Highly selective synthesis and near-infrared photothermal response of heterometallic double trefoil knot and D-type[2]catenanes

The selective construction of sophisticated supramolecular topologies has always attracted the remarkable attention of ***,various molecular knots and catenanes have recently been reported and were obtained either accidentally or by following a previously planned synthetic ***,we introduce a series of supramolecular topologies including double trefoil knot (1),trefoil knot (2) and[2]catenanes (4,5),which were prepared via an elaborated self-assembly strategy by using half-sandwich units based on a flexible pyridyl linker *** formation of all the structures has been confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and NMR spectroscopy,and ***,the central potassium ion of 1 coordinates six oxygen atoms belonging to six amide groups from two trefoil *** double trefoil knot 1 and[2]catenanes 4,5 are stabilized by parallel-displacedπ···πstacking interactions (of interlayer distance 3.34–3.82?) between the pyridyl fraction and phenyl moieties of three ligands L1,and by edge-to-face-type CH···πinteractions (2.64–2.83?) between BiBzIm conjugated planes and phenyl hydrocarbon ***,the addition/removal of potassium ions resulted in topological transformation between the double trefoil knot 1 and the trefoil knot *** addition,the addition of DMF-d7to a methanolic solution of the double trefoil knot 1 induced its structural conversion into the metallamacrocycle *** photothermal studies of 1,4,and 5 showed different photothermal responses in solid and solution ***,the photothermal conversion efficiencies of 4,and 5 were within the limit of 16.8%–45.1%based on different power areas,the number and the fashion ofπ···πstacking interactions can directly affect the photothermal conversion efficiency,and EPR experiments confirmed the recorded results.

Time-dependent density functional theory(TDDFT)method is used to investigate the details of the excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT)process and the mechanism for temperature effect on the Enol^(*)/Keto^(*)emission ratio for the Me_(2)N-substited flavonoid(MNF)*** geometric structures of the S_(0) and S_(1) states are denoted as the Enol,Enol^(*),and Keto*.In addition,the absorption and fluorescence peaks are also *** is noted that the calculated large Stokes shift is in good agreement with the experimental ***,our results confirm that the ESIPT process happens upon photoexcitation,which is distinctly monitored by the formation and disappearance of the characteristic peaks of infrared(IR)spectra involved in the proton transfer and in the potential energy ***,the calculations of highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)reveal that the electronegativity change of proton acceptor due to the intramolecular charge redistribution in the S_(1) state induces the ***,the thermodynamic calculation for the MNF shows that the Enol^(*)/Keto^(*)emission ratio decreasing with temperature increasing arises from the barrier lowering of ESIPT.

功能性踝关节不稳疼痛与功能关系分析

目的:探究功能性踝关节不稳(functional ankle instability,FAI)患者的疼痛程度、部位及疼痛与足踝功能的关系。方法:2022年9月至2023年7月,对北京同仁医院163例FAI患者进行评估,记录其足踝疼痛部位,疼痛程度(visual analogue scale,VAS)及足踝功能(American orthopedic foot and ankle society ankle and hindfoot score,AOFAS)评分。对相同疼痛部位数下不同疼痛部位及不同疼痛部位数的VAS及AOFAS进行组间比较。采用多元线性回归分析疼痛部位数及VAS与AOFAS的关系。结果:163例FAI患者中有150例存在疼痛,其中单一部位疼痛占37.33%,2部位疼痛占34%,多部位疼痛(>2部位)占28.67%。所有疼痛部位中,跗骨窦和距腓前韧带占比较大,分别为32%和31%。相同疼痛部位数的FAI患者的VAS及AOFAS在不同部位间无显著差异(P>0.05)。多部位疼痛(>2部位)FAI患者的VAS高于单部位及2部位疼痛患者(P<0.01),AOFAS低于单部位及2部位疼痛患者(P<0.05)。疼痛部位数及VAS与AOFAS评分均呈负相关(P<0.05),VAS和疼痛部位数能够预测AOFAS评分的20.9%。结论:大部分FAI患者存在疼痛,疼痛程度及疼痛部位数影响FAI患者的足踝功能。在为FAI患者制定和实施康复计划时应该考虑减轻患者疼痛程度及减少患者的疼痛部位数,对于高发的特定部位(如跗骨窦、距腓前韧带)的疼痛,未来研究应探求有效的疼痛管理措施,来提高FAI患者的足踝功能。

Applying the Public-Private Partnership(PPP)model is indispensable in creating new economic growth points in the public service ***,there is still a lack of research on mapping the application of the PPP model in the new era and ***,based on reviewing the characteristics and development concepts of the PPP model,this paper uses CiteSpace software to analyze the sample authors,journals,and regions in the Scopus *** paper aims to explore the current development status,research paradigms,and research gap as well as future trends of the PPP *** results show that(1)The focus of PPP research has shifted from traditional models such as Build-Operate-Transfer(BOT)and Private Finance Initiatives(PFI)to contemporary themes such as risk management,policy analysis,and project *** research(2014-2018)has emphasized the importance of governance and regulatory frameworks to improve PPP outcomes.(2)The growing academic interest in PPP development in China accounts for 28.78%of the total *** surge reflects China's rapid economic growth and highlights the interplay between government regulation and private *** research themes include risk management,performance evaluation,contractual flexibility,and financing mechanisms,particularly concerning the BOT model.(3)Effective risk management,relationship dynamics,and innovative financing strategies are key components of a strong PPP knowledge *** risk sharing and strong relationships between public and private entities are key to project success,and strategic financing partnerships are necessary to cope with the complexity of large infrastructure projects.

Free Vibration Analysis of Moderately-Thick Laminated Doubly-Curved Shells with the Modified Higher-Order Theory

In this work,the free vibration properties ofmoderately-thick laminated doubly-curved shells are *** model of the natural frequency of the simply-supported laminated doubly-curved shell is formulated via the variational *** on the numerical solutions,the influences of the shell type,the aspect ratio,the lamination angle and the layer number on the free vibration are *** obtained results show that,for the symmetrically laminated curved shells with fixed thickness,when the layer number is greater than 4,the increasing number has no impact on the natural frequency;however,the lamination angle plays a key role in the fundamental frequency of the spherical shell,while it has little effect on the hyperbolic paraboloid ***,a higher-order shear deformation theory with modified parameters is developed for the moderately-thick laminated doubly-curved shells in this work,i.e.,the geometrically nonlinear strain–displacement relationships are derived with a stricter series expansion form,which are more suitable for the moderately-thick curved shells.

Aiming at the complex and restrictive characteristics of human resource allocation in multiple scientific university research projects, an improved pigeon-inspired optimization(IPIO) algorithm is proposed wherein loss minimization and the shortest project delay time are considered as optimization goals. Firstly, mathematical modelling of the problem is carried out, and the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem by means of a weighted solution. In the second step, the traditional pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO) algorithm is discretized, and an adaptive parameter strategy is adopted to improve the shortcomings of the algorithm itself. Finally, by comparing the simulation results with the original algorithm and the genetic algorithm in the optimization of human resource allocation in multiple projects, the feasibility and superiority of the proposed algorithm in the optimization of human resource allocation in multi-scientific research projects is verified.

Electromagnetic formation flight （EMFF） leverages electromagnetic force to control the relative position of satellites. EMFF offers a promising alternative to traditional propellant-based spacecraft flight formation. This novel strategy is very attractive since it does not consume fuel. Due to the highly coupled nonlinearity of electromagnetic force, it is difficult to individually design a controller for one satellite without considering others, which poses challenges to communications. This paper is devoted to decoupling control of EMFF, including regulations, constraints and con- troller design. A learning-based adaptive sliding mode decoupling controller is analyzed to illustrate the problem of existing results, and input rate saturation is introduced to guarantee the validity of frequency division technique. Through transformation, the imposed input rate saturation is con- verted to state and input constraints. A linear matrix inequalities （LMI）-based robust optimal con- trol method can then be used and improved to solve the transformed problem. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed decoupling control.

In aerial robots＇ visual navigation, it is essential yet very difficult to detect the attitude and position of the robots operated in real time. By introducing a new parametric model, the problem can be reduced from almost unmanageable to be partly solved, though not fully, as per the requirement. In this parametric approach, a multi-scale least square method is formulated first. By propagating as well as improving the parameters down from layer to layer of the image pyramid, a new global feature line can then be detected to parameterize the attitude of the robots. Furthermore, this approach paves the way for segmenting the image into distinct parts, which can be realized by deploying a Bayesian classifier on the picture cell level. Comparison with the Hough transform based method in terms of robustness and precision shows that this multi-scale least square algorithm is considerably more robust to noises. Some discussions are also given.

背景:研究发现,藏红花素可抑制骨关节炎软骨细胞的凋亡、减轻骨关节炎大鼠炎症反应,促进骨质疏松大鼠骨形成并抑制骨丢失,在软骨与骨损伤中具有巨大的应用潜力。目的:观察藏红花素水凝胶对软骨细胞、MC3T3-E1细胞的影响。方法:将不同浓度(0,15,20,25 mmol/L)的藏红花素溶液分别加入氧化透明质酸-氧化硫酸软骨素-Ⅱ型胶原混合溶液中,采用席夫碱交联方式制备藏红花素水凝胶,随后制备4种水凝胶浸提液。将4种藏红花素水凝胶浸提液分别与人软骨细胞共培养,检测细胞糖胺聚糖合成,CCK-8法检测细胞增殖,Transwell小室实验检测细胞迁移,RT-qPCR检测细胞SOX9、Ⅱ型胶原、聚集蛋白聚糖mRNA表达。将4种藏红花素水凝胶浸提液分别与MC3T3-E1细胞共培养,CCK-8法检测细胞增殖,RT-qPCR检测成骨诱导分化后细胞RUNX2、Ⅰ型胶原、碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素mRNA表达,成骨诱导分化后的碱性磷酸酶活性与矿化结节形成。结果与结论:①CCK-8检测结果显示,15,20 mmol/L藏红花素水凝胶浸提液促进软骨细胞的增殖,25 mmol/L藏红花素水凝胶浸提液抑制软骨细胞的增殖。15,20,25 mmol/L藏红花素水凝胶浸提液均可促进软骨细胞的迁移,提升软骨细胞SOX9、Ⅱ型胶原、聚集蛋白聚糖mRNA表达与糖胺聚糖合成,并且呈现剂量依赖性。②15,20,25 mmol/L藏红花素水凝胶浸提液均可促进MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖,提高成骨诱导分化后细胞RUNX2、Ⅰ型胶原、碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素mRNA表达,并且具有剂量依赖性。15,20,25 mmol/L藏红花素水凝胶浸提液可提高成骨诱导分化后MC3T3-E1细胞碱性磷酸酶活性与矿化结节形成,其中以20 mmol/L藏红花素水凝胶浸提液的提高效果最显著。③结果表明,藏红花素水凝胶可促进软骨细胞的增殖、迁移及软骨细胞外基质的合成,促进MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖与成骨分化,其中20 mmol/L藏红花素水凝胶的综合效果较好。
