With the continued shrinking of the critical dimensions(CDs)of wafer patterning,the requirements for modeling precision in optical proximity correction(OPC)increase *** requirement extends beyond CD controlling accuracy to include pattern alignment accuracy because misalignment can lead to considerable overlay and metal-via coverage issues at advanced nodes,affecting process window and *** paper proposes an efficient OPC modeling approach that prioritizes pattern-shift-related elements to tackle the issue *** method integrates careful measurement selection,the implementation of pattern-shift-aware structures in design,and the manipulation of the cost function during model tuning to establish a robust *** experiments are performed on a via layer fabricated using a negative tone *** demonstrate that pattern shifts can be constrained within a range of+1 nm,remarkably better than the original range of±3 ***,simulations reveal notable differences between post OPC and original masks when considering pattern shifts at locations sensitive to this *** validation confirms the accuracy of the proposed modeling approach,and a firm consistency is observed between the simulation results and experimental data obtained from actual design structures.

Many high-precision space missions need thrusters to produce thrust with low noise to compensate for disturbances and ensure satellite platform stability. Microwave ion thruster is characterized with a wide thrust range and potential for these missions. A cost-effective and accurate mathematical model is crucial for mHz-frequency thrust noise analysis and feedback controller design. The Particle-In-Cell(PIC) and global models are two common simulation tools. The PIC model is characterized with high accuracy but huge computation cost, which is difficult to analyze long-time performance characteristics. Now, the global model is only used for the discharge chamber with low accuracy and cannot reflect ion extraction properties. In this paper, an integrative mathematical model is built for a 1-cm microwave ion thruster and can reflect ion beamlet divergence and impingement on the Accelerator Grid(AG). Simulation results show good agreement with experiments at 0.06 sccm. However, the model demonstrates worse consistency with experiments when the flux increases to 0.1 sccm, which may be because the influence of neutral gas on the Electron Cyclotron Resonance(ECR) is not considered in the model. A long-time(1000 s) simulation is conducted with this model under 35 μN. It takes 3 hrs, and the thrust noise reaches 1 μN/Hz^(0.5) at 1 mHz.

Cyclic polymers are a class of polymers that feature endless topology,and the synthesis of cyclic polymers has attracted the attention of many ***,cyclic polymers were efficiently constructed by self-folding cyclization technique at high *** poly((oligo(ethylene glycol)acrylate)-co-(dodecyl acrylate))(P(OEGA-co-DDA))precursors with different ratios of hydrophilic and hydrophobic moieties were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization using a bifunctional chain transfer agent with two anthryl end *** amphiphilic linear precursors underwent the self-folding process to generate polymeric nanoparticles in *** irradiating the aqueous solution of the nanoparticles with 365 nm UV light,cyclic polymers were synthesized successfully via coupling of anthryl *** effects of the ratios of hydrophilic and hydrophobic moieties in linear P(OEGA-co-DDA)copolymers and polymer concentration on the purity of the obtained cyclic polymers were explored in detail via ^(1)H nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H NMR),dynamic light scattering(DLS),UV‒visible(vis)analysis,three-detection size exclusion chromatography(TD-SEC)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was found that by adjusting the content of the hydrophilic segments in linear precursors,single chain polymeric nanoparticles(SCPNs)can be generated at high polymer ***,cyclic polymers with high purity can be constructed *** method overcomes the limitation of traditional ring-closure method,which is typically conducted in highly dilute conditions,providing an efficient method for the scalable preparation of cyclic polymers.

Aerospace optical cables and fiber-optic connectors have numerous advantages(e.g.,low loss,wide transmission frequency band,large capacity,light weight,and excellent resistance to electromagnetic interference).They can achieve optical communication interconnections and high-speed bidirectional data transmission between optical terminals and photodetectors in space,ensuring the stability and reliability of data transmission during spacecraft operations in *** have become essential components in high-speed networking and optically interconnected communications for *** stress simulation analysis is important for evaluating the temperature stress concentration phenomenon resulting from temperature fluctuations,temperature gradients,and other factors in aerospace optical cables and connectors under the combined effects of extreme temperatures and vacuum *** this,advanced optical communication technology has been widely used in high-speed railway communication networks to transmit safe,stable and reliable signals,as high-speed railway optical communication in special areas with extreme climates,such as cold and high-temperature regions,requires high-reliability optical cables and ***,based on the finite element method,comprehensive comparisons were made between the thermal distributions of aerospace optical cables and J599III fiber optic connectors under different conditions,providing a theoretical basis for evaluating the performance of aerospace optical cables and connectors in space environments and meanwhile building a technical foundation for potential optical communication applications in the field of high-speed railways.

The earthworm has been attracted much attention in the research and development of biomimetic robots due to their unique locomotion mechanism,compact structure,and small motion *** paper presents a new design and prototype of a worm-inspired metameric robot with a movement pattern similar to that of *** robot consists of multiple telescopic modules connected in series through joint *** telescopic module mimics the contraction and elongation motion modes of the earthworm segments.A kinematic and dynamic analysis is conducted on the telescopic module,and an input torque calculation method is provided to ensure sufficient friction between the robot and the pipe *** gait modes of the prototype robot for straight and turning locomotion are introduced,and these modes are extended to robots constructed by different numbers of telescopic *** addition,a method is proposed to increase the friction between the robot and the pipe wall in the aforementioned gait modes without changing the robot structure,thereby improving the robot’s motion ability in *** theoretical model of gait modes has also been validated through gait *** findings of this paper would provide a useful basis for the design,modeling,and control of future worm inspired robots.

Regulating the intermediates involved in the electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction(NO_(3)RR)is crucial for the enhancement of reaction ***,it remains a great challenge to regulate the reaction intermediates through active site manipulation on the surface of the ***,a family of n%-Co_(3)O_(4)/SiC(n=5,8,12,20)catalysts with a delicate percentage of Co^(2+)and Co^(3+)were prepared for NO_(3)*** found that Co^(3+)primarily acts as the active site for NO_(3)^(−)reduction to NO_(2)^(−),while Co^(2+)is responsible for the conversion of NO_(2)^(−)to NH_(3).Moreover,the conversion of these intermediates over the active sites is autonomous and separately *** processes synergistically accomplish the reduction of nitrate ions to synthesize *** the experimental studies and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,it is discovered the pathway(^(*)NHO→^(*)NHOH→^(*)NH_(2)OH→^(*)NH_(2)→^(*)NH_(3))is more favorable due to the lowerΔG value(0.25 eV)for the rate-limiting step(^(*)NO→^(*)NHO).The NH_(3)yield rate of 8%-Co_(3)O_(4)/SiC reached 1.08 mmol/(cm^(2)h)with a Faradaic efficiency of 96.4%at−0.89 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),surpassing those of most reported non-noble NO_(3)RR *** strategy not only provides an efficient catalyst for NO_(3)RR but also serves as an illustrative model for the regulation of multi-step reaction intermediates through the design of distinct active sites,thereby presenting a new approach to enhance the efficiency of intricate reactions.

Multi‐object tracking in autonomous driving is a non‐linear *** better address the tracking problem,this paper leveraged an unscented Kalman filter to predict the object's *** the association stage,the Mahalanobis distance was employed as an affinity metric,and a Non‐minimum Suppression method was designed for *** the detections fed into the tracker and continuous‘predicting‐matching’steps,the states of each object at different time steps were described as their own continuous *** conducted extensive experiments to evaluate tracking accuracy on three challenging datasets(KITTI,nuScenes and Waymo).The experimental results demon-strated that our method effectively achieved multi‐object tracking with satisfactory ac-curacy and real‐time efficiency.

A new measurement device,consisting of swirling blades and capsule-shaped throttling elements,is proposed in this study to eliminate typical measurement errors caused by complex flow patterns in gas-liquid *** swirling blades are used to transform the complex flow pattern into a forced annular *** on the research of existing blockage flow meters and also exploiting the single-phase flow measurement theory,a formula is introduced to measure the phase-separated flow of gas and *** formula requires the pressure ratio,Lockhart-Martinelli number(L-M number),and the gas phase Froude *** unknown parameters appearing in the formula are fitted through numerical simulation using computational fluid dynamics(CFD),which involves a comprehensive analysis of the flow field inside the device from multiple perspectives,and takes into account the influence of pressure ***,the measurement model is validated through an experimental error *** results demonstrate that the measurement error can be maintained within±8%for various flow patterns,including stratified flow,bubble flow,and wave flow.

The severe dependence of traditional phase change materials(PCMs)on the temperature-response and lattice deficiencies in versatility cannot satisfy demand for using such materials in complex application ***,we introduced metal ions to induce the self-assembly of MXene nanosheets and achieve their ordered arrangement by combining suction filtration and rapid ***,a series of MXene/K^(+)/paraffin wax(PW)phase change composites(PCCs)were obtained via vacuum impregnation in molten *** prepared MXene-based PCCs showed versatile applications from macroscale technologies,successfully transforming solar,electric,and magnetic energy into thermal energy stored as latent heat in the ***,due to the absence of binder in the MXene-based aerogel,MK3@PW exhibits a prime solar-thermal conversion efficiency(98.4%).Notably,MK3@PW can further convert the collected heat energy into electric energy through thermoelectric equipment and realize favorable solar-thermal-electric conversion(producing 206 mV of voltage with light radiation intensity of 200 mw cm^(−2)).An excellent Joule heat performance(reaching 105℃with an input voltage of 2.5 V)and responsive magnetic-thermal conversion behavior(a charging time of 11.8 s can achieve a thermal insulation effect of 285 s)for contactless thermotherapy were also demonstrated by the MK3@***,as a result of the ordered arrangement of MXene nanosheet self-assembly induced by potassium ions,MK3@PW PCC exhibits a higher electromagnetic shielding efficiency value(57.7 dB)than pure MXene aerogel/PW PCC(29.8 dB)with the same MXene *** work presents an opportunity for the multi-scene response and practical application of PCMs that satisfy demand of next-generation multifunctional PCCs.
