核桃低聚肽对消化功能的影响研究

目的旨在探究核桃低聚肽(WOPs)对大小鼠消化功能的促进作用。方法选用130只雄性SD大鼠和70只雄性ICR小鼠。先将SD大鼠随机分为2个亚组,Set1组70只,Set2组60只。再将Set1组和ICR小鼠组随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、乳清蛋白对照组、WOPs低、中、高干预组及配伍组,每组10只;Set2组随机分为正常对照组、乳清蛋白对照组、WOPs低、中、高干预组及配伍组,每组10只。每组通过灌胃的方式给予相应溶液进行干预。SD大鼠灌胃干预30 d后,Set1组采用幽门结扎术收集大鼠胃液,测定胃液中胃酸、胃组织胃蛋白酶及血清胃肠相关调节激素的分泌水平;Set2组行胆管插管收集胆汁。70只雄性ICR小鼠按Set1组分组方式分为7组,每组10只,灌胃干预7 d后,通过灌胃给予盐酸洛哌丁胺后,对小肠推进功能进行检测。结果相比模型对照组,WOPs各组胃液游离酸、总酸及总酸排出量均明显增高,胃蛋白酶活力明显降低(P<0.05);且在WOPs干预组,WOPs(880 mg/kg·bw)组生长抑素含量明显低于模型对照组组;WOPs(440 mg/kg·bw)、WOPs(880 mg/kg·bw)及配伍组胃动素、P物质、胃泌素含量明显高于模型明显对照组,且在小肠推进功能实验中显著提高了小肠推进率(P<0.05)。结论WOPs可通过调节大鼠胃酸和胃蛋白酶分泌水平,调节胃肠激素分泌及促进胃肠蠕动,发挥其促消化作用。

目的分析急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(primary percutaneous coronary intervention,pPCI)术后6个月内主要不良心血管事件(major adverse cardiovascular events,MACE)的影响因素,并构建风险预测Nomogram模型。方法回顾性分析2020年6月至2022年12月安阳市人民医院收治的519例行pPCI术的急性STEMI患者的临床资料,将其按照2∶1的比例随机分为模型组(n=346)和验证组(n=173)。根据pPCI术后6个月内MACE的发生情况,将模型组患者分为发生组和未发生组,采用Logistic回归分析筛选急性STEMI患者pPCI术后6个月内MACE的影响因素,构建风险预测Nomogram模型并对其进行验证。结果Killip心功能III/IV级、术后TIMI分级≤2级、术后无复流、N末端B型钠尿肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、碎裂QRS波(fragmented QRS wave,fQRS波)、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C reactive protein,hs-CRP)是急性STEMI患者pPCI术后6个月内MACE的影响因素(P<0.05)。模型组和验证组的校准曲线显示,Nomogram模型校准曲线和理想曲线的一致性良好,两组Hosmer-Lemeshow检验结果分别为χ^(2)=2.135、P=0.977,χ^(2)=3.756、P=0.878;受试者工作特征曲线显示,该模型预测模型组和验证组患者pPCI术后6个月内MACE的曲线下面积分别为0.827、0.811;决策曲线显示,急性STEMI患者根据该模型预测pPCI术后6个月内MACE发生风险的净收益较高。结论Killip心功能III/IV级、术后TIMI分级≤2级、术后无复流、NT-proBNP、LVEF、fQRS波及hs-CRP是急性STEMI患者pPCI术后6个月内MACE的影响因素,以此构建的风险预测Nomogram模型的预测效能及适用性较好,可用于预测急性STEMI患者预后。

Surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithms(SAEAs) hold significant importance in resolving expensive optimization problems. Extensive efforts have been devoted to improving the efficiency of SAEAs through the development of proficient model-assisted solution selection methods, which, however, first requires generating high-quality solutions. The fundamental paradigm of evaluating a limited number of solutions in each generation within SAEAs reduces the variance of adjacent populations, thereby affecting the quality of offspring solutions. This is a frequently encountered issue yet receives little attention. To address the issue, this paper presents a framework using unevaluated solutions to enhance the efficiency of *** surrogate model is employed to identify high-quality solutions for the direct generation of new solutions without evaluation. To ensure dependable selection, we have introduced two tailored relation models to select the optimal solution and the unevaluated population. A comprehensive experimental analysis is performed on two test suites, which showcases the superiority of the relation model over regression and classification models in the solution selection phase. Furthermore, the surrogate-selected unevaluated solutions with high potential have been shown to enhance the efficiency of the algorithm significantly.

This paper concerns a global optimality principle for fully coupled mean-field control *** the first-order and the second-order variational equations are fully coupled mean-field linear FBSDEs. A new linear relation is introduced, with which we successfully decouple the fully coupled first-order variational equations. We give a new second-order expansion of Y^(ε) that can work well in mean-field framework. Based on this result, the stochastic maximum principle is proved. The comparison with the stochastic maximum principle for controlled mean-field stochastic differential equations is supplied.

This paper experimentally studied the effect of CO_(2) opposing multiple jets on the thermoacoustic instability and NO_(x) emissions in a lean-premixed model *** feasibility was verified from three variables:the CO_(2) jet flow rate,hole numbers,and hole diameters of the *** indicate that the control effect of thermoacoustic instability and NO_x emissions show a reverse trend with the increase of open area ratio on the whole,and the optimal jet flow rate range is 1-4 L/min with CO_(2) opposing multiple *** this flow rate range,the amplitude and frequency of the dynamic pressure and heat release signals CH~* basically decrease as the CO_(2) flow rate increases,which avoids high-frequency and high-amplitude thermoacoustic *** amplitude-damped ratio of dynamic pressure and CH*can reach as high as 98.75% and 93.64% with an optimal open area ratio of 3.72%.NO_(x) emissions also decrease as the jet flow rate increases,and the maximum suppression ratio can reach 68.14%.Besides,the flame shape changes from a steep inverted "V" to a more flat "M",and the flame length will become shorter with CO_(2) opposing multiple *** research achieved the synchronous control of thermoacoustic instability and NO_(x) emissions,which could be a design reference for constructing a safer and cleaner combustor.

Compound extremes,whose socioeconomic and ecological impacts are severer than that caused by each event occurring in isolation,have evolved into a hot topic in Earth Science in the past *** the context of climate change,many compound extremes have exhibited increasing frequency and intensity,and shown novel fashions of combinations,posing more pressing demands and tougher challenges to scientific research and disaster prevention and *** article,via a perspective of multi-sphere interactions within the Earth System,systematically reviews the status quo,new scientific understanding,and deficiencies regarding the definition,mechanism,change,attribution,and projection of compound *** study also sorts out existing challenges and outlines a potential roadmap in advancing the study on compound extremes with respect to data requirement,mechanistic diagnosis,numerical modeling,attribution and projection,risk assessment,and adaptive *** directions of compound extremes studies and key research topics that warrant multi-disciplinary and multisectoral coordinated efforts are also *** that climate change has reshaped the type of extremes,a transformation from the traditional single-event perspective to a compound-event perspective is needed for scientific research,disaster prevention and mitigation,and climate change adaptation,calling for bottom-up innovation in research objects,ideas,and *** article will add value to promoting the research on compound extremes and interdisciplinary cooperations.

The Landau equation is studied for hard potential with-2≤γ≤*** a perturbation setting,a unique global solution of the Cauchy problem to the Landau equation is established in a critical Sobolev space H_(x)^(d)L_(v)^(2)(d>3/2),which extends the results of[11]in the torus domain to the whole space R_(x)^(3).Here we utilize the pseudo-differential calculus to derive our desired result.

In this study,a novel equivalent damping ratio model that is suitable for reinforced concrete(RC)structures considering cyclic degradation behavior is developed,and a new equivalent linearization analysis method for implementing the proposed equivalent damping ratio model for use in seismic damage evaluation is *** this end,Ibarra’s peak-oriented model,which incorporates an energy-based degradation rule,is selected for representing hysteretic behavior of RC structure,and the optimized equivalent damping for predicting the maximum displacement response is presented by using the empirical method,in which the effect of cyclic degradation is ***,the relationship between the hysteretic energy dissipation of the inelastic system and the elastic strain energy of the equivalent linear system is established so that the proposed equivalent linear system can be directly integrated with the Park-Ang seismic model to implement seismic damage *** to the simplicity of the equivalent linearization method,the proposed method provides an efficient and reliable way of obtaining comprehensive insight into the seismic performance of RC *** verification demonstrates the validity of the proposed method.

The two-stage electrostatic precipitator is widely used to purify oil mist ***,there is limited research on the influences of relative humidity,particle deposition characteristics,and the generation of gaseous ***,this paper established a numerical model of the electrostatic oil mist purifier and applied it to a two-stage electrostatic *** the model was used to investigate the corona discharge characteristics under different relative humidity conditions in the charged zone,the particle deposition characteristics,the purification efficiency,the ozone concentration distribution,and the oil vapor concentration distribution in the collection *** results indicate that,with a constant temperature,the corona current decreases as relative humidity increase,and there is a quadratic relationship between relative humidity and *** variation in relative humidity has little impact on the purification *** maximum ozone concentration occurs near the electrode line,and its concentration is influenced by the discharge current and inlet airflow *** oil vapor concentration reaches its maximum value at the side plates,with a value of 19 ppb,while it reaches the minimum value at the collecting zone electrode plate,with a value of 2 *** temperature is the main factor affecting the volatilization of the oil film,with higher temperatures resulting in higher oil vapor.
