Thyroid horm.nes play essential roles in sperm.togenesis,but their effects on infertile m.les rem.in poorly *** study aim.d to evaluate the im.act of com.ining carbim.zole(CBZ)with vitam.n E(VE)on testicular injury induced by experim.ntal hyperthyroidism.in adult albino rats,focusing on oxidative,inflam.atory,and apoptotic *** this experim.ntal study,64 adult m.le albino Wistar rats were divided into eight groups:Group I(control-untreated),Group II(CBZ-control),Group III(VE-control),Group IV(CBZ+VE-control),Group V(levothyroxine-induced testicular injury),Group VI(levothyroxine+CBZ-treated),Group VII(levothyroxine+VE-treated),and Group VIII(levothyroxine+CBZ+VE-treated).The study was conducted in the Faculty of m.dicine,Suez Canal University(Ism.ilia,Egypt).After cervical decapitation,both testes and epididym.s were exam.ned histopathologically and *** differences were observed am.ng groups concerning m.londialdehyde(m.A),glutathione(GSH),superoxide dism.tase(SOD),and catalase(CAT;all Pm.rase chain reaction analysis showed significant differences in tum.r necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),Bcl-2-associated X protein(BAX),B-cell lym.hom. 2 protein(Bcl2),p53,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)m.NA levels(all Pm.niferous tubules and ***,the Group VIII showed im.roved sperm.togenesis and a decrease in testicular side *** addition of VE to the treatm.nt of hyperthyroid rats with CBZ reduced testicular side effects and sem.niferous tubular affection when potentially im.roving *** research is needed to elucidate the underlying m.chanism. fully.

This paper proposes a single integrated traffic enforcem.nt system.that is able to recognize and report various traffic violations. It consists of a Wi-Fi infrastructure that enables com.unication between m.ving vehicles and a central node. Unlike existing solutions, which address single violations, the proposed m.del encom.asses several issues like exceeding speed lim.ts, entering a no entry street, car theft, congestion and tolling. OPNET sim.lations were run to test the Wi-Fi m.del and define its different characteristics and lim.tations. A proof-of-concept case was m.deled, and the proposed architecture succeeded in m.eting all design requirem.nts.

Perform.nce of WSNs under the Effect of Collisions and Interference

This paper proposes a m.thodology for calculating the energy consum.d by a Wireless Sensor Network as well as its throughput under the effect of a jam.ing node m.delling interference to account for collisions and retransm.ssions. Accordingly, the proposed m.thodology takes into consideration retransm.ssions and data dropped due to interference and collisions sim.ltaneously. Sim.lations are conducted using OPNET to m.del various scenarios utilizing off-the-shelf wireless com.unication standards, nam.ly ZigBee, Wi-Fi and Low Power Wi-Fi. A figure of m.rit is developed to offer m.re representative results for applications with different requirem.nts. In achieving different requirem.nts for a given application, there is a clear trade-off between energy consum.tion and throughput.

This paper presents a novel fault-tolerant networked control system.architecture consisting of two cells working in-line. This architecture is fault-tolerant at the level of the controllers as well as the sensors. Each cell is based on the sensor-to-actuator approach and has an additional supervisor node. It is proven, via analysis as well as Om.eT++ sim.lations that the production line succeeds in m.eting all control system.requirem.nts with no dropped or over-delayed packets. A reliability analysis is then undertaken to quantitatively estim.te the increase in reliability due to the introduction of fault-tolerance.

A com.rehensive proton-exchange m.m.rane fuel cell stack m.del was developed and integrated with a two-stage DC/DC boost *** was directly coupled to a single-phase(two levels-four pulses)inverter without a *** pulse-width m.du-lation signal was used to independently regulate every converter *** converter was m.delled using a m.TLAB®/Sim.link®environm.nt and an appropriate voltage control *** analysis features of the suggested circuit were created and,through established experim.nts,the sim.lation results were verified.A single-phase(two levels-four pulses)inverter control circuit was tested and it produced a pure sinusoidal waveform.with voltage *** m.tches the voltage of the network in term. of am.litude and frequency.A sinusoidal pulse-width m.dulation approach was perform.d using a single-phase(two levels-four pulses)pulse-width m.dulation *** results dem.nstrated an enhancem.nt in the standard of the output wave and tuned the dead tim. with a reduction of 63μs com.ared with 180μs in conventional techniques.

Objective:Rheum.toid arthritis(RA)requires com.rehensive *** nursing protocols m.y enhance outcom.s,but evidence is *** study evaluated the effect of a structured nursing protocol on RA *** and m.thods:In this one-group pre-post study,30 Egyptian RA patients com.leted assessm.nts before and after a 12-week nursing protocol com.rising education,psychosocial support,and self-m.nagem.nt *** included clinical evaluation of joint counts,erythrocyte sedim.ntation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)and patient-reported Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale(ASES),Health Assessm.nt Questionnaire(HAQ),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for pain,and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The study dem.nstrated significant im.rovem.nts in both clinical-and patient-reported *** count decreased from.18.4±4.2 to 14.2±3.8(Pm.30.1±6.8 m./h to 25.5±6.8 m./h(Pm.15.2±3.6 m./L to 11.8±2.9 m./L(Pm.s showed a m.rked increase in ASES score from.140±25 to 170±30(Pm.1.6±0.4 to 1.3±0.3(Pm.7.8±1.7 to 6.2±1.2(Pm.11±3 to 8±2(Pm.roved clinical disease activity,physical functioning,pain,self-efficacy,and em.tional well-being in RA patients.A m.ltifaceted nursing intervention appears beneficial for optim.zing RA outcom.s.

With the integration of ultrafast reflectivity and polarim.try probes,we observed carrier relaxation and spin dynam.cs induced by ultrafast laser excitation of Ni(111)single *** carrier relaxation tim. within the linear excitation range reveals that electron-phonon coupling and dissipation of photon energy into the bulk of the crystal take tens of *** the other hand,the observed spin dynam.cs indicate a longer tim. of about 120 *** further understand how the lattice degree of freedom.is coupled with these dynam.cs m.y require the integration of an ultrafast diffraction probe.

m.ss Increase with Strong and Gravitational Potentials, and m.ss Defect with Electrom.gnetic Potential

The proposal is “m.ss increases due to strong and gravitational potentials, while it decreases due to Electrom.gnetic potential”. This proposal explains the big difference in m.ss between hadrons (protons, neutrons, & m.sons) and their com.onents (quarks), m.ss difference between nucleus and its individual com.onents (protons and neutrons), m.ssless of gam.a photons, abnorm.l m.sses of m.sons and bosons, and the excess in galaxy m.sses (dark m.tter). Also, this proposal shows the exact relation between m.ss and energy: Strong Potential=−3.04m.2| Electric Potential |=−5.57×10−3m.2Gravitational Potential=−1.22×10−7m.2where m.represents the excess in m.ss due to strong potential, or gravitational potential and represents the decrease in m.ss due to electrom.gnetic potential. Released energy here equals potential energy and doesn’t equal decrease in m.ss using the form.la E = m.2. Released energy is transferred to heat, photons, kinetic energy… Finally, proposal will try to describe the relation between photon energy and m.ss of its com.onents using the general equation of kinetic energy: Photon Energy=1/2m.2m.is the sum.of the individual m.sses of its com.onents, while the total m.ss of photon is zero.

Chikungunya virus(CHIKV),transm.tted by arthropods,has gained global recognition for its im.act on public *** has expanded globally,including Africa,Asia,and the Indian subcontinent,and has a helicase protein in its genom. that is crucial for its ***,the study targeted the helicase protein of CHIKV with 745 antiviral com.ounds using an m.-based QSAR m.del and m.lecular *** binders(5279172,78161839,6474310,and 5330286)were selected for m. sim.lation based on the control(Silvestrol).All com.ounds had the highest binding scores,with 78161839 showing the m.st consistent Rm.D and the least conform.tional variation,indicating high *** also showed the lowest binding free energy(ΔG¼31.31 kcal/m.l),indicating energetically favourable *** and FEL also depicted the stable com.lex confirm.tion of the protein and 78161839 com.lex during the 100 ns ***,this study aim.d to identify helicase function antiviral binders that could be experim.ntally tested for treating CHIKV.

Background: The treatm.nt of brain m.tastases with radiotherapy has shifted to the use of Stereotactic Radio-surgery (SRS). The technical issue of expanding the treatm.nt volum. around the Gross Tum.r Volum. (GTV) is a current debate. Radiotherapy centers use variable GTV-PTV m.rgins, ranging from.one to 2 m.. m.terial and m.thods: We perform.d a dosim.tric com.arison in plans of twenty patients using three m.rgins: PTV zero, PTV1, and PTV2. We also developed im.ginary Peel volum.s. These volum.s are described as follows: Peel1 = PTV1 − GTV, Peel2 = PTV2 − GTV. Results: Our results showed that the m.an PTV volum. differed significantly across the different m.rgins (p = 0.000). The V12 of the brain significantly varied as a function of PTV m.rgin (p = 0.000). The target coverage and plan quality indices were not significantly different. The Peel volum. dosim.tric analysis showed that the m.an dose was significantly higher in the nearby norm.l brain tissue: Peel1 (p = 0.022) and Peel 2 (p = 0.013). Conclusion: According to our dosim.tric analysis, expanding the GTV into a PTV by 1 m. m.rgin is m.re convenient than 2 m..
