In this study,a calcium-phosphate coating was formed on a Mg-Mn-Ce alloy by the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PeO).The antibiotic vancomycin,widely used in the treatment of infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus(***),was impregnated into the *** with vancomycin showed high bactericidal activity against *** mechanical and electrochemical properties of the formed coatings were studied,as we.l.as in vitro cytotoxicity tests and in vivo tests on mature male rats were *** to SeM,eDS,XRD and XPS data,coatings had a developed morphology and contained hydroxyapatite,which indicates high *** analysis of roughness of coatings without and with vancomycin did not reve.l.any differences,confirming the high roughness of the *** electrochemical tests,an increase in corrosion resistance by more than two times after the application of PeO coatings was *** to the results of an in vivo study,after 28 days of the implantation of samples with calcium phosphate PeO coating and vancomycin,no signs of inflammation were observed,while an inflammatory reaction developed in the area of implantation of bare alloy,followed by *** release tests from the coatings show a sharp decrease in the concentration of the released antibiotic on day 7 and then a gradual decrease until day *** the experiment,no significant deviations in the condition and behavior of the animals were observed;clinical tests did not reve.l.a systemic toxic reaction.

The joint european Space Agency and Chinese Academy of Sciences Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere.l.nk explorer(SMIle)mission will explore global dynamics of the magnetosphere under varying solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field conditions,and simultaneously monitor the auroral response of the Northern Hemisphere *** these.l.rge-scale responses with medium and fine-scale measurements at a variety of cadences by additional ground-based and space-based instruments will enable a much greater scientific impact beyond the original goals of the SMIle ***,we describe current community efforts to prepare for SMIle,and the benefits and context various experiments that have explicitly expressed support for SMIle can offer.A dedicated group of international scientists representing many different experiment types and geographical locations,the Ground-based and Additional Science Working Group,is facilitating these *** include constructing an online SMIle Data Fusion Facility,the discussion of particular or special modes for experiments such as coherent and incoherent scatter radar,and the consideration of particular observing strategies and spacecraft *** anticipate growing interest and community engagement with the SMIle mission,and we welcome novel ideas and insights from the solar-terrestrial community.

Advanced strategies for marine antifouling based on nanomaterial-enhanced functional PDMS coatings

Marine biofouling seriously affects human marine exploitation and transportation activities, to which marine antifouling(AF) coatings are considered to be the most cost-effective solution. Since the mid-20th century, human beings have dedicated their efforts on developing AF coatings with long cycle and high performance, leading to a large number of non-target organisms? distortion, death and marine environmental pollution. Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS), is considered as one of the representative environment-friendly AF materials thanks to its non-toxic, hydrophobic, low surface energy and AF properties. However, PDMS AF coatings are prone to mechanical damage, weak adhesion strength to substrate, and poor static AF effect, which seriously restrict their use in the ocean. The rapid development of various nanomaterials provides an opportunity to enhance and improve the mechanical properties and antifouling properties of PDMS coating by embedding *** on our research background and the problems faced in our laboratory, this article presents an overview of the current progress in the fields of PDMS composite coatings enhanced by different nanomaterials, with the discussion focused on the advantages and main bottlenecks currently encountered in this field. Finally, we propose an outlook, hoping to provide fundamental guidance for the development of marine AF field.

Severe erectile dysfunction （eD） remains a significant side effect among men following surgical intervention for treatment of clinically localized prostate cancer, despite development of nerve-sparing techniques （Weyne et al., 2015a; Sopko and Burnett, 2016）. The type of axonal injury due to prostatectomy is a classic peripheral neuropathy with an acute inflammatory phase that leads to Wallerian degeneration of the canvernous nerve （CN）, which can be followed by a regenerative phase characterized by enhanced neu- rotrophic factor activation and reduction in neuroinflam- mation （Weyne et al., 2015b）.

Pseudorabies(PR)is an acute infectious disease of pigs caused by the PR virus(PRV)and results in great economic losses to the pig industry *** glycoprotein e(ge)-based enzyme.l.nked immunosorbent assay(elISA)has been used to distinguish ge-deleted vaccine-immunized pigs from wild-type virus-infected pigs to eradicate PR in some *** has the advantages of small size and easy genetic engineering and has been a promising diagnostic ***,there were few reports about developing nanobody-based elISA for detecting anti-PRV-ge *** the present study,the recombinant PRV-ge was expressed with a bacterial system and used to immunize the Bactrian ***,two nanobodies against PRV-ge were screened from the immunized camel by phage display ***,two nanobody-HRP fusion proteins were expressed with HeK293T *** PRV-ge-Nb36-HRP fusion protein was selected as the probe for developing the blocking elISA(belISA)to detect anti-PRV-ge *** optimizing the conditions of belISA,the amount of coated antigen was 200 ng per we.l.and dilutions of the fusion protein and tested pig sera were separately 1:320 and 1:*** cut-off value of belISA was 24.20%,and the sensitivity and specificity were 96.43 and 92.63%,*** detecting 233 clinical pig sera with the developed belISA and a commercial kit,the results showed that the coincidence rate of two assays was 93.99%.Additionallly,epitope mapping showed that PRV-ge-Nb36 recognized a conserved conformational epitope in different reference PRV ***,great stability and low-cost nanobody-based belISA for detecting anti-PRV-ge antibodies were *** belISA could be used for monitoring and eradicating PR.

基于映射空间编码的高速运动轨道图像去模糊研究

针对轨道缺陷检测系统因镜头抖动或相机快速移动而导致所采集图像较为模糊的问题,提出一种基于最大后验概率估计思想的映射空间编码的高速运动轨道图像去模糊算法。首先,该算法使用深度编解码器和残差网络分别对数据集中清晰图像到模糊图像的映射关系和模糊核进行编码,为了保证编码时频率信息的完整性,算法在传统的残差模块上引入快速傅里叶变换通道构成双通道残差网络,以补偿多次特征提取带来的频率损失;其次,算法采用深度图像先验(Deep Image Prior,DIP)将潜在的清晰图像和模糊核进行参数化,再利用先验得到的模糊核和清晰图像来调用编码空间中的映射关系;最后,通过交替优化潜在的清晰图像和模糊核,从而去逼近一个真实未知的映射,进而实现真实场景下高速运动轨道图像的去模糊。实验结果表明,双通道残差模块提取的特征图频率信息分量强度普遍高于传统的残差模块,相较于使用传统残差模块实现该算法,采用双通道残差模块可使峰值信噪比(Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio,PSNR)提升0.84 dB,结构相似性(Structural Similarity,SSIM)提高0.025 1。与现有的深度学习去模糊算法相比,提出的去模糊算法对高速轨道检测系统所采集图像的去模糊效果更佳,在性能方面相较于最好的去模糊算法,PSNR提高了1.84 dB,SSIM提升了0.017 3,显著提升了采集图像的质量。研究结果可为下一步识别轨道部件是否存在缺陷提供清晰图像。

The study of the propagation of infectious diseases in urban centers finds a close connection with their population's social characteristics and *** work performs a spatial analysis of dengue cases in urban centers based on the basic reproduction numbers,R0,and incidence by planning areas(PAs),as we.l.as their correlations with the Human Development Index(HDI)and the number of *** analyzed dengue epidemics in 2002 at two Brazilian urban centers,Belo Horizonte(BH)and Rio de Janeiro(RJ),using PAs as spatial *** results reve.l.heterogeneous spatial scenarios for both cities,with very weak correlations between R0 and both the number of trips and the HDI;in BH,the values of R0 show a less spatial heterogeneous pattern than in *** BH,there are moderate correlations between incidence and both the number of trips and the HDI;meanwhile,they weakly correlate for ***,the absence of strong correlations between the considered measures indicates that the transmission process should be treated considering the city as a whole.
