic MPC.

For the first time, this article introduces a LiDAR Point Clouds Dataset of Ships composed of both collected and simulated data to address the scarcity of LiDAR data in maritime applications. The collected data are acquired using specialized maritime LiDAR sensors in both inland waterways and wide-open ocean environments. The simulated data is generated by placing a ship in the LiDAR coordinate system and scanning it with a redeveloped Blensor that emulates the operation of a LiDAR sensor equipped with various laser beams. Furthermore,we also render point clouds for foggy and rainy weather conditions. To describe a realistic shipping environment, a dynamic tail wave is modeled by iterating the wave elevation of each point in a time series. Finally, networks serving small objects are migrated to ship applications by feeding our dataset. The positive effect of simulated data is described in object detection experiments, and the negative impact of tail waves as noise is verified in single-object tracking experiments. Wetland ecosystems have become one of the long-term solutions for mitigating global climate change due to their strong carbon sequestration ***,the key carbon cycle processes in wetland ecosystems still lack a systematic *** the context of wetland protection and restoration,there is still a lack of consensus on the technical pathways to realize carbon sink multiplication in wetland *** this paper,the key processes of carbon cycle,such as photosynthetic carbon uptake,microbial carbon decomposition and carbon deposition and burial,are sorted out and summarized in four major wetland types,namely,swamp and peat wetlands,river and riparian wetlands,lake and lakeshore wetlands,and estuarine and coastal *** on the key processes of carbon cycle,three technological pathways for carbon sink multiplication are proposed,including,vegetation carbon sequestration and sink enhancement technology,soil carbon emission reduction technology and carbon deposition and burial *** key technologies under each pathway are further *** the carbon sink effects of the carbon sink technologies in different wetland types are qualitatively ***,wetland protection and restoration methods in corresponding regions are given in the light of the regional characteristics of wetlands in *** will provide a scientific basis for the strategy of doubling the carbon sinks of China′s wetland ecosystems.

This paper investigates the path-following control problem with obstacle avoidance of autonomous surface vehicles in the presence of actuator faults,uncertainty and external *** surface vehicles inevitably suffer from actuator faults in complex sea environments,which may cause existing obstacle avoidance strategies to *** reduce the influence of actuator faults,an improved artificial potential function is constructed by introducing the lower bound of actuator efficiency *** nonlinear state observer,which only depends on measurable position information of the autonomous surface vehicle,is used to address uncertainties and external *** using a backstepping technique and adaptive mechanism,a path-following control strategy with obstacle avoidance and fault tolerance is designed which can ensure that the tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood of *** with existing results,the proposed control strategy has the capability of obstacle avoidance and fault tolerance ***,the comparison results through simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Hybrid metal-organic framework(MOF)derivatives play a significant role in the novel catalyst development in energy conversion ***,we demonstrated the low-temperature fully fluorinated zeolitic imidazole framework(ZIF)coupled with a three-dimensional open framework Prussian blue analog(PBA)with combined advantages for electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in water splitting *** spectroscopic analysis and the electrochemical studies revealed the combined advantages of efficient electronic effect and active site *** of good conductivity improvement by Ndoped carbon derived from ZIF and the high electrochemical surface area and active site exposure from PBA derivatives,good catalytic performance was obtained on the optimal catalyst of Co Ni ZIF/Co Fe-PBAF-300,which required a low overpotential of 250 m V to reach 10 m A/cm^(2)loaded on the glassy carbon electrode,with Tafel slope of 47.4 m V/dec,and very high dynamic and steady *** addition,the multi-component with the mixed structure from highly polar metal fluorides promoted the easy formation of the active phase as revealed by the post-sample *** current results showed a novel composite catalyst materials development from the hybrid MOF derivatives,which would be promising in the electrolysis of water oxidation reactions and energy-relevant catalysis reactions.

Exact analytical solutions are good candidates for studying and explaining the dynamics of solitons in nonlinear *** further extend the region of existence of spin solitons in the nonlinearity coefficient space for the spin-1 Bose-Einstein *** types of spin soliton solutions can be obtained,and they exist in different *** analysis and numerical simulation results indicate that three types of spin solitons are stable against weak *** non-integrable properties of the model can induce shape oscillation and increase in speed after the collision between two spin *** results further enrich the soliton family for non-integrable models and can provide theoretical references for experimental studies.
