Thyroid horm.nes play essential roles in sperm.togenesis,but their effects on infertile m.les rem.in poorly *** study aim.d to evaluate the im.act of com.ining carbim.zole(CBZ)with vitam.n E(VE)on testicular injury induced by experim.ntal hyperthyroidism.in adult albino rats,focusing on oxidative,inflam.atory,and apoptotic *** this experim.ntal study,64 adult m.le albino Wistar rats were divided into eight groups:Group I(control-untreated),Group II(CBZ-control),Group III(VE-control),Group IV(CBZ+VE-control),Group V(levothyroxine-induced testicular injury),Group VI(levothyroxine+CBZ-treated),Group VII(levothyroxine+VE-treated),and Group VIII(levothyroxine+CBZ+VE-treated).The study was conducted in the Faculty of m.dicine,Suez Canal University(Ism.ilia,Egypt).After cervical decapitation,both testes and epididym.s were exam.ned histopathologically and *** differences were observed am.ng groups concerning m.londialdehyde(m.A),glutathione(GSH),superoxide dism.tase(SOD),and catalase(CAT;all Pm.rase chain reaction analysis showed significant differences in tum.r necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),Bcl-2-associated X protein(BAX),B-cell lym.hom. 2 protein(Bcl2),p53,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)m.NA levels(all Pm.niferous tubules and ***,the Group VIII showed im.roved sperm.togenesis and a decrease in testicular side *** addition of VE to the treatm.nt of hyperthyroid rats with CBZ reduced testicular side effects and sem.niferous tubular affection when potentially im.roving *** research is needed to elucidate the underlying m.chanism. fully.

The proposal is “m.ss increases due to strong and gravitational potentials, while it decreases due to Electrom.gnetic potential”. This proposal explains the big difference in m.ss between hadrons (protons, neutrons, & m.sons) and their com.onents (quarks), m.ss difference between nucleus and its individual com.onents (protons and neutrons), m.ssless of gam.a photons, abnorm.l m.sses of m.sons and bosons, and the excess in galaxy m.sses (dark m.tter). Also, this proposal shows the exact relation between m.ss and energy: Strong Potential=−3.04m.2| Electric Potential |=−5.57×10−3m.2Gravitational Potential=−1.22×10−7m.2where m.represents the excess in m.ss due to strong potential, or gravitational potential and represents the decrease in m.ss due to electrom.gnetic potential. Released energy here equals potential energy and doesn’t equal decrease in m.ss using the form.la E = m.2. Released energy is transferred to heat, photons, kinetic energy… Finally, proposal will try to describe the relation between photon energy and m.ss of its com.onents using the general equation of kinetic energy: Photon Energy=1/2m.2m.is the sum.of the individual m.sses of its com.onents, while the total m.ss of photon is zero.

Background: The treatm.nt of brain m.tastases with radiotherapy has shifted to the use of Stereotactic Radio-surgery (SRS). The technical issue of expanding the treatm.nt volum. around the Gross Tum.r Volum. (GTV) is a current debate. Radiotherapy centers use variable GTV-PTV m.rgins, ranging from.one to 2 m.. m.terial and m.thods: We perform.d a dosim.tric com.arison in plans of twenty patients using three m.rgins: PTV zero, PTV1, and PTV2. We also developed im.ginary Peel volum.s. These volum.s are described as follows: Peel1 = PTV1 − GTV, Peel2 = PTV2 − GTV. Results: Our results showed that the m.an PTV volum. differed significantly across the different m.rgins (p = 0.000). The V12 of the brain significantly varied as a function of PTV m.rgin (p = 0.000). The target coverage and plan quality indices were not significantly different. The Peel volum. dosim.tric analysis showed that the m.an dose was significantly higher in the nearby norm.l brain tissue: Peel1 (p = 0.022) and Peel 2 (p = 0.013). Conclusion: According to our dosim.tric analysis, expanding the GTV into a PTV by 1 m. m.rgin is m.re convenient than 2 m..

弓形虫病是由弓形虫(Toxoplasm. gondii)引起的一种重要的人兽共患寄生虫病,对全球公共卫生体系和畜牧业发展造成巨大威胁。据估计,全球大约有三分之一的人口感染了弓形虫。孕妇在怀孕初期首次感染弓形虫,可能会导致胎儿发育异常、流产、畸形或死胎,每年约有超过五万起流产与此相关。因此,弓形虫是孕期必检病原之一。另外,弓形虫引起的动物流产问题也非常严重,绵羊的流产率介于11%~25%,猪的流产率介于5%~15%,每年由此而造成的经济损失超3亿元。

Objective:m.ningiom.s are neoplasm. that arise from.the m.ninges of the central nervous system.CNS).They constitute about25.6%of CNS tum.rs diagnosed in *** m.rphological variants of m.ningiom.s display aggressive behavior,leading to brain-invasive growth *** m.ningiom.s are usually treated by com.lete surgical excision,the risk of postoperative recurrence ***,additional biom.rkers for predicting aggressive behavior m.st be *** study aim. to explore the clinical and biological relevance of the protein expression levels ofβ-catenin and galectine-3 in m.ningiom. and to understand the pathobiology of this ***:This retrospective study was carried out on 153 cases of m.ningiom. by using tissue m.croarrays and im.unohistochem.stry forβ-catenin and ***:Highβ-catenin expression was significantly associated with transitional and m.ningiotheliom.tous m.ningiom.s,low tum.r grade,low recurrence rate,and low incidence of brain ***,high galectin-3 expression was associated with brain invasion,recurrence,high tum.r grade,and tum.r *** regression analysis indicated that am.ng all variables included in the m.del,β-catenin and galactin-3 expression levels were significant predictors of tum.r recurrence(Pm.ningiom. recurrence but not in brain *** m.lecules could be im.ortant potential therapeutic targets and predictors for m.ningiom.s.

Five new tetrasubstituted im.dazoles were designed with outstanding yields(83%-92%) in the occurrence of ionic liquid-based-pyridinium.as a catalyst. The constructions of all synthesized derivatives were established by spectral tools and their purities were verified using thin-layer chrom.tography(TLC), displaying single-spot. The perform.nce of corrosion protection of the prepared im.dazole derivatives was exam.ned theoretically and practically for acid steel corrosion. The experim.ntal study was conducted by electrochem.cal(electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy(EIS) and Tafel polarization(PPS)) *** findings from.the used approaches concluded that the synthesized com.ounds were wellorganized inhibitors with an efficiency of 90.7%-98.5% at 50℃ and 0.7 m.ol·L^(-1). The Tafel polarization results indicate the protective action of the additives was under m.xed-m.nitoring. The additive adsorption on the electrode interface perform.d as a distinguished aspect for protection. The surface exploration on the blank and protected m.tal was com.leted by field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy(FESEm.. Com.utational studies by m.nte Carlo(m.) sim.lation and quantum.chem.cal calculation(DFT)were related to practical findings. The corrosion protection adsorption m.chanism.was reinforced by the preferable fitted Langm.ir isotherm.m.del. All findings from.the applied-inspected approaches alternately confirm.each other.

In the attem.t to reduce surface free energy of silica to im.rove interaction of silica with silver, silica was doped by different am.unts of low surface energy lanthanum. La_2O_3, through im.regnation. The doped and undoped silica were used as supports for preparation of Na/Ag/m./La_2O_3-SiO_2 catalysts. Catalytic perform.nces of the catalysts were evaluated in direct epoxidation of propylene(DPO) using m.lecular oxygen under atm.spheric pressure and without adding hydrogen. Adding 5 wt%La to the Na/Ag/m./SiO_2 catalyst im.roves both the catalysts electivity in DPO and its stability over 20h of *** characterization results show that La_2O_3 species interact strongly with silver particles on the silica surface which result in significant im.rovem.nt in the dispersion profile of silver and m.rked decrease in the size of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs). The estim.ted m.an diam.ter of AgNPs is ca. 4.0 nm.in Na/Ag/m./5 wt%La_2O_3-SiO_2, which is sm.ller than that(53.9 nm. found in Na/Ag/SiO_2. The presence of subnanom.ter AgNPs on Ag/La_2O_3-SiO_2 prior addition of m.O_3 and NaCl to the sam.le can enhance the m.tual electronic synergism.between Ag, m.O_3 and Na for selective production of propylene oxide.
